Unless you already have an account made, don't do any last minute shopping on their cite. Honestly, just don't use it. I wasn't given a tracking number, a receipt, nothing. I couldn't even go back to the webpage to try to cancel the order. Yet my card said it was charged the cost of the bag, and the payment is still processing. L website.
Will definitely order from them again. From time of ordering to deliver was less then a week. Bag is much prettier in person as well.

I have 2 other coach bags from from the couch store from years ago and the quality is awesome 500 a piece from the outlet something you could get at Target I do like it and will keep it I paid 175.00 said it's worth 428.00 I don't think so I wish it was made in the states but it was made in the Philippines and Couch is a US company so ppl you get what you pay for I got the Everly Drawstring bag in Jade green.
OMG! I had the same issue as the person below me on Oct 12,2021 with a fake bag. I purchased 2 bags from their website in March and when I received it, they looked off and there were no dust bags and the quality was terrible. I sent it back in April and JUST got package from them today (Oct 14,2021). Coach outlet sent the bags back to me claiming they were fake and wouldn't take it back. They were the exact same bags that were sent to me? When I called them, they treated me as if I gave them a fake bag when in reality, they were the ones that sent the fake bag. There doesn't seem to be a resolution at this point. I will never shop from them again!
Absolute worst experience no customer service whatsoever beware good chance if your order is backordered they're going to cancel it my order status had been fine then it went to backordered and then magically a week later they cancelled it so now I'm out an anniversary gift for my wife and I'm really pissed off I should have read the reviews on this site buyer beware please read these reviews and don't do business with them
Not sure how Athentic these bags are did my research and they look nice but not Real? The Zipper is not a YKK Zipper nor is it Real Silver or brass. The bag did not come with a Dust bag and it just look cheap... items are nice but won't buy again! Fake totes? Also the packaging was horrible I was shocked that Coach outlet shipps their packages like that smh.
I have LOST MONEY by shopping with Coach Outlet. I ordered the Total Signature Trench coat and it arrived in a humongous package that was 3x larger than necessary. When I decided to return the trench coat, I had to pay $42.04 in shipping costs on a $304 order! The jacket arrived on October 1; it is now October 8 and I still have not received my refund or heard from Coach Outlet at all.
My order arrived 2 days after placing my order and that's with regular shipping. I do live within a few hundred miles of where it was shipped from but still. They processed the order so quickly. The bag is adorable and of good quality and came with the tags.
I ordered shoes 2 months ago... I looked at my email to see when they were going to arrive and it said they were already delivered, but wasn't! So I called customer care and they kept me on hold for 25 mins the first time and 30 mins the second time! Only to find out that my shoes were returned to the sender because the girl at the coach store put my name in wrong. So not only do I not have any shoes! They also took my money from my account! The customer care lady said I have to order more and wait another 2 months to even get my shoes! This was the very first time I ever ordered something from coach and to tell you the truth, it will be my very LAST TIME! For this company to be so expensive they need to pay for BETTER EMPLOYEES WITH BETTER ATTITUDE... THEY HAVE COMPLETELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!
I ordered the crossbody bag last week and shipment was great. However, when I open the box, the bag is open, it is not packed, or a dust bag or anything that would make it looks decent in a package. It looks like someone just threw the bag inside the box and close it and the bag has this horrible smell!
I have had a Coach Tote for 8 months and the Coach label fell off! The stitching around the bag was never perfect craftsmanship but the label falling off took the cake! I called customer service where they explained my bag could be shipped@ my expense to their Woodshop/ Warehouse/ Fix it place where the bag could be fixed! I asked for a replacement bag not a refund and they refused! I talked to customer Service Rep-Keith and then his boss Amy… who I could barely understand with her lack of communication skills into the phone! I was switched to her boss who told me the same thing and in the end no real help! I'm not happy with the outcome! That I have a middle of the line bag that came from Coach and it looks like it came from a second hand store! Buyer Beware… the picture looks 1 way and the product you receive is something else!

I purchased a handbag for $162 on 9/6 (still in pending Checked my account and there were 2 pending transactions from Coach 1 for $162 (cost of bag) and another for $180 (an extra hold until merchandise is shipped).
$342. Please be aware when ordering online or over the phone with Coach that they will hold additional money in your account (in my case $180)on top of the price of the transaction and you will have to wait 3-5 business days for that hold to be released and additional money be back in your account AND they WILL NOT cancel your transaction. You will just be stuck.

Siempre he ordenado en línea y nunca había presentado ningún problema. Esta vez ordene 1 belt para una amiga puse la orden y al pagar y todo me percaté de que puse un solo número mal en la dirección, tan pronto como unos segundos más tarde envié un email para que me ayudaran a modificarla. A lo que me responden que no sería posible ya que ellos hacen el shipping tan pronto llega la orden, puedo entenderlo, realice llamadas pq la orden aún no salía del warehouse y no "pudieron" ayudarme. Tampoco cancelan o devuelven dinero entiendo que fué mi error pero me percate super rapido. No hay nada que hacer a menos que pueda contactarme con el transporte. Es una orden pérdida
I can not deal with a company that will not honor a sale price when they have the same name I bought a purse and 4 days later went on sale for 20% off said I had to return it to the store and then repurchase on line. Done with Coach which sucks because I do like their purses but they have no customer service that are kind and the time I ordered my purse from them I had to return it 2xs to get one that wasn't defective or used plus the online web site it horrible to look at items. Which I wished I had noticed that the purse I bought in the store didn't have any of the zippers tags covered usually they have a foam like wrap with tape wasn't on any
I ordered a COACH tote for a great price! I got it within 5 days! Wrapped nicely. New with tags. Much cheaper then I have seen the bags priced at the Outlet store in person. No problems with transaction. I would order from the website again.

As a personal shopper, Coach USA is one of my worst experiences. Whenever I order from them, after there attempts, they return so early to the facility. The customer service reps dont have emotional intelligence to handle your situation. They do not have the service of you picking up your items after attempting to deliver to you at a UPS ACCESS POINT like every normal store does.
I tried to place my order multiple times. After the 3rd time I was told to call my bank and after calling my bank and finding out there was no issue on my end, I tried to place the order again. And that order was cancelled as well. I was then told there is a problem with my address. I tried to order again using my work and then my mother's address and all were cancelled. No one could tell me what the issue was my the addresses. Utterly ridiculous!
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
Answer: It took 3 days to get my shipment details then after it was shipped it arrived 5 days later
