I purchased about 8 items from them, totalling about $1800. Upon receiving it, I returned 5 items which didn't fit very well. I later discovered from my statement that when they refunded, after 2 months, they charged a $30 fee on EACH refunded item, along with a hidden shipping fee even though the shipping was free at checkout when the items were purchased. In addition to this, the taxes and duties paid on the items get deducted from the amount being refunded to you. For example, if you return an item purchased for $100, you'll end up getting between $50 - $60 back on your card…
This unethical practice is not written anywhere in their return and refund policy. CETTIRE does this without mentioning it when you arrange the return. I only realized it when I received the refund payment.
Don't buy from this website. I ordered a pair of shoes (my third purchase). They sent the wrong size. I sent an email regarding such. They have a policy of returns within 14 days. Because of their delay in responding to my email, I went ahead and returned the item (they do not do exchanges) before the 14 days. Two weeks after the item was returned, I received an email notifying my refund. The refund did not include the shipping and they also deducted $25 for restocking. Why am I penalized for their incompetence? The item would not have been returned if they sent the correct size!
It's sad because I genuinely thought they are good company. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and i received the wrong colour. So I emailed them and first person asked for me to send them photos and I did, then they asked for me to send it back. I thought it was suspicious why the only option was for their carrier to pick it up. Anyway I sealed it back in the box and returned it. It arrived to them and I kept emailing cause I didn't hear from them for a week. After a week I get an email to say hey the box arrived without the glasses. I am beyond frustrated with this company and I am pretty sure they took the glasses and claiming it to be stolen cause I saw a few reviews with similar stories. I can't believe a company being getting this much backlash and still running? How are they still allowed to take peoples money and get away with it?
Yiu pay fir express shipping (no choice) takes over the time quoted to arrive.needed to return item, had to pay for shipping and a return fee, they kept $60 of my money for a returned item, STAY AWAY
Hi. I just made an order for the first time at Cettire. The order was made from Austria. Till arriving was everything in order but after wenn i choose to send it back the problems came out. A very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unflexibel and unacceptable. The return process not worked but they do not halp me to do that in other ways. The response from the customer service came always after days and was always a typical robotic one. Becous of the problem i choose to send it back on my own but they refuse that. After the return time was out suddenly the internet site problems was solved but no return more. The same experience as at the other Australien company MAAP cycling. A lot of marketing but a very bad customer service. I will never buy something from this 2 Australian companys.
Terrible. My purchase was never delivered to the shipper. I ordered the items 8/8/23. On 8/18/23 they still have not given my order to the shipper. All attempts at contacting customer service with emails have resulted in them telling me they cannot issue a refund rather than trying to find out why the shipment has not been given to the shipper. I need these items for an event in 2 weeks. I left plenty of time for them to ship me the items (It has been 10 days) and the shipper still has not received the items from the store to ship to
No one at Cettire is trying to locate the shipment and get it to me. They are just telling me I can return the shipment once it gets to me! What if the shipment does not get to me because it has been lost for 10 days till Now?!

Stay away at all cost. I got two Ferragamo belts from them first off they come in a fake light red box they obviously created for the belts. Also the belt itself just doesnt feel very heavy or quality at all, its clearly a knock off. The only way they continue doing business is most people do not authenticate them. Do yourself a favor and pay the additional mark up and get it from a real vendor. These guys need to be stopped by a lawsuit and put out of business.
They use all sorts of tricks so as not to refund your money. They blame it all to DHL, they use illegal excuses not to return payments via original methods and they make the customer feel helpless.
I brought a Bottega bag on sale and I was really excited because I got it for a really good price. I noticed after I purchased the bag the bag became out of stock so I thought I got the last one, then I saw the bag back on the site the next day for DOUBLE THE PRICE! Shortly after the price increased I received a email saying "your order is being prepared" I was over the moon! So I was expecting to receive my bag within 3-7 working days, please tell me why it's been 2 long WEEKS and I've still haven't received my bag. I emailed customer service countless time and for them to now email me saying "the bag is sold out" after it being 2weeks and the bag is still showing available on their site for a higher price. Funny thing is I saw alot of customers reviews complaining about the same issue am facing but I was hoping i would have been the lucky one I guess. Cettire is a lying scamming company! Cant believe a big company like this can treat their customers like this and not have a care in the world, disgraceful! PLEASE PROCESS MY REFUND!
I bought a pair of $475 sneakers from them. They arrived while I was on vacation, so when I returned and tried them on, I realized they were one size too small. I attempted to exchange them, but they "do not do exchanges." How do you sell shoes and not offer exchanges? I even checked the sizing to make sure it was right, but they were too small. They told me they had to be returned and a new one purchased. By this time, their VERY SHORT return window had passed and they would also not let me return them. Their customer service is AWFUL. Please do not buy from them.
I ordered two pants and while the clothes were not how they appeared in the images, what was even worse was the customer service. I was on a two week vacation when the clothes arrived and missed the 14 day return policy as a result. Even though I explained the situation, was willing to pay the exporbitant $25 return fee, displayed pictures of the item I wanted to return with the tags attached in the condition I received it, they did not have much flexibiity in their return policy and I was stuck with a very expensive pair of pants that I cannot wear. I realized that this is an Australian company so maybe they are not familiar with the flexibility I encounter with many American companies. I honestly hope they go out of business. When I say ZERO understanding, I mean ZERO.

I purchased JW Anderson rhinestone birks from Cettire. Size was too big, returned shoes the day after, expected a full return. I received the package back a month and half later, had to pay €10 to accept the package. I sent them an email asking for a refund and their response was it was too late for a refund? Not reputable company and would not bother buying from them especially if you try to return item because size does not fit.

Delivery was very quick but returned straight away as it was wrong size still waiting on refund all they say we are checking the item it's been over 7 business days still waiting. Will not use again Big fail.
I read so many bad reviews for their return process but I could not believe them until it happened to me as well! This is by far the worst website I have ever shopped from! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. The first I returned the next day I got them and they told me today (which is 13 business days after they received them back) that the sticker on shoe box is teared! I didnt even try the shoes on! The second I paid Dhl on my own to get the shoes back to them on time since they were not replying to my emails and I have proof of delivery and they are telling me that they cannot find them!

Paid $600 to receive 2 pairs of damaged armani shoes, when asked to by cettire to send them photos, i did, and was asked to resend them 2nd and 3rd time, after that, i asked to return the shoes to get a refund, NO ONE would reply to my emails, as if the company never existed.
I have 2 armani pairs of shoes $600 worth, can't wear them nor return them, well played cettire.
