Just drove 2 hours to come here because your website says 7pm we get here and your cheap $#*! door sign says you closed at 5pm. This is complete bull$#*!. Fix your damn website so people like us don't drive for nothing. I won't waste my time coming back here.

Silly me- places an order thinking I will get what I order. Purse and a wallet. I get a notification wallet shipped purse out of stock. Perfect. I go online and that purse days later allows me to put the same exact thing in my cart. I call them 20 minute hold woman tells me ohh yeah inventory doesn't match. I'm like what? Then says it's updates every other day- well in this case it doesn't. So looking at something comparable - because I know the wallet is useless at this point. Find something the woman hangs up on me?! Call back again on hold another and I know this isn't going to end well...

This place is HORRIBLE.
BUYER BEWARE!
They took my order and my money DAYS ago but never shipped my item.
Upon calling them and asking for a refund, I was told they are not allowed to cancel once an order is placed. WHAT!?
What kind of company doesn't or can't cancel?
Mind you the order never got shipped and still hasn't so how come you can't cancel and refund!?
I will NEVER order from them again.
In times like this where money is scarce they wanna try and take money from you without delivering the goods.
UNACCEPTABLE.

Ordered and received a purse and decided it was too small so I wanted to return it. The box contained a return slip and label. The slip says "affix the prepaid ups return label (included in your order) to the box and return" however the label provided was not prepaid. Tried to contact and that's impossible so I contacted bbb who contacted them and they responded they do not provide return postage. That would be fine except the document they provided says they do. So basically they are liars. Not sure their connection to the real coach stores but I will not ever purchase a coach item again because I dont deal with liars. I have probably purchased have 20+ coach purses and wallets in my life.

You would think with businesses losing money through out this pandemic that coach would actually process and complete orders from willing to pay consumers. But no, I have tried on several occasions to place an order either online or over the phone with the same results. There is a withdrawal from your checking account but a week or two later the money is back in the account due to coach cancelling the order. I was even told by the sales person since I completed my order over the phone I would be guaranteed to receive my order, which of course didn't happen. I guess they only put good deals online to lure you in and once you are there suddenly that item is no longer in stock and they hope you purchase something more expensive. Cheap tactic, but hey what ever works right?

I placed order for handbags on may 11th. I received an email notification on may 15th saying my order is on route. Two days later I checked the delivery status and shows that my package got delivered already. I checked the tracking number and shows that my delivery address was updated with wrong shipping address. I didn't even know that. I'm trying to reach out the coach customer service but no answer. I guess I lost my money by doing online shopping in this site. I advise everyone to never shop online in coach website.

Placed an order on April 14,2020 and I never received my package.
I called on may 1 and a representative told me that the order will arrive the following week at the latest and so far it has not arrived.
I have called the number posted on the site (www.coachoutlet.com) several times and no answer after over 60+ min wait time as well wrote and email and filled out the online form, so far no answer
NOT SURE IF I WILL EVER GET MY ORDER OR GET A REFOUND
Really bad business

Hello,
I ordered a $119 pink Ava Chain Tote on Sunday May 10th. I paid for expedited shipping which said 2-5 business days. It is now May 16th and still have not received my order that I paid a total of $144.19 for after taxes and shipping. The status says processing which I assume means it hasn't been shipped. I would like a refund on my expedited shipping if it doesn't show up by the end of today, Saturday May 16th. If my order doesn't show up on Monday May 18th I will be refunding my purchase. Thank you.

THESE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE LUXURIOUS ITEMS BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THE AMBIGUOUS LIERS AND THEIVES! Hair ties inside

I ordered online and shipping was prompt. I feel one week during the pandemic is reasonable. However, the package was very beaten up when I received it and when I got the purse out I found a stain (look like lipstick) scrunchie and a couple hair ties inside the smaller pocket! Naturally I immediately sanitized because I don't know where that had been. Not very happen to say the least. I did contact coach to see what they have to say. I will say with gloves I did further inspect the purse and it is definitely real. I just don't know why or how there could have been hair ties inside of it!

I placed an order 9 days ago that I wanted quickly so even though I qualified for free delivery in 5-7 business days, I paid $17.50 for expedited delivery. I attempted to contact them several times via their feedback and customer service electronic response tools on their website to try and cancel once I realized that it wasn't shipping in a reasonable time, but have yet to even receive an electronically generated "we got your message" response. I've tried twice before today to call their customer service line but the hold was always so long I'd give up. Today I am still on hold waiting for a customer service agent after 1 hour and 32 minutes. I can only assume the item was not in stock and so not alerting me that it was a back ordered item feels extremely unethical, especially after accepting my extra shipping payment for expedited delivery. When trying to track the shipment, UPS doesn't even reflect receipt of the item yet

I still have not recieved my order placed several weeks ago. I emailed inquiring on the status a week ago & have yet to recieve a reply. I then attempted to call & sat on hold over 30 mins before giving up. I will NEVER buy another Coach & will stick with D&B

I was trying to purchase a bag from coachoutlet.com for mother's day. Twice the payment was rejected on the mobile site. So I got on my laptop trying to see if it would work. Again the oder was denied because of an error in the payment information. When I checked my bank account the first two transactions had been refunded immediately. But the third transaction is still pending and put a hold on my account. While waiting for the payment to clear or go through, so I can dispute this payment, the purse I wanted is no longer available. I also spent 2 hours on hold with customer service they were very short and rude and offered no solutions. As a coach customer for many years I am very disappointed with their online purchasing as well as the customer service. Runied my mother's day.

Handbags and wallets are very good quality. However customer service is poor. We pay for fast shipping but do not receive it in 2 days. We dont receive until a week. Plus when you call they hang up on you.

I ordered a purse May 3rd, paid the $17 for FAST shipping... So I've been checking my email periodically for tracking information, NOTHING! So I decided to give COACH-outlet a call this evening when I got off work, I waited 1 hour and 31 minutes before a LIVE operator picked up my call. I asked him for a tracking number for my package, assuming he had one on his end, because I didn't receive one on my end. So he asked for my order # I gave it to him he verified all my personal info and then tells me my PACKAGE has not even been shipped yet. Hmmmm... Okay sir but I PAID like a 2day shipping for this "Mother's Day" gift From the 3rd/4th of MAY we are 7PM May 6th an it hasn't SHIPPED?... SMH I am sooooo irritated right now, this is not CUSTOMER FRIENDLY order preparedness Uuugh! So now it will be shipped tonight, if it does not arrive by FRIDAY May 8th COACH OUTLET USA will be hearing from me!

I just got this COACH bag (check the title) from https://www.coachoutlet.com/ and highly satisfied with the entire transaction and the quality of the bag. It is exactly as in the picture (if not even better). Shipping was super fast and got the bag within a week of placing the order. The bag arrived in good condition -- everything wrapped well. I recommend anyone looking for a high end bag to purchase from this site (Note: this is affiliated with COACH -- so they are not a scam). A big thumbs up for the service!
