I have purchases several flights from here. It's ok, but I'll select my seats during purchase, then sometimes it will tell me no seats have been selected after purchase. Every other site for flights are about the same price-wise though.

The site will give you options for low fares, however it is not comprehensive. It leaves out higher priced fares that you may be interested in. At least I would like to be able to compare.

This company is a bunch of thieves! Bought tickets to the Yankees game for my brothers birthday and when the value of the tickets all of a sudden went up they told me my tickets were cancelled and they don't have them anymore. A crooked company, do not buy anything from them. Customer service is awful. They offered me nothing in return just said that's the way is goes. Just because you buy them its not guaranteed.

Cheaptickets.com is a complete sham. Customer support is nonexistent, literally. I did not speak to a single human being after being on hold for over an hour. They have an automated service that would call you back and save your place in line. I did this four times, and each time I would get a call back, I would sit through another several minutes of their wait music before some automated chump would click on the line and tell me they were experiencing "technical difficulties' and then disconnect me. Then, upon calling the line back, the wait time would then triple. They apparently operate out of a double-wide with a staff of chimpanzees. I will never use this garbage site again, regardless of their fare prices, and I will advise everyone that will listen to do the same. To hell with you Cheaptickets.com.

DO NOT USE CHEAPTICKETS.COM

By far THE worst customer service I've ever had. I had purchased two tickets to the Pink Concert in Milwaukee January 9th. We get to the concert to find out that the tickets they sold me were FRAUDULENT. I then had to buy two crappy tickets in order to go to the concert. The next morning I call Cheapticket's "Customer Service" and some guy answers the phone. I tell him the problem and his response was "ah ok well we are upgrading our systems so call back in a few hours"... EXCUSE ME!?!?! So then I email the company to let them know the situation and I get an email saying I will be contact within 5 business days. Now, I don't know about you, but I have just been screwed out of over 200 dollars and I'm not happy. 5 business days is a crazy amount of time to expect someone to wait (plus still never got that call) So naturally, I dispute the charge on my credit card. This finally got cheap ticket's attention because they notified me that I could only receive the 150% refund they promise on their site if I can't the dispute. Well gee, maybe if your customer service didn't suck, I could've talk to someone there and felt more comfortable not disputing it in the first place. After emailing back and forth with a girl, I finally cancel the dispute last week. I again emailed them today to ask for an update on my refund. They have done nothing because they have not received notification that the dispute was cancelled. BS. I don't believe that for a second. A customer tells you that you are selling bad tickets and you don't even look into it? Meantime, they tell me it takes up to 30 days to get the refund, so I'm sure they expect me to pay the interest charge on the 200 plus dollars sitting on my credit card waiting for the refund? Why doesn't the company do as they promise? It is not hard to contact the venue and talk to the VERY NICE people there who helped me out to see if my tickets were in fact fraud. But nope, they are dragging their feet in hopes that I give up so that they don't have to pay me the 150%. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is one of the worst pages I ever have come by, giving travel options with pricing not available offering travel to a higher cost to trying to get potential travelers to pay a very high travel price compared to what a serious web travel agents are offering, WARNING, TRY ANOTHER WEB TO COMPARE TRAVEL PRICING, THIS ONE WILL CONN YOU OF MONEY THAT COULD BE USED TO ENJOY YOUR DESTINATION.

I had an easy enough time placing an order online for some NFL tickets. When the tickets (2 days later) were found to be no longer available, I even got a nice call from a customer service person who assured me via phone message that they had an UPGRADE for me. I called back within ½ hour and the business was closed for the day so I called back first thing in the morning at which point they denied having any upgrade still available but I was welcome to start over again at their website and they had nothing further they could do. When a business forgets to include INTEGRITY in its charter… steer clear.

Never use cheaptickets

Never use cheaptickets. It is a fraud. Even if you don't get what you payed for you will never get your money back. It is easier to dispute a payment with a credit card issuer than with cheaptickets. Their customer service in India is a joke.

