I had ordered a Christmas gift for my mother at the beginning of November. The bag took forever to ship and once I had received it, I realized they sent the wrong item. I was on hold for two hours to reach customer service only to have them tell me I had to pay to ship their item back since I live in Canada and that they would not ship or hold the bag I had actually purchased until the wrong item was in their possession. It is no surprised that the bag I had ordered sold out a month later while I'm still stuck waiting for my refund. I understand why they would want to wait to ship the bag but you could not hold the item? It was already paid for... Customer service has been terrible over the email and phone as my issue seems to inconvenience them more than anything. From a high-end brand, I can honestly say I expected much better service and organization. If you can help it, do not order from there, especially if you are from Canada! It's more headache than it is worth. There are many other high-end brands out there that want your business and will help make your online shopping experience enjoyable.
If you are ordering a Christmas gift, do yourself a favor and order in JULY. I ordered on November 29 and the delivery date has changed from December 18... then December 22... and now December 24! It's almost as if they dangle a carrot in front of you to give you hope you will receive your order soon, just to push the date out every day you check the tracking! In today's society, this is simply an unacceptable business practice. I understand there are delays due to extra precautions needed during the pandemic, but why is Coach Outlet the ONLY company I have had an issue with! It is ironic that I received an email a week ago asking if I liked my purchase with Coach. It is kind of hard to answer that when you don't even remotely have the product you purchased! This is so frustrating, as I was going to mail this gift to my cousin who lives in a different state. So much for delivering her gift on time. Shame on you, Coach Outlet! I pray the product is good... whenever it happens to show up on my doorstep.
UPDATE: This gift will not arrive in time for Christmas. The estimated delivery is now December 29th... exactly ONE MONTH after I placed the order. Never again will I use Coach Outlet. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I went on an ordered 1126 yesterday I received an update my items are on backorder 3 weeks later I was promised these items would be here within 2 weeks it is now 3 weeks and I just get an update yesterday that my items run back order I want coach to substitute the two items on back order with something else and I want it expressed delivered to me right away they're dishonest and their liars and they just ruined Christmas
Very dissatisfied with service ordered on November 27 and package still not recieved on Dec 18th. Product at some facility since dec 13 they do this so you cant cancel order. Shame comoany not what it used to be since they sold. Now i have to go out and find a gift as there is no way my orders will be here for christmass never again Coach. Lost a valued customer

I attempted to make a purchase using Klarna on the Coach Outlet website and it never went through - it said your transaction can not be completed - try again or use another form of payment. This has happened before, but I thought I would give it another try - it did not work - but my card was still showed a pending charge for the first payment. So that will sit there until I probably have to call to get it removed. Since that did not work I tried to place an order using my credit card directly. Came up with the same message - can complete transaction -try again or use another form of payment - my card was hit with a pending charge for an order that did not complete. Another pending charge that will sit there. Buyer Beware using the Coach Outlet website for purchases. I have been on hold for almost an hour now. I will no longer purchase Coach products. Good thing I bought my daughter-in-law a Kate Spade bag for Christmas (which I had no issue using that website and have the purchaes within the time frame listed when I ordered it).
Don't waste your time on this site. Coachoutlet.com gives you the illusion that once you add an item to your bag you have 15 minutes to complete the transaction. The illusion is reinforced by a potential buyer being unable to add items that are in other shoppers' carts and being told to check back later to see if these items become available. In actuality, having the item in your bag means NOTHING, because when you go to check out (within the 15 minutes you supposedly have to purchase the items you have added to your cart - you are literally put on a timer) Coach Outlet will then tell you "SORRY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER ARE NOW OUT OF STOCK. PLEASE ADJUST THE QUANTITIES OR REMOVE THESE ITEMS". It's not the item being unavailable that angers me - it's the time wasted checking back for the item to be available and being able to add it to the cart, only to find out you wasted your time and effort because the items become unavailable AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MOVE THEM TO YOUR CART. Coach is a swanky enough brand to spend the capital on accurate inventory controls that can be reflected at their active Coach Outlet website. IF THERE IS ANY QUESTION WHETHER AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE, THEN DO NOT ALLOW THAT ITEM TO BE ADDED TO A SHOPPERS CART. What a waste of consumer time, especially when the time relates to picking out presents for the holidays for someone else, and the consumer has to go start all over again looking for something new for their friend or family member. It is especially annoying with the item that becomes unavailable was supposed to go with matching accessories in a consumer's cart. Especially when that item that miraculously sold out while it was in the consumer's cart was the main present.
I ordered a purse for my daughter in law for christmas on Nov 30th. Today is December 18th. 1 week away from christmas. They have not even processed the order let alone get this shipped out. I am so disgusted right not. I called and was put on infinate hold trying to talk to someone. What a waste of time. I now have to run out and find another item for her christmas. I am so angry right now.

