I've been trying to contact someone regarding my ticket by after 24 hours there has been no response. My flight is one Sunday and they are just stressing me out... Just awful service!

Borderline Scam.

I booked a flight several months ago from LAX to Rome. It was cancelled, and without asking me the company issues airline credit. Unfortunately said credit can only be used with the original airline (airlingus), and every new option offered would require me to pay an additional cost which exceed the price of a brand new ticket. So the credit is really... not one. It's a scam to get you to buy a new ticket. And so I did. I bought a new ticket, which weeks later got changed to a different date. I was ok with the new date, but a few weeks later the ticket got cancelled and I wasn't even notified of it. I randomly logged into the app to find out that my upcoming trip was now in the "cancelled trips" section.
I called them, and waited 8.5 hours on the phone. I was told that they cannot put me on any other flight, and that the only option is to issue a refund, but since (apparently) it has to go through the airline, it will take roughly 12 weeks for that to be issues. 12 weeks. Unbelievable.
So here I am with:
- $995 lost on an airlingus ticket that I'll never get back.
- $1423 that SHOULD be refunded in 12 weeks.

Considering taking legal action since this truly appears to be an orchestrated scam.

The first night was beyond horrible. Extremely loud rap music and drunk people in the cabin next to us partying till after 10pm then back at it at 8am. Beware of hidden cleaning fees tacked onto your hotel price after you book. Our room went from $126 a night to $146 after booking! Triple check your reservation details too! The room description on cheap tickets was inaccurate and NOT the booked room. The owner wanted to charge another $20 a night for a jetted tub that was in the description on cheap tickets but NOT the actual booked room. She did waive that fee for us. Also Cheap tickets had the room for $28 dollars less three weeks later for the exact same booked room the weekend we were staying. I was told that they would price match no problem. That was a lie. It was ultimately up to the hotel if they wanted to price match or not. Guess what big surprise they chose not to. I will never book or recommend Cheap tickets or Golden Bear cottages to anyone for all the hidden fees, inaccurate room bookings, and all the hours I spent on the phone trying to get it all corrected without spending another $80 in hidden fees and upcharges. To bad though, the owner is nice and cottage was cozy.

Bait and Switch

This is not my first time using this service, but it will be my last. Reserved a car through them over a month ago. Reservations quoted me $696 including taxes and fees. Go to pick up my car and they told me it would be $1300 plus a deposit. They told me I had to take it up with CheapTickets. They would not honor the reservation even though I had printed it up. Now I am on vacation without a car. Have had to cancel plans. What is the point in providing this service if they are going to lie. Don't get me wrong, I hold Hertz responsible as well. NEVER again.

Cheap tickets

I booked a flight for myself and my mom. We have used Cheap tickets in the past. But, this time I booked well in advance and 2 weeks later I get an email saying that our flight from Eugene to Orlando had been changed. And then I get another email saying that our flight from Orlando to Eugene has also changed. I paid for cancelation fees. They are quick to take your money. But, they won't refund. Give you an ecredit.

Do not use Cheaptickets.com

I am giving cheaptickets.com a 1 start because zero is not an option. Cheaptickets may work to book flights under simple circumstances, but god forbid life happens (which almost always does) and a refund/credit, reschedule or other circumstance is needed. To make use of a credit with this company, be prepared to wait on hold upwards of 4 hours. Also, do not fall for the "call back queue" option, you'll never get a call back (tried on multiple occasions). I had no choice but opt for holding on the line for what was said to be a 2 hour wait that turned out to be 3 before someone came on the line. Once I got on the line with someone, they spoke to me for a few minutes, pulled up some information and as soon as I asked for clarification and/or breakdown of difference in cost the guy (not gentleman) hung up. So, here goes... another 4 hour wait to try to reach another agent, start all over again and hope he/she does not disconnect the call, as there is no accountability to poor customer service, there is no one who will care about customer issues. The guy who hung up will never have to deal with his lack of customer service and can arbitrarily hang up on any call he doesn't feel like working as there is no consequence. This company is trash as it pertains to customer satisfaction. Save your time and money and use someone else.

I bought and paid for tickets 3 months before the trip. When I arrived to board the flight that was sold to me does not fly. Uniter avia changed all my itinerary. And I was not warned. Result i missed the date of my appointments. Had my itinerary. Remade with more than 9 hours of waiting and with 4 stops and 36 hours of delay. Do yourself a favor and look for another agency.

