I went to return a $29 item and make a $200+ purchase and because my return with a receipt was over 30 days I was rudely told by a (Manager) there was nothing they could do. I get policies but I'm make another as I always do. I Spend quite at bit of money in this store. Terrible customer service.(store *******)
I spent over a thousand dollars on this website and i never encountered a problem (6 different orders)! I agree that the customer service is not the best tho. I am in Canada, my orders usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive and they send tracking info so i can see where my items are. If you want great deals on expensive stuff use this website!
Takes for ever to receive. Second they did deliver yet still charged me for shipping. Bad company!
The delivery failed and they refused to refund. They also provided some fake tracking number, after I inquired for 3 months, to "prove" they delivered it. That number I have never seen in my order confirmation, and I have never received that package. I cannot even tell if that tracking number is destined to my address.
But I feel the zipper looks weird and I'm not sure if it's fake or bad quality. What do you guys think?

The coach outlet in Marana in Tucson Arizona has the worst quality bags I've ever purchased and seen. The customer service is just horrendous there They lie and sell $#*!ty $#*! quality. Don't buy from them, you'll get ripped off and be unsatisfied with your purchase within less than a year.
I purchased 3 items from coach outlet online. The two purses were too small when I received and I decided to return them both. I was told to ship them both back in the same box and to add a note saying both purses were purchased on the same order. I did as I was told to do. It took over 14 days to get my refund. I was only given credit for one purse. I called this morning spoke to supervisor name Brenda who informed me that it would take another 4-5 days before I could get the refund for the other purse. This is not good business... I understood that the refund process could take up to 14days [which turned into 18 days] but another 4-5 this is ridiculous and Coach need to come up with a better return process... I am not an online shopper so this only made me like shopping on line less... thank you Coach for the awful experience.
Ordered 2 items Dec. 1,2020 for a Christmas gift (a backpack and coat). I received the backpack about 2 weeks later, but the coat kept showing processing. Gave the backpack as a gift with the picture of the coat. Finally after Christmas I called because i saw that the coat was refunded, so I bought my husband another gift to replace. Fast forward to Jan. 8, my account was charged again. I called to cancel the order, customer service said they cancelled it (money was back in my account 3 days later). A week later, my account was charged again for the coat, so I call back. Stated once again the item was cancelled (money back in my account 3 days later). ANOTHER week later my account was charged AGAIN and I check my email and item has shipped (this is now Jan. 31). Called customer service and they sent me a prepaid shipping label (I was not about to pay to send it back after the numerous "it's cancelled has been promised). So i ship the item back and the warehouse receives it on 2/5/21. It is now 2/23 and i have not yet received my refund. Customer service states 10-14 business days to process (which will be 2/25). If I don't receive my refund I guess I will have to dispute the charge. I will never ever in my life purchase from coach again. Just horrible.
I ordered items from coach outlet in the beginning of January and STILL have not received my orders, this is absolutely ridiculous. I wrote them and this was there response:
These packages are still in transit with USPS and arriving later than expected, according to their site. Please note, shipping carriers are experiencing nationwide delays due to sever weather, that may affect delivery. They have updated the packages on Feb 5,6, and 10. Please continue to check their site, www.usps.com, for updates. We cannot consider the package lost until there is 30 days with no update as these packages are shipped by boat. If the package is filed as lost or misplaced by USPS, or does not update within 30 days, we are happy to offer a replacement with expedited shipping.

Website deceiving, I inputted my payment information after submitting a payment it said out of stock.
Order amount is 125, BEFORE TAX TAX is $5 Shipping supposed to Be FREE Standard ship beyond $99 When I attempt to order 2 SCARFS & USE PAYPAL the order is $133, YEt when I come to the Coach site & hit continue the price is $143. They are trying to back-end a SHIPPING Charge of $1- Have tried to make order over several days. WHAT a KROCK

I try to purchase a purse online and wen I enter my card information it charge $153 and the system said I couldn't complete my order I called and they told me the system was acting up due to the high volume orders I finished the order with the agent over the phone and they charged me another $126 they told me the $153 will be refunded with in 5-7 days never got my money back I did get the purse however never got my $153 dollars back I emailed and called now no one knows what happend I don't recommend this site at all.
My items came fast and were well wrapped. The stuff was exactly as shown on the site and a duster was included with my purse.
When checking out online, the website kept claiming there was an issue with my debit card and indicating I needed to re-enter the CVV code which I did three times. Ultimately, my order was NEVER placed BUT they charged my card three times for a total of $900. I called customer service three times to resolve this, and each time the rep blamed the bank and said these were mere holds. They couldn't figure out why my order wouldn't go through as my card was fine and legit and I had the money in the bank. The authorizations never dropped off my account, I had no order confirmation, and ultimately had to call the fraud department of my bank who helped me immediately file a claim against Coach. Horrible hassle. Learned my lesson - will NEVER shop at Coach outlet again nor buy in stores. Not worth it. Can't add photos as no products are being shipped. I could add a phone of me on the phone with my bank being upset.
I never ordered from this website before. I keep trying to place my first order but it always gives me an error message. I'm starting to think it might be because I'm based in Florida and so is their distribution center, so they want to avoid getting caught for their slow/unreliable shipping (which, after reading some reviews here, they appear to be very guilty of)
I ordered 4 bags for gifts on 12/11. I called for several days before Christmas and after when they didn't make it by 12/25, was on hold for more than an hour and I still did not get to speak with anyone. I filed a dispute with PayPal--Paypal contacted them and they said they delivered my items--get this but the tracking number still shows at UPS. These fools told me via email to file a police report--who does that? Finally, on Wednesday I got through, the first guy I spoke with was sympathetic but said while there is an ongoing dispute they cant ship my items, I said you do know that if you ship my items the dispute goes away? He said yeah, but my hands are tied. What? Just bizarro. I asked for a manager--the goofy manager said much of the same nonsense but offered to reship my order--huh? That's literally the contract--it was like he had some sort of revelation or epiphany of how to solve the problem. Well, to his credit, I received a new order number and tracking ID. Yesterday (3 days later), 1/23 and they arrived -but not even the correct bags. They literally have one job; to put the correct merch in a box timely--fail. I will never order online from them again. I spent way too much time trying to rectify their error. I refuse to pay someone to treat me poorly. The customer service is unresponsive and apathetic. It is not worth the aggravation. I should bill them for my time and energy--including having to write this review.
After reading reviews on this site I panicked. I ordered online on Jan 14 and received bag on Jan 19, pretty fast shipping although bag was in Georgia and I live in South Carolina. I ordered the Gallery Tote, light tan canvas with chalk handles. It was packaged well, all zipper pulls covered, stuffing where needed and was placed in a Coach plastic shipping bag. No complaints here. Very happy with my purchase.
So I purchase from coach outlet without reading any of the reviews. Everyone had such a bad experience, my first instinct was to cancel my order. It only took 30 minutes to get on the phone with customer service. Even though they couldn't cancel it, the person I was talking to was really nice and gave me other alternatives. I decided to just get the vest. It came so fast (I'm in Canada) and it is very pretty. WILL shop here again!
I went to outlet in Vacaville CA I purchased a purse at $250. I noticed no dust bag with my purchase so I go ack into store to request a dust bag. Customer service was just ridiculous and rude. I was told that they do not give or come with dust bags. When I questioned this I was told "oh I don't know why we don't give out dust bags" zero stars should be an option. Coach really isn't what it once was. Even there quality is gone to crap
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
