I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times now regarding the shipping status of a 147,78 Jacquemus Turn Up Brim Logo Embroidered Beanie I have purchased in november. No response at all despite initial order confirmed on 7th novembre 22 and money taken from my account. I have also requested a refund if beanie not available and still no response.It is impossible to communicate with customer service at all. I have spoken to consumer affairs and my lawyer today. Completely unacceptable. Don't trust! Don't buy from this site

I order 3 t.shirts with these people they sent just 1 they keep 2 for them. They dont reply, no one is there to help you like they completely forget you. You can email them 2000 times, they never reply

Being overseas I ordered expensive winter boots.
While they were in transit i managed to find same boots in the country i was visiting and asked my son to send the boots back as soon as they arrived.
The package was not opened, just new AWB issued by HDL and sent back for a refund.
Contacting Cettire three weeks after the boots were sent back I was notified that they received damaged pair from me! They somehow found some wrinkles and scratches on the leather.
Their package was not opened and sent back.

Cettire don't check the condition of the item they send to a client but easily reject it when received back for a refund and refer to their Refund condition which states that Items should be new and unused.

Will Never order anything from Cettire.

These people are scammers! Prepare never to get your item or your money back! They do not respond to emails after they tell you your item is out of stock. It just ends there. Like it's your fault. NEVER TRUST CETTIRE! As it turns out, many people experience this, and I am anxious as to how my case would turn out. I am still waiting for them to refund my money.

They no longer respond to my follow-up emails. They also don't have a contact number. Complete scumbags. Don't buy from this website!

My review is real, I do not doubt the bad reviews tho. I think you take a gamble ordering from this site-- I just got lucky. There is an article from the New York Times that talks about Cettire and other sites like it. They are selling designer lux goods at super discount prices, sometimes there is no dustbag or box, but the article never says they sell fake stuff.

I had never heard of Cettire and read the reviews afterwards because I was skeptical the deal was "too good to be true". So, I kind of panicked until they arrived, imagining all kinds of scenarios but was so impressed. They arrived with a Golden Goose shoebox, authentication card/QR code, dust bag and were brand new, with the do-not-remove band. So happy I ordered from this company-- see photos

Ordered bag in one colour. Got sent the bag in another colour. Their website says they don't do exchanges, only refund on return of goods less a fee. Twice I explained in detail, together with links to my order etc that they had failed to actually select and dispatch the bag in the colour that I had ordered. I expresslysaid I expect full refund given error was theirs. And they finally admitted in email that the error was theirs and asked if I wanted an exchange, despite that their bloody FAQs says they don't off et exchanges. I declined to allow them to bugger it up again. Took 3 weeks but finally got refund but less about AUD$32! I know it's not much money but the cheek of these cretins to charge a customer a handling fee all because they cannot organise to do the simplest task correctly. Infuriatingly bad customer service and appalling attitudes. Avoid Cettrie at all cost.

I ordered 2 t-shirts. CETTIRE charged me twice and sent me 4 t-shirts. Charged me almost $900 total. I sent back 2 t-shirts. CETTIRE acknowledged that they had received both t-shirts but refused to refund me any money at all. Took my money and my t-shirts. I had to open a credit card dispute. Total fraud! Don't buy from them. CETTIRE deserves zero stars.

I'm leaving my review everywhere, and i see everyone is saying the same thing for the most part! They are scam artists, do not order from them! They don't reply to emails. They accepted my order, took my money and are refusing to process it due to verification reasons, but yet they still have my money in their possession because they have not processed the CANCEL. Cancel my order so my bank can release my funds and stop holding onto my money so I can take my money elsewhere! Order #*******

Nothing in more than thiesfs charging me for returning a pair of sneakers which not only were overpriced crap but didn't fit, don't buy from this horrible people,I can't believe they getting away with this nearly $100 they stole from my refund pathetic company never again I will buy anything from them

They sent the wrong item entirely. Hoping they will be willing to send the correct shorts, however their website now indicates they are out of those shorts. Who knows if they were ever in stock in the first place though, might have been a scam to get buyers.

I purchased the Jacquemus pants on the website for a good price when arrived the pants were just huge, you need to have at least 2 meters to use it so I returned. If you are in the US dont even bother to make your return! The package took more than a month to be delivered to their warehouse in Italy. It already passed 2 weeks that they received my package and no refund was issued! When you ask about the refund they say we are still checking... they dont give your refund back! Terrible service! Dont recommend!

I purchased a Burberry shirt from Cettire, and absolutely loved it! The packaging was a little disappointing as it just came in a cardboard box - no luxurious unboxing experience for the buyer. However, it did come super quick, and they do sell authentic designer at a cheaper price if you purchase them on sale, so I can't complain! Do not shop with them! Their practices are unlawful and unethical! They send you used and damaged products and act like the consumer is responsible! Cettire then keeps the product and never issues a refund! It has been over one month since they've received my return and they still haven't issued a refund! I am working on assuring that this does not happen to another consumer!
