Worst customer service ever. I received a pair of wear sandals. I have returned them and they charged me with a 25 euro fee.

Second time I buy something in the store, second time I have a problem.
The first time I bought a product and they sent me another. I had to wait a month for my money back.
This time I bought two products that charged me at the time of purchase, but I only received one. I have written numerous times and all I get are excuses and apologies, but I still don't know when it will arrive. In the end I decided to request a refund, which will probably take another month.
I don't think I will ever buy again.

If you buy something on this site plan on trying it on quickly and get your return OR EXCHANGE turned around within 14 days. They will not help you even if you are a few days over the 2 week policy. I need to exchange sneakers for 1/2 size up and they refused because it was 7 days after the 14 day exchange policy. This is not a reasonable or customer focused policy especially for those that travel for business

I never never been so disgusted dealing with a company in my life, they provided DHL carrier the package gets destroyed and it's my fault… now I'm stuck paying full price because the Carrier they recommended destroyed the package that I tried to send back!
Cettire is 100% pure Satire and if you care about your money, time and stress level I'd recommend staying far away from this website. The most disgusting store I've ever purchased from and I'll NEVER buy from here ever again

I ordered two items. I waited for both items to arrive before deciding to return so I could return them together. I waited for to get a shipping notification but never did. They notified me 1.5 weeks after placing my order that one of two items I ordered was out of stock and they had that cancel my order. Then they told me I can't return the other item because I had missed the 2 week return window, even though it took them 1.5 weeks to even tell me they couldn't complete my whole order.

This garbage company's business model is sending you crap quality stuff and forcing you to keep it through their deceptive practices.

After 2 months of delay delivering the product, I had to cancel, but they delayed the refund for another 2 months and only after I initiated a dispute. Very bad experience. I would stay away from this company.

The first time I placed an order on Cettire.com I had no issues because I loved and kept the item however the second time I wanted to return (within the return window)... boy was I in for a shock. Firstly it took forever to receive a Return Authorization and label and then no follow-up for weeks from the company after I sent in my return.They ended up refunding me 2 months later which is ridiculous and I was shocked to find out that not only did they deduct $20+ from my refund for returning the item they also refused to refund the tax and duty I paid of $160 to them directly! I would understand if I had paid to a shipping company like UPS or DHL but no... they collected the tax and duties so it is their responsibility to refund that back. After many failed attempts to contact them I am out almost $200;( Will never support this FRAUD company.

Imagine an online shopping website without a proper hotline number to call them, the only way is to email them where you only get a standard response. This is the only company that will charge you with a return free plus more hidden charges! Other

They charged HKD200 fee on EACH refunded items without mentioning it when you arrange the return! I only realised it when I received the refund payment and then I check their T&C to discover that sneaky policy! That is very unprofessional. Never shop in Cettire again and I will just go to farfech matches nap wherever but not cettire

Awful! Do not buy! I bought an expensive bag on their website, used it 5 days and the handle ripped. I contacted customer services and basically was told it was my fault. Well I've had dozens of bags over the years and none have ripped after 5 days; especially since I only used it a few hours each day and I am very careful with my things, so the bag was clearly defected. I tried to get customer services to take some responsibility for items they sell and was told to take it to a repair shop as this was not their concern. I even got attitude from a Manager who replied to my email saying she would no longer reply to me! Rude! Honestly! Avoid!

These people are crooks. I tried to return an item within the time frame. I couldn't generate a label - I was within 14 days of purchase. They have refused to help me send back as they have said I have to get it to DHL within 10
Days to guarantee it back to them within 14 days. TOTAL SCAM.

I have done an order on a Balmain bag for my wife, for 2 weeks I got nothing!
Not even a mail with tracking number!
I've send them an email and they respond that the bag doesn't exist!
I got my refund after 3 months!
In addition I ordered another bag 5 days ago (1.600€).
They reserved the money, and today they replied that Unfortunately, they payment processor has flagged the transaction as high risk and we are unable to process high-risk transactions. I never had a problem with my cards in other sites like luisa via Roma,Farfetch or my Theresa!

They don't ship your order and they don't respond to your emails. I had to blow up their Instagram comments and they deleted my comments. Just like they deleted a BUNCH of comments complaining. I had to dispute with my bank for me to get a refund.

I ordered several times from this site and everything was okay. The last order I received was not the item I ordered. It was impossible to create a return label online and when customer service finally sent me a return label/authorization, it was past their 14 day return window. I returned the item and then they claimed it was past their return window. Thankfully the purchase was on my Amex card and they stepped in and got me a full refund. This took two months and I had to show proof of everything. They lost this customer. I can't recommend them.

I figured most people only write a review here when something bad happens, so I had to say something about my transaction. I recently made a purchase from Cettire for a pair of Veja sneakers. The price was extremely competitive. Even after shipping, it was $100 cheaper than anywhere else. I did my research and came upon this site and saw all the negative reviews. Despite that, I decided to take my chances, because my credit card is very good about denying charges for online venders who swindle their card holders. I placed my order and within 24 hours, I received a notification of shipping with tracking information. Within 5 days, I had a package at my door. It was well packaged. The contents were pristine in an original Veja shoe box and all the original packaging. The shoes were clearly brand new and authentic and had never even been laced. I tried them on and the fit was perfect as expected. I'm very happy with this purchase and would consider this site again in the future.

I bought from cettire last week for the first time Feraggamo sandals and then I read the reviews and I got so scared!
1. Firstly I sent an email to customer service to see if they answer back, and they did like in a few hours very politely answering all my questions!
2. Then the email came with tracking numbers from DHL ( whist is the most expensive and trustworthy) and the shipping country Milan Italy so I started to feel more relieved.
3. The package came today and thank god the sandals were not fake, perfect condition with protective sticker on the Feraggamo metal.
Honestly I was not in the mood to write but I feel the reviews are either not fair or they have changed.
