I ordered THREE products online on November 14th, but only ONE out of three arrived in a dirty box. Other two never arrive even though the website says it's already arrived.

I ordered an item from Coach online on November 25th. I received an email from UPS on December 1st. Telling me the product was "undeliverable". I waited 7days for Coach to contact me as to what they would do. I heard nothing from them. I called customer service twice and was placed on hold for 30 minutes each time. All the while the recordings was telling me how important I was to them. That's a lie. I then contacted one of their outlet stores to see if they could help. I was told there was nothing they could do except to give me a different customer service number where I might have better luck. I called it but it was the same 30 minutes of listening to a recorded message of how important I was to Coach. That's a lie. I learned a long time ago that when a company treats you like trash your only recourse is to never do business with them again. I also learned there's no such thing as a good deal on garbage and that's exactly what Coaches customer service is. Garbage. I strongly recommend that you never do business with them.
I spent 160 on a handbag and wallet and the bag is nothing like it was online. This bag is big enough for my 7 year old. It took over a month to get here as well. I will never ever order from here again. Do yourself a favor and go to the outlet shops instead and spend the extra few dollars. I wished I would have read the reviews first!

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks. They have not sent a tracking number. This bag hasn't even left the warehouse. No emails with updates. No chat options. No call back on phone. I have waited more than an hour on the phone numerous times and just gave up.

Why the effing Coach Outlet uses USPS for delivery?! Whenever i order anything it's always over delayed. Though shipping is Free they try to save by using USPS which is the worst delivery courier ever! Snail mail. USPS is very very UNRELIABLE! What's worst they reason out Covid pandemic which is a cliche!
I placed an order on 11/13/20 with a customer service rep, after I received an email stating that an item that I had ordered earlier on my own was on back-order. I called and like all the other reviewers, I was on hold for about an hour. The rep was nice, but now I have no faith they knew what they were talking about. After speaking to the rep and explaining that the item that was on backorder was an intended Christmas gift, they helped me find an item that they said was in stock and that I would have before Christmas. Fast-forward to 12/10/20, my item has not shipped, I have received no updates regarding the order, no answer to emails that I sent over a week ago, and no answer when I call ( I give up after an hour). This was my first time ordering from coach online and after this experience it will be my last! I absolutely understand that issues arise, but you can't completely ignore all customer inquiries, especially across multiple platforms!
I order a bag paid for next day shipping have yet to receive order let alone a tracking number. I have called 5 times each time being told it has shipped or its still in the warehouse. I have even gotten an email from the Senior Director of Consumer Service Nancy Lee telling me its shipped which it has not. I guess Coach makes it a habit of lying to customers. I am adding the email I rec which is all a lie.

Still have not received
After being promised 5-7 day delivery, I called on day 11 only to find out that my order hadn't even shipped yet. While inquiring why and when it might be shipped, the rep hung up on me. Now they won't answer the phone. This is the worst customer service ever. They lie to you to get you to purchase then they are incredibly rude. I'm canceling my order and never coming back.
Purchased an Outlet bag at the beginning of November. Once the bag finally shipped Coach Outlet I was charged the full retail price of the bag of almost $400!. I called 3 times and had to wait of hold for an hour each time in an attempt to get this issue corrected. The bag I ordered was $105. Finally, got a case number and the Rep ordered replaced the ordered for the bag and I had to return the first bag to get my money back. Finally, two weeks later I checked my order for the replacement bag that was supposed to be overnighted and THE ORDER WAS CANCELED! So now I have waited 7 weeks for a bag and NOTHING!. I won't be shopping with them again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them. I don't think they ever had the bag that they advertise. Save your self the trouble and don't buy from them.

I waited an hour and 30 minutes on the phone and still didn't reach a representative. I give up with this place. If their website didn't suck so bad, I wouldn't have to call them in the first place...
I ordered a purse in the middle of November, checked the status and it was not yet delivered. They said they were out of stock. She said it would be restocked on Dec 5th and shipped December 7th. Still not shipped, been waiting on the line for 45 minutes and still no customer service representative is taking the call. Worst experience as a first time customer.
