Zero star!

I made 2 orders this last week. I received one order and another order status has been BEING SHIPPED for a week. I called customer service and I was told I was being shipped so I just have to wait. I waited but the status hasn't changed. So I called again and I was told the order was canceled because of my credit card wasn't American credit card. I used the same exact payment method for these two orders which was PayPal with my Japanese credit card. They can't explain to me why I could receive one order and another one got canceled... and if that's the policy, at least give me an email or update the freaking order status!

Never again! Ima bring my business somewhere else COACH!

Opened my coach purse on Christmas Day and loved it! Carried it for less than a week and the liner completely pulled apart/frayed at the seam. Fabric was obviously not allotted room for anything actually being in the purse. (I had a makeup bag in that compartment) I actually weighed it thinking it might have been too heavy, less than 1 pound.

I have been patiently waiting for a purse I purchased from the coach outlet store before the year ended in 2019 and was told it was on back order. I then wait patiently as I was not rushing and after 3 weeks they send me a message saying the item is no longer available and the money has been returned. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Coach outlet as they held my money for an item I thought I would receive for a discounted price for weeks to then later tell me I won't be getting it.

Ordered a crossbody bag on December 13,2020, supposed to be a Christmas gift... After exactly 1 month, I got an email with a UPS tracking number. I hope it won't take another month before they finally ship my order as tracking status says "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet". Hopefully it worth the wait...

Horrible costumer service. I've called several times to ask about my package and I've been left on hold for over an hour each time. I've also emailed their costumer service and have never gotten a response. I bought my item over a month ago two weeks before Christmas, it was supposed to be a gift for my aunt who had recently gotten surgery. One month later and my package still hasn't arrived and has no tracking number, I'm still trying to reach them and nothing. Worst costumer service experience ever, I will never be buying from them again.

I purchased a Sig gallery tote and it came with defects. The bag is brown and it had spots I cleaned it and the next day it still appeared. On top of that the zipper was not even straight. I called the costumer service I spoke to Aaron and Christian and they were very rude and unprofessional. They need more training thru the company to learn how to respectfully help and listen to the costumer. Then I spoke to Steve J and Albert, these two were very helpful when it came to solving my issue. I wish I didn't have this problem because I would give 5 stars just for them. I hope everyone can learn to be like them polite and helpful.

Is this a scam...?

I have been waiting for my handbag to arrive for the past two months. I order sometime before Thanksgiving. I am supposed to receive the shipment by the first week of December. Whenever I check the tracking, it says to be delivered in the next two days. After two days I check, the date gets postponed to the next two days. Imagine this has been happening for the past one and half months. I am not sure if I am going to receive my handbag at all. Worst experience I have EVER had. The customer care number is useless no response for two hours.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a backpack and paid extra for expressed shipping. This was a week ago and still says "processing". I wish I would have read the reviews. At this point I'm just hoping I'll get the bag at some point. Will never be shopping at any Coach store again.

I ordered several weeks ago and the order says "processing". Have called customer service multiple times and am always on hold forever, the longest over an hour. I really wish I had read these numerous horrible reviews before falling victim to them. Will never order again and seriously doubt I will ever get what I paid for... such a horrible experience for supposedly such a high-end product! Don't waste your time/money.

Charging Twice

Coachoutlet.com has has charged me twice for the same order on 12/15/20 &1/7/2021 I am still waiting to get my merchandise.
They charge card immediately and then when it ships. I want my money back!

Buyer beware. Terrible experience!

I truly wish I would have seen how poorly this site is rated before I went through such a terrible experience with them. I actually thought by ordering a month early that I would get my products in time, and in acceptable condition. Didn't happen. And so much trouble getting restitution. First 1 item was canceled shortly before Christmas and I struggled to get refunded, then the 2nd item with numerous promise dates on numerous calls never showed up and I did a PayPal claim. I may never get my money.

Absolute worst experience EVER

Placed an order on November 29th, 2020. It is January 7th and I still have not received my order. Coach took a MEASLY 20% off of my order because it didn't get here by Christmas. I'm incredibly irritated with this purse because I paid over 100$ on this one bag and that's a lot for me. It's taken so long I've honestly forgotten what the purse looks like. I've debated on just sending the damn thing back once I DO RECEIVE IT, but I worry that it'll get lost in the system again and take 2-3 months to even get back to them. I was on the phone with customer support 2-3 times during this whole thing and both times I had to be on hold for 2+ hours. Also— I emailed them about my issue a few times and every single time they responded back with the generic "we're sorry if you are not satisfied, feel free to return." Sorry my $#*!. Will not be buying from them AGAIN.

The first order I placed got canceled because the item is not in stock, yet it was still being sold online?!
The second order I placed was canceled as well!
I emailed them to complain about the customer service, they replied back saying that they're sending me a 25$ voucher which I never received LOL. I don't see why a voucher has to be mailed to you and not simply emailed. I emailed them again and they said that the voucher was returned to them due to address error, LOL again! I gave them the new address and never heard back.
They still sell the out of stock items online and I'm starting to believe this is all a hoax or a money laundry business. They couldn't care less about their reputation or clients.

I ordered 1 item on 12/3 and it guarantee my item to arrive before christmas. Here it is 1/5/21 and all it said online is" process". No tracking number at all. Call customer service and I was on the phone for an hour, I just hung because i was so upset. Never buying from this place again. Horrible

I ordered daughter's Birthday gift on Dec 4th for her Birthday on Dec 19th today is Jan 5th they have changed the date 5 times for arrival today it says 11th to arrive I'm done calling there not helpful and at this put I want my money back they won't do that either so I'll call my credit card company and talk to them. I will never ever order through them again.

Some of the 5 star reviewers are saying "those people complaining must have ordered off the knockoff site" but I ordered off of the correct site. 10 days later my order is still "processing". I call and I am on hold for an hour before giving up. I call again and press 1 (to make an order) and they answer RIGHT AWAY!
The lady tells me that it hasn't shipped yet and is in the "warehouse" awaiting shipment, and then says there's a tracking number created, but won't give me that information, and says it should ship out later in the week!?! This makes ZERO sense. I asked if I can cancel and was told I cant because it has a label already (again, with a tracking number I'm not allowed to have right now)
I ordered this item 10 days ago. I understand Covid delays but 10 days to ship out of a warehouse is a bit excessive.
Hopefully the product is worth it. But I won't be shopping on this site again. Ever.

Finally got the bag after Christmas

See my original review for story, which is pretty much like all the other stories of folks who ordered in the holiday shipping window and then got radio silence from Coach while their items did NOT arrive by Christmas.

My item did arrive last week, but like I said the gift was ruined by not being here on Christmas. Was ordered on the 10th but took them 12 days to ship it.

Another thing I would like to note here is Coach Outlet refuses to post negative reviews on their website. I submitted a review AS A VERIFIED PURCHASER days ago and they will not post it because it is not a positive review. This company is shady as they get, BUYER BEWARE.

I worked insane amounts of OT this past month to give my family a good Christmas... I wanted to get my wife something special. I decided on a new Coach purse. I ordered the purse on December 10th. On the site they GUARANTEED it would arrive before Christmas ( no reason it's shouldn't). NOPE. It would have if they had shipped it immediately but they took 12 days to finally ship it on the 22nd. YES THE 22nd, 3 days before Christmas. If they were going to make that guarantee they should have taken a loss on it and overnighted it to make good on the promise to get it here.

Nope, now it's Christmas Eve and it's showing on the tracking info that it won't be here until next week, so I don't have a gift for my wife on Christmas. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS, THEY ARE LIARS!
Absolutely unacceptable.
