Poor customer services following…

Poor customer services following sending incorrect size. Cettire had advertised shoes with a US size, when ordered size in US the shoes arrived and were actually a UK size meaning they were too big. Cettire had cut off the euro size from box. When customer services were advised they failed to understand or accept their mistake, taking a stance shoes come in different sizes depending on designer. Still not resolved and I would certainly not use again.

I tried to return a pair of jeans that did not go with my shirt and they were too big being that they were in a Italy size, I requested to return the item via email and I sent pictures of the jeans with all of its tags, buttons, and bar codes etc attached. They refused to do a refund, and they lied to my credit card company saying I scratched up their jeans and switched out tags and security tag which is a HUGE lie because they just didn't want to refund me my money back after I spend over $500! I even had pictures I sent them which was proof! Who scratches up an item and replace tags just to return it back? That makes no sense! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE! I WOULDN'T GET ANYTHING FROM THEM EVEN IF IT WAS FREE, THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!

SCAMMERS - they don't have exchange policy, and if you want to exchange the item - they want you to return it, BUT they keep shipping and tax $, charge extra $25 for each item... and then suggest you buy it again.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

My item arrived defective. I immediately sent pictures to the customer service team and sent my item back the next day. It has been more than 10 days and my return has not yet been processed nor have I received any updates on when and my refund. They only reply to emails a day later and no other way to contact. Will never purchase again

The wrong size of the dress was delivered. Upon their confirmation of the return, no refund. Dozens of emails - they answer that their returns team is still processing the case, for 3 months! One is clear, based also on other feedbacks - they never reimburse you the money. Total fraudsters.

I have return quite few items from different orders. However my refund was not issue. After several emails staying that a gift card was sent that I have never received. Reading other reviews is a common practice of Cettire.The website should say WE DO NOT ISSUES REFUND

Order a shirt on the 17th of April, two weeks later shirt ever sent out so I asked for a refund. Refund was allegedly processed on the 30th and would take up to 10 working days to return in my account…today makes 13 working days and I still haven't got my money. I reached out to customer service and they barely respond!

I bought two pairs of Marant boots, that are each a hair small. The company will not honor an exchange or merchandise credit (I do not even want a refund). Going to American Express as my next course. Please do not shop here, it's an absolute scam.

I was very worried after I ordered an expensive Gucci dress from a website I'd never heard of. Is it really worth a $500 discount to get an in-season item that may be counterfeit? After reading negative reviews I was even more worried. I was so pleasantly surprised when the dress arrived and it was perfect. I didn't have to return anything thankfully - or maybe my experience would have been different? But the item was authentic, fit just like the one in the store, and did save me a significant amount of $. It didn't come in beautiful packaging or even a garment bag - but neither of those things are worth $500 in my mind so I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

Not sure why others report so many issues...I have ordered many expensive items and beenm happy. I only had one problemduring height of Covid where a refund took 4 weeks...the onkly other negative is no phone number. But they have awesome prices.Granted their website descriptions leave out alot.

Having read the reviews, I was quite worried, but I did receive my shoes, Hogan sneakers, in good order and right size. No complaints whatsoever. Clearly I did not test their return policy, as no need.

When you return a product, they will find the smallest reason not to refund you your money. This is a scam of a company, unethical. AVOID.

I have ordered dolce gabbana sicily bag for my girlfriend. As a result i received bag without box, without documents, without receipt, with awful sewing and it seems like both used and fake. I am attaching acreenshots, by rhe way the girlfriend was shocked that i could gift her something like this and I look like an idiot… this cannot be called anything than fraud. Bag was delivered from Sicily, paid almost $1.5k to be called a headless idiot…

I have had great luck ordering from Cettire. I ordered 6 Rick Owens pieces, a few Margiela pieces, and i always got a confirmation, shipping updates, DHL updates, and the items arrived as i expected them to. Sorry to hear a lot of people had $#*!ty experiences. I've been using them and real real for almost 8 months now. I can't complain. Knock on wood.

Having purchase one item from cettire it came with the wrong color! After seeing not being the one I look to buy, I decided to return the item but was return label included and also no invoice. After communicating wanted to return the item, only silence from Cettire after knowing my decition. Terrible experience with them so far, do not advise purchasing anything from Cettire!

I'm surprised to hear of the bad reviews actually.
I can't fault them I have been purchasing from Cettire for approx 3 years! I have bought a lots of items. The items have been perfect, fast shipping & fast refunds. Good communication. Well packaged. I'm sorry other people have not had a good shopping experience!

I ordered from Canada, they charged tax and shipping charges once I placed the order, it didn't show me earlier
When I try to cancel the order there is know why we can cancel the order, I emailed them they didn't reply no customer service number

I ordered a Jacquemus bag 658$ but cettire couldn't proceed with my order and they notified me with an email. I was very afraid about the refund while reading the reviews but money came back faster that I was thinking (within 2 days in my case). CETTIRE was very correct and now I'm feeling bad about my mistrust.

This company does not appear to be legitimate. I returned very expensive Golden Goose sneakers within all return requirements and they never refunded my money ….even after about 20 emails.

The worst experience ever. I received my order on 13/04 and immediately decided return them back due to size issue. 10 times i tried to create return label with no result, I wrote several emails and chats support. No one answer. I received the answer 25/04 at 05.00 am with information that returning period is expired. At the same time I order the same shoes, but bigger size and lost 430 euros for the first pair. NEVER AGAIN
