I ordered a bag and didn't get confirmation email. I then emailed customer service and they said there was no order but my bank debit the amount and I sent them photo of transaction. They sent me same automated reply as first time. Then I sent a photo of an email I got from couch outlet stating "because of your purchase…" and promoting other merchandise. I sent them screen shot. They replied with my supposed ordering being found and the tracking number. Today the tracking still says "label created" but has not shipped. I should have received item yesterday as per their email to me. I told them I have not and they replied saying they'd send a store credit because item was now out of stock. How do they think they can hold my money hostage? I replied I didn't want a credit I wanted my money back. They replied saying the item shows as delivered and they can only give me store credit. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. What kind of operation are they running? I thought they were a luxury brand. It is a scam!
As I have read most of the negative reviews I am legitimately surprised. I have ordered easily 20 times from this site and have had nothing but a positive experience. I have also ordered online and picked up from the outlet store in Edenburgh Indiana. My items have just about always shipped out in a time manner, in about 4 days from when I have ordered. I have only had one experience when it took a week to ship out! So I would say do not let these negative reviews deter you from ordering from this site and getting a nice discount! I would highly recommend it!
I was in store today at Last America Branch. Everything goes smooth and staff was nice. Until I got to the cashier. I bought 2 bag ang 2 wrist wallet. I was being nice approach to her, i ask her nicely would you mind if i put them separately.? She Tell me with mean voice! OH WE DON'T DO SEPARATE BAG HERE.! I didn't even finished on my words she cut me off.! I said "i just want to put them together the pouch and Bag with separate bag. Sothat they're not scratching each other." She's Quite and separate it anyway. I was just being quite and didn't say anything When i live the store, She not even saying Thank you when she give my reciept. Her name is ALONDRA. Just awareness to respect and be nice to your costumer. I don't give reviews but this is my first time feel being treat RUDE to the coach store. Which is my favorite store.
Today I met with Heidi from your Tanger Outlet Myrtle Beach location and Heidi assisted myself and my partner so well we spent over 1500 dollars there and Heidi was very courteous and polite and went above and beyond we tried to tip her and she stated they couldn't were not able to I knew I had to give this AMAZING salesperson a BIG KUDOS …Thank You so much Heidi!
Shipping is terrible. They create a label to make you think it has shipped and provide a delivery date based on such. Don't believe it, it will be revised. Your order will sit around in their warehouse for several more days after the label is printed before it goes to UPS Mail Innovations. It would get here faster on the Mayflower, if it gets here at all. Shipping time noted on the website is 5-7 days. Customer service then hedged their bets and said 10 business days after it ships. They don't even count processing, which can be whatever. Not worth the frustration.
The worst online experience with seller Dcqut who is a Coach seller but does not deliver customer products as description gives! Ordered in March 2021, received ordered June 3,2021! Order shipped from China but Dcqut does not inform buyer he orders from another country! Purses I ordered are not genuine leather, are not genuine Coach purses and are nothing as shown on pictures in outlet store online! Does not make Coach look good at all!

I placed an order over the phone with a representative and then later got an email stating my order was canceled. So, I called today to find out why because the monies have been taken out of my account and was informed I didn't pass a security check. I am like what security check? You have my monies what is there to check. She informed me the do that whether it is online or over the phone. I have never heard of such. I should have driven to the outlet for this foolishness.
Order shoe's from this company was supposed to be a size 8 did not have a size in the shoe fake and they came in big as a elephant please don't order it is a fake COACH.
SCAMMERS-HOW DOES COACH LET THIS GO ON ITS A VERY BAD REFLECTION ON THEM, long story short 1st they charged my credit card $54. Over the price of my order 2nd waited 32 days for a small package delivered by the post office(they charged $15. For shipping claiming they only ship through ups or fedex only, not true, lastly it would have been nice to have received the pocket book I ordered, even the plain black wallet but no I received a FAKE brown(I own nothing brown)wallet they returned my email(the only way you can contact THE CHINESE BASED RIP OFF SIGHT they want me to pay to ship back the $36 wallet before issuing me a refund which pohang will not happen-there is no reason to not refund th $ for the $68. Pocket book that was absent from my order. This by far is the worst experience I have had to deal with in regards to shopping in my entire life DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY HAVE A NORMAL LOOKING COACH OUTLET SITE WHICH WAS MADE TO APPEAR THEY WERE LOCATED IN NY. I ordered April 10 and received it May 11, it was supposed to be a birthday present but didn't come on time, was supposed to receive it april 29. Almost lost my hope if I'll be getting my order at all. The shipment is very confusing, they give you two different tracking numbers, 1 from usps and 1 from ups, and when you click ups tracking number it will show a different usps tracking number, maybe because they shipped the items that you ordered separately? Still waiting for the other item that I ordered same time. Quality of the purse is great though, it's really cute. Smaller than what you see in the picture, but you get what you paid for. Will order again, way way ahead of time next time.
Update today is May 22 and I just received the other item I ordered, Took 7 weeks. Quality of the product is great. Will definitely order again.

I had this coach purse for two years. And the straps are falling apart. Very cheaply made. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this purse. I've had other coach purses. And never have they done this.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Sarah ******* needs to find a new job ASAP. She didn't fix the problem at all in fact she made matters worse. She called her bank and the money was taken out NOT PENDING BUT GONE! Then when we called Coach guess what they said. They said that order didn't even exist. CRAZY. Theeeeennnn they said it would take 3-5 business days for my funds to come back. Well guess what? The funds aren't there. I went on the site last year wanting to purchase a purse but everytime I went the one purse was on backorder then finally out of stock. So I thought well maybe wait until spring when they have new arrivals. I visited on April 22,2021 and not only found a purse but also a wallet. So I put them both in my cart and checked out. About an hour later I received the confirmation email. Something told me to look up reviews and such and seen many people displeased. I got scared but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I got a tracking email saying my package was en route and delivery May 1,2021. So I waited then the date changed to Tuesday April 27. Then the FedEx man delivered my package on that day. I opened only getting my purse. I was confused then signed back into my coach account and seen there were two packages. The first was my purse and the second my wallet. So expecting my wallet to come May, well my wallet came today April 29! This package came USPS. My coach purchases are real leather and authentic.

Tried to put order in online and refused to take 2 legit credit cards, then charged me 5 times! I stupidly called order in & clerk made massive mistakes on my name, address as well as recipient info. This is a total scam, I placed any order on 3/26/2021, only to receive tracking information on it, when emailed about it on the 3rd of April, Today is the 23 of April and it still says in transit?

Knew about this outlet shop awhile now, but was hesitant to buy because I was afraid I would get unpleasing items! Have no fear! I bought so many handbags, wallet wristlets, crossbody bags and much more for great prices. Shipping is also very quick! I recommend.
Bought 2 jackets, never received email confirmation and isn't show on my order history too. I need to return one of them, but without order information I can't do it. The lady on the phone only provided me order number and said without PO information I can't return it. Yes I need PO info but she can't provide me anything to return it? Worse website ever and bad customer services. Do you think anyone will return only paperwork without stuff?
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