Do not use Cheaptickets to book a flight. They don't have up-to-date airline scheduled flights, their site crashed; ultimately days later they reversed the destination of a flight because the original flight departure time and day did not exist. They charged my credit card and refused to refund the price of the erroneously scheduled flight. Go directly through the airline you will be flying on. Customer service is nonexistent!

At CheapTickets.com I bought two plane tickets for:
Trip: Amsterdam-Paphos (Cyprus)
Flight number: HV 5517
Travel date: 10 July 2020
Travel time: 16:20-21:25

Complaint:
1. The flight was cancelled.
2. We were not notified in any way and found out about the cancellation on the airport.
3. We did not get a refund so far.
4. We had to buy new tickets (for 11 June 2020) in order to get to Paphos.

Please dear costumer avoid this compagny until they improve.

Horrific service!

I lost 600.00 because of their horrible customer service! I have been calling for two days day and night. The was suppose to have booked me a new flight with credited flight. They took my money for the room.and rental and failed to approve the flight. They transferred me to some department that was suppose to finalize the flight. I was on hold for 1hour and 10 mins and then the phone dropped! I called back just for the recording ti say due to technically problems we will not be able to take your call. The recording says if your flight is within 72 hours push this. My flight was the next day. I never got through. In the mean time.my room and car rental was booked and confirmed! They took my money and still my flight was not confirmed. When calling the airline they said the agent is the one who needs yo contact them and there was nothing they could do. I couldnt cancel hotel they said the same thing. In the mean time I have a room and a car I cant get too because I dont have a flight! I was not able to get a refund! I lost 600 dollars and i am livid about this! On top of that they have some chat customer service that doesnt answer any of your question other than what your itinerary is. I am pissed and I am not a satisfied customer! I want my money back. I am so angry I dont know what to do. I missed my conference in California all because I did not have a flight booked. I lost my money! And I am. PISSED! THEY WILL NOT HEAR THE LAST OF ME... THEY NEED TO HAVE BEEN READY FOR DAYS LIKE THIS... I have yet to get a call back or a response to my emails that was sent out. I will get a claims rolling for a refund! I am a single parent with four children. I dont have $600 to just throw away like that.

Run! It's a Scam!

I purchased tickets for a play from Cheap Tickets, but when I called the venue, I was told the tickets are fake. I called Cheap Tickets for a refund, but they insisted that unless I get a letter from the venue on company letterhead stating that the tickets were fake, I would not be able to get a refund. They are scammers. I can't believe they are associated with Expedia. This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life and I'm now out about $150. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from cheap tickets.

Bought 3 tickets to an NFL game, went to my email on sunday morning (October, 2019 Detroit Lions game) of the game, clicked through the links and there were no tickets... cheaptickets had lost or mucked up the order somehow. 90 minutes on the phone with their "help" staff was an utter, frustrating waste of time as the idiot on the other end could not only not communicate well in English, she couldn't solve the issue... and scolded me quite a bit for being upset about it in her broken english. Just great. 2 1/2 hours later, finally got seats through another source but was late for the game and the entire morning was spent in an absolute panic for me and the family. Pretty much ruined the whole damn day. Cheaptickets.com is an absolute disaster; I'd recommend avoiding these clowns like the bubonic plague. I will carry a grudge for these DB's forever...

Scam flight tickets

Purchased a ticket with a creditcard and never received a confirmation - after the amount was confirmed by the credit card company Cheap Tickets claims to have never received any payment and prevents to do any effort to mediate this issue. They are scammers

Cheap Tickets are Re Sellers. This original ticket was bought from Ticketmaster by Cleon Jones ($36.) & re sold to me at $72. & service charges $100.82! THEN after you give your credit card info... you find out it's partial view, has somebody elses' name (who paid the original lesser price) & when you attempt to cancel you're quoted final sale!
All you can do is warn others!
Just you wait Cheap Tix/ Karma gets scammers!

Worst ticket company. They are not even a company. Be careful! They don't have tickets for the price that they offer. After days, they cancel your purchase and try to overcome with a new rate. They are not professional!

PRICELESS CAR RENTAL

I reserved a car at Priceless in Orlando Florida for a 3 day rental. My pickup time was 11:15p. We arrived around 10:45 at the pick up point only to find the one shuttle they had running was full. We were told to wait for the driver to return in about 15-20 minutes. No driver returned. After several calls, 1 1/2 hours later on our final call, Priceless told us there were no more cars. Mind you, I arrived at the pick up point on time and called in as instructed. They simply did not hold my car. They later told me they only had one driver that night. But we were from California, and expected to have a car when we arrived. Think twice before reserving at this company.