I've contacted customer service, and that's the biggest joke; waiting on hold for over two (2) hours, so I gave up. Now I understand why their rating is 1.6; it should be a Big Fat 0 instead.

I would review it however I never received it. It was ordered on November 29th 2020. I have not received a shipping update. No tracking updates, nothing. The other item arrived from out of nowhere. No notification that part of my order had shipped. Nothing.

Orders a purse for my wife for Christmas on December 1st from coach outlet. Never heard anything from coach never got an email saying the order was processing nothing but they did take the money out of my back account. Dec 4th I received an email saying my order was being processed. December 12th order shipped. When I got this email I checked the tracking and it said it would be delivered December 16th. It is now December 17th with no purse and my tracking information now shows it still hasn't been dropped off at the ups facility just that a label has been created. There is no customer service whatsoever and if you do call no matter what time of day it is you'll be on hold and if you get a response back in your email, no matter what your situation is it'll be because of COVID. Coach outlet stinks.

I spent over $1500 on three orders placed 11/27/2020 11/29/2020 and 12/6/2020 when I sign in to account it says order status unavailable. They do not respond to your emails and I have not received merchandise. Do not shop with them!
Buyer beware... spend your money elsewhere. I ordered two items for Christmas gifts and now am left scrambling. I placed my order on 11/27. Received an email on 12/4 saying my items is on backorder. Called on 12/12 for an update as I haven't received any updates. Waited 40 mins before I got to a rep, asked her about my order and was told my order was cxl then hung up on me before I had a chance to ask any questions. Called back and waited over an hour before speaking with rep 2 who was rude from the start so asked to speak with a mgr and was told they would call me in 24-48 hours. That never happened. Called this morning and put my name/number in queue to be contacted back, they finally called back tonight (7 hours later) only to hang up on me after saying they were calling from coach. I have not received any notice that the order has been cxl, there has been no credit to my card if it were cxl, customer service is just awful. Worst shopping experience ever... first time buying from them and it will be my last! Don't bother spending you money with them, they clearly don't care.
Don't ever buy from here! I purchased something in june and the money came out of my account and everything but my purchase never came. It is now december and i still never received anything. I've emailed and called multiple times and i never get through or get an answer. So unless you have money to just throw away and not receive your purchase i would suggest never buying off of here. I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Customer support through here is the worst and you will probably never get through either.

I called customer service and the rep told me that my order is ready to ship and would be shipping tomorrow. After reading these reviews I don't believe him. I've ordered from coach before several times recently and it seems like they're just overwhelmed. Two weeks without shipping my item and now they are clearly stalling me. They don't answer emails either so don't bother.
I will update this review if my item ships tomorrow, and the other two orders I have open are gifts that I doubt will make it in time for Xmas. I really hope my items aren't back ordered. It's a pandemic and we all need a little something to make us smile. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt but I have a feeling they're shipping products from China to a warehouse, then shipping to us...

Good luck actually talking to a person. Waited over 40 minutes on hold and hung up. Trying to actually getting a ship date is non-existent. All information you get back is generic with no dates.

Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
