Ordered online 12/18/2020, I have yet to receive the package OR a status update. Called and spoke with a CSA, shocked it's taking this long and advised me the order will ship immediately. That was 3 days ago... still no status update. The "new" coach is NOT worth all this trouble. So very disappointed.
I ordered online twice. Waited two weeks just to have the website cancel my order.

I placed 2 separate orders on December 3rd. I received the small order (one purse) about 16 days later and 2 of the 5 items I ordered on the larger order came in the Wednesday before Christmas.
I have called customer service a minimum of 8 times, only to be on hold for over an hour each time. The one time I was able to get someone on the phone - the Sunday before Christmas- he stated that any orders placed before the 11th would be in "before the holidays"
My husband joked that he never mentioned WHICH holiday...
At the writing of this complaint (12/31/20) have had no form of communication in regards to my order. I had 4 very disappointed daughters on Christmas day and will NEVER order from that site again if I need it within 2+ months time.
I ordered some earbuds for my brother from Amazon yesterday and received them TODAY. Coach should call and get some shipping/delivery/customer service advice from them.

HORRIBLE experience on Coach Outlet site. Ordered a handbag for wife's Christmas gift on 11/30/20, website said the item is in stock. Checked again for status a couple days later, website says "BACKORDERED". No option to cancel order and get something else. FINALLY ships on 12/23, with a 12/30 arrival date. Looked for the package today, nothing to see. Back to Coach status where my new changed arrival date is JANUARY 11! What an awful, shady, deceptive way to sell merchandise. Will never shop at Coach again due to this experience.
Every year I order bags from Coach for myself, girfriends, co workers and family, NEVER again! Last year I ordered monogram bags for my staff one of my employees got a beautifully monogrammed bag, the other just got the bag. When i called they said "Oh well they sent it without it so they would get it in time for the holiday, if she wants to go to any store that offers monogramming then they will do it for free" I said i'm not asking the person i gave a gift to, to go to a store and have it monogrammed. The rep was rude so i gave a poor review on the site and another rep called and made it right, sent new bag and label to send back wrong one no charge. This year i ordered early 5 bags, all said on the website they were available to ship right away and well it is 12/30 and more than 24 days later and still no bags. I have called 5 times and held for over an hour and no one answers the call. I'm done, when i do speak with someone i am cancelling the order i will spend my money at another high end purse store.
I wish I can give 0. They never shipped my 7 x-mas gifts and no one at the customer service had an answer why. Every time they put you one a hold and then disconnect. Order was placed on Dec 9th to make sure that the gifts arrive on time and it was 3-5 business days guaranteed shipping at the time of order. Anyways, till today (12/29) I don't have any items or any response from Coach even after sending number of emails after x-mas to cancel it.

I have ordered earlier this year from Coach Outlet online and decided to order 22 Nov 2020 to beat the rush. So I thought... The bags I ordered were not on back order or had any minor issues, I just have NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I reside in Jacksonville, Florida and asked if I could just pick them up myself. The request to pick them up myself was made on 12 Dec. I needed to mail the bags out as Christmas gifts. Humph, and a bah humbug. Gift giving this year sucked. Will no longer be receiving emails from coach online moving forward. They are fibbers! I feel like I ordered from somewhere overseas and it is taking months to get to my town in Walnut Grove (Little House on the Prairie). Nope... from my understanding my order is arriving right here in the states in the outlets a few miles from me. How pathetic is that! Coach stinks!
I ordered well before the Christmas cutoff and I have still not received my bags. Customer service is terrible and of no help. When you call the numbers listed on the outlet website they do not work and emailing them is of no help either. One of my orders has been "shipped" but it hasn't moved for a week. Save your money and avoid it, its not worth it. I'd be surprised if I even got my bags or my $300.

After 2 weeks and a review on their site, coach immediately created a shipping label, however 6 days later, USPS still doesn't have the order in their possession to ship. So its been 20 days and the order still hasn't even been shipped. By the way, customers are unable to cancelled once the order is placed.
Placed an oder on December 6. On the night on 12/17 ( 11 day) no tracking number/ still processing. I called and was on hold for 46min and 53 sec., just to be told that I should give it little longer. The web advertises 3-7 days for shipping. There is no mention of the 7-9 day processing time
I placed my order 11/24/20 because it said "in stock". They told me I would have my item before xmas. I called everyday starting 12/12/20. They first told me it will ship 12/20/20 and she seen it on the screen to be shipped. Then on the 20th it said expected ship date 23rd. Now today 12/26/20 its no shipping date at all. As if I just ordered it. They took people money knowing they did not have the items in stock! They people on the phone lines are being paid to lie AND THEY KNOW IT! I think the best thing to do is go to the new and social media about this company. I see others on here with the same thing happening to them.

I ordered two bags on December 6th after waiting a week and change in status I attempted to reach customer service to see what was going on with order. I was on hold for over an hour before finally speaking with someone that stated it would be shipped either that Wednesday or Friday. Order was not shipped either day. I then reached back out to see what was going on, I was given another bogus shipping date. Earlier today (12/23) I called and was told that it would be overnighted and I would receive by noon tomorrow (Christmas Eve). I asked for shipping information but was told it would be emailed this evening. No shipping info only an email stating that the order would be delayed and would not make it by Christmas and they offered a pathetic 20% off. I will NEVER order from this company again! I wish I would have checked reviews prior to submitting order.
I understand that the holidays will always be busy, but I ordered a gift 4 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped. Took me 4 days to get in touch with someone from customer service, press 1 instead of 3 to speak with someone. Now my gift for my mom isn't even coming and there's no way to cancel it to buy something else. Highly disappointed because it said it would be here by Christmas. A big stinker.
This has been the absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had! Their website says they guarantee you'll receive it before Christmas if ordered before 12/11 and I placed my order on 11/30. On 12/18 I FINALLY received an email saying my order was in route, but as of today 12/23, the tracking number only shows that a label was created. There is no tracking activity and I have been on hold for over 2 hours with their customer service. I WILL NEVER order from them again.
So I ordered a handbag on December 11,2020. It has been sitting in "processing" status and the date today is December 23,2020. I called their customer service and have been on hold for over an hour - not sure how much more time I care to waste. I really just wanted to make sure it was still a valid order as the credit card transaction has now disappeared from my online app. Soooooo... won't be ordering from them again. It's unfortunate they can't manage their call centre a little more expeditiously, an hour or longer on hold? Really? It doesn't matter if it doesnt arrive for christmas as I purchased it for myself would have liked some assurances that I will eventually receive it. Disappointed in Canada... Thought Coach was better than this.

Let's just say I've purchased from coach before several times but this is experience will be my last. Called again this morning they are offering a merchandise card. Really, what happened to if you ordered by December 11th you were guaranteed to receive by Christmas? So much I can continue to write but this experience has been the TERRIBLE! I have two different tracking numbers because the items are shipping separately, both just indicate a shipping label has been created. This is definitely the Worst experience- Now the gift that I prepped early for to give to my daughter will get here who knows..
Horrible online experience! 1) When you request for a password reset, the link is NEVER sent 2) If you enter the wrong "Login" credentials, No Error message is issued, you just get rerouted back to the Login page.

Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
Answer: It took 3 days to get my shipment details then after it was shipped it arrived 5 days later