Good website, nice deals, but it’s not the cheapest as you think it is looking at it’s name. Tickets troughout flight companies are the same price but sometimes You don’t have to pay reservation cost, or administration fees. I will keep with booking straith with flight conmpany.

They never informed me of the flight changes. When I called they claimed 2 e-mails that had the exact information for the updated flight and the original. They did nothing about it they even refuse to change flights the cheap deal of $600 a ticket turned up to be $1,500 a ticket since I had to buy new tickets for my way back. The planes were delayed up to 18 hrs in the airports and made me loose 2 days of my vacation. I traveled with 2 children and it was just the worst. Please don't let them keep scamming people don't buy from them.

I had two terrible experiences with this company. First, we booked a hotel stay in Florida through them in March 2013 that promised a $75 hotel credit upon check-out. However, the hotel refused to honor the credit because they indicated that CheapTickets failed to enter it into the reservation system. After multiple calls to the CheapTickets "Customer Service," follow-up e-mails provideding various documentation (which they already had in their system), etc., they eventually agreed to issue a $100 voucher good off of a future CheapTickets.com booking.

Unfortunately, they don't deduct the voucher amount from the price at time of booking, as most reputable companies too. Rather, they require you to book it through them, pay in full via credit card, and then send in ANOTHER request for a refund of the voucher amount. Despite this RIDICULOUS process, I complied with these directions in booking a subsequent hotel stay in Massachusetts earlier this month. I sent in all of the documentation requested to claim my refund (again, even though thye had it all in their system). Incredulously, they refused to honor the voucher and provide the refund, stating that I had to book ANOTHER trip through them to be eligible for the refund. They simply ignored my follow-up e-mail providing all of the relevant documentation from both trips.

Terrible customer service and inept (at best) business practices. Buyer Beware!

I've used this site a couple of times to order plane tickets. I usually get a good deal 85% of the time on this site. It's always good to have a good selection so you know what your options are like.

Cheap Tickets website sends you to several "cheap" sites after you enter your trip plan. They (Cheap Tickets AND the other company - flights24.com) conveyed themselves as "cheap" BUT when all was said and invoiced my ticket cost me 560.00 when the same flights (I found out afterwards) on one of the more established websites would have cost me only 478.00. Same flights, same dates, same everything. I will never use the Cheap Tickets site again.

Used it when I came to the States to do my internship. Good service and cheap prices for Dutch conditions. Flights from Schipol to JFK were good at price and availability.

I've used this site for 3 trips to Australia now and have had very good results. They have fairly good rates and everything has always ran very smoothly with my etickets and their customer service was good when I had to make changes to my flight except for one little snag.

Here's a little tip for you. If you have to change your flight, try going through your actual airline to make the changes because you'll find it's a bit cheaper than if you change it through cheaptickets. You'll likely still be hit with some financial punishment but cheaptickets was more expensive to make the necessary adjustments. Usually it'll cost around $250 plus any increase in airfare if there is any. But CT wanted to charge me $450 so I took a chance and called the airline and they took care of it all for me. Just make sure you have your booking number on hand.

Other than that, I've been very happy with this site and their service and I'm going to be booking with them again soon for Australia.

I've used this site on a number of occasions and have never had any issues. It is very user friendly, there are no additional fees to book flights, and they provide you with your bottom line price to include tax and fees upfront. You can choose from multiple airlines, and can easily see the difference in price between non-stop flights and those with stops to see if the savings are really worth the extra time. I like that you can also sort the flights by departure time or shortest flight so that you can chose the flight that best suits your needs.

Upon placing an order you can select which seats you want on the plane and then notate any special needs/requests you may have. Immediately upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. I've used them for booking flights, car rentals as well as hotels and I've never had any issues with my reservations, etc.

You will find their pricing to be better than most sites specifically on flights, so I would highly recommend checking out their site anytime you are looking to book an airline ticket. Though I had a great recent experience with www.lastminutetravel.com (feel free to read my review), ultimately when booking my ticket to Florida, www.cheaptickets.com was about $50 cheaper for the same exact flight, so obviously I booked my flight with them. :)
