Items were returned and received by Cettire. I have not received a refund for these items. Whenever I contact customer service, I get the same response "Items are under review." These items were returned precisely how I received them. They now possess the items and have given me a hard time getting a refund to my credit card account. I will reach out to my credit card account and file a complaint. This is an absolutely abhorrent business practice! I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from Cettire. Not only is the customer service horrendous, but when you return the item(s), they keep the items and won't refund your money! In my opinion and from my experience, they are thieves!

Horrible Service-BUYER BEWARE!

Items were returned and received by Cettire. I have not received a refund for these items. I have proof from DHL that they received the returns. Whenever I contact customer service, I get the same response "Items are under review." These items were returned precisely how I received them. They now possess the items and have given me a hard time getting a refund to my credit card account. I will reach out to my credit card account and file a complaint. This is an absolutely abhorrent business practice! I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from Cettire. Not only is the customer service horrendous, but when you return the item(s), they keep the items and won't refund your money! In my opinion and from my experience, they are thieves!

Fendi sunshine bag

The bag that we purchased for 2,700.00 is not AUTHENTIC. I have contacted Fendi.this company is not a Fendi dealer. Contacted our credit card to inform them of the fraudulent bag.now returning the bag is another problem. Eithier way DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. HUGE MISTAKE

Centtire is such a scam. They marked their products with a very low discounted price to list on Lyst or Farfetch. And it leads me to Cettire website, I try to purchased some products 5 times with 2 different cards on Cettire, and they kept rejecting me while I am very sure that is not my cards' problem. I think they just marked their products very low price to attract you to their website, once you actually try to purchase, they deny your order! Customer service is extremely slow and doesn't answer any of your questions!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering! I placed an order and no more than 12 hrs later I emailed them to cancel it! They finally responded 3 days later AFTER STILL NOT SHIPPING MY ORDER and said "since you wish to cancel 24hrs after your purchase there will be $25 taken out of your refund for cancellation fee" mind you I had already emailed them in enough time to cancel! And oh yea if they ship your order without responding to your cancellation email you will have to pay return shipping regardless of anything ‍ I will NEVER purchase from cettire again and I will be sure to help as many people not go through any hassles with this company.

Terrible Policies & Customer Service

I bought one pair of Golden Goose shoes and they seemed too big. I bought a second pair in a smaller size to see which ones I liked best. I liked the smaller pair. I went to return the larger pair and was told I couldn't do so because it was past "the return period". Complete BS. I can understand a return policy if I was just returning, but I bought two of the EXACT same item for sizing purposes. This company has terrible service and I will never purchase from them again.

Stay The F**K Away!

Cettire seemed like a good retailer to shop at, until you actually need customer service to handle issues. They are pretty much non existent and will give you vague and unhelpful responses to your inquiry. Add to the fact this company only has email and no contact number, I wont spend another penny here! Going through hell for the past two months trying to get my refund. I ordered a pair of shoes and Cettire sent me another customers order entirely. I did my due diligence and planned a re-pick up through DHL and had it delivered to the correct person. Problem is now Cettire is trying to charge me for something I never received.

I will join the many negative reviews on this site. I bought a shirt from Cettire, and used their own published sizing guide to determine the size to order. When it came the guide was off by 5 inches in the chest and the shirt was much too big. I didn't want to pay their $25 return fee given it was their error that led to my dissatisfaction so I wrote their customer service. They didn't reply after many emails. Then finally I heard from them. They claimed to have sent emails to me but either they went to spam or I never received them. They refused to accept the return because it was outside of their 14 day return period. I appealed and they continued to refuse a return on a $325 shirt I can't wear. They are not inside the US so there are no laws or safeguards. Just buy somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle or expense.

Item Never Received

Cettire charged my credit card for the item, but it was never shipped. The Order says unfulfilled. They too changed my order date to January when I ordered the item in March. Cettire will not respond to any of my e-mail communications.

I have ordered several times from this site. I have been very pleased with the products and the delivery and quality of the items purchased. The only problem I've ever experience is with the DHL the shipping company that they use to deliver their products to the United States. I have made several purchases from the site and it's been a pleasant experience.

I ordered Burberry stiped booties a few weeks ago. Cettire's current return policy is that the item has to be received within 14 days of receipt (not postmarked), and there is a $25 fee deducted. I was attempting to create a return receipt when their website crashed. I even tried emailing but the emails bounced back. Days later when I could access their site, I was told it was too late to get a return receipt because it was anticipated that the item would not be received within the narrow return window. I tried in multiple emails to explain that it was not my fault that their site and emails were not accessible and asked for an exception to their return period. Cettire refused to acknowledge that their site crashed, despite my having the copies of emails showing that the site was unavailable and the undeliverable emails. The boots that I received are slightly different in color from each other, and looks like I am wearing mix matched boots.

Bought a £400 pair of Dolce and Gabbana Trainers on the 27th of February 2023 which were delivered on the 1st of March 2023 and as I wrote this we are currently on the 20th of March so I have had the trainers in my possession for 3 weeks max but my actual complaint to them was in the 14th of March so 2 weeks I had a pair of designer trainers. I messaged them to say that the item was faulty as the glue that hold the trainer to the sole had failed as was peeling away and also on both trainers the sole was coming away from the shoe. This was backed up by me sending photos and videos.

What I have had back from this companies customer services is nothing short of appalling. Including asking me to take them to be repaired externally at extra cost, asking me to contact Dolce and Gabbana directly, accusing this incident of being wear and tear rather than a genuine fault and basically trying to wash their hands of the whole incident rather than offer an exchange on a faulty item.

They don't properly read your emails as one agent started advising me rather hilariously that they don't sell fake items to people and these were genuine items when this point had never been made by me in any of our communications. I have of course had to get Klarna involved who I made the purchase with to provide them with all the photos, videos, emails and dates because this company refuses to accept blame or deal with its customers in an acceptable manner.

I will of course be posting all of these pictures, videos, emails, order dates on every social media and review site that I can to detract people from falling foul of your shady practises.

I wouldn't expect a pair of £50 trainers to fail after 2 wears in 2 weeks never mind a £400 pair of designer trainers and my bet is either would anyone that worked for Cettire.

Do not ever think to purchase from them.

Thieves. Shameful, inept, unethical pieces of trash. You give them good business, buying $700 hoodies and they don't even list the gender of certain items on Google Chrome on Android, then don't take responsibility for it and cash in on restocking fees when you inevitably have to return it. I emailed support and corporate and no help. It's so disappointing that there are companies like this out there who steal your money and have no sense of responsibility/ethics.

Shopping nightmare

I purchased a Burberry handbag last December and was confident about it as a loyal/returning customer. Then the horror began when the item was delivered without the accompanying strap. I sent several emails but it has taken weeks, without a clear resolution. I'm given the only option of returning the item, essentially ridding them of accountability for the mistake and obviously it will take more painful weeks for refund since they don't reply at all. I was even blamed for replying to my emails (as followup) as it pushes my emails back to the end of the queue. The order costs almost $1000. It's a stressful shopping experience and until now I haven't used the bag since I can't remove the tag yet. I plan to pursue this and bring it to the attention of their country's trade office. Stay away if you can, if you don't want any headache. Update: When I floated the idea of a discount for a Burberry bag strap they are selling, they returned to me with an insulting 20usd voucher. Wow. Stay away from this site if you don't want the hassle.

The company is a scam.

They steal your money and you never hear from them again. They don't reply to any support emails. Make sure to chargeback on them so they lose the money they scam.
