I do not recommend this company. If you want to return something and you have paid duty and tax, they will not refund your money. In addition, they charge $30 USD for each piece you want to return. They are thieves,

Guys, please! Don't buy anything on this store! I'm still waiting for answers and trying my money back! They said "out of stock" but the bag still there to buy it! This is really serious. Be careful! So disappointed!

They have the worst customer service ever. When you return an item, they fail to disclose that they won't refund your duties and taxes (which feels like theft), and on top of that, they charge you $30 for each return. I strongly advise you to exercise caution and consider alternative shipping options to avoid these issues.

On October 24th I placed an order for 2 pairs of sneakers from Cettire. I received a confirmation email after submitting an inquiry via the website. Then I received an email that the items I ordered were out of stock.

The site should state 'sold out' once the last pair was sold but Cettire still had the items on the website. Apparently they sold more than they had access to via their 'affiliate'.
They offered a site credit that I declined because they might be selling other items that they cannot access pre season. I am still waiting for a refund which should have been automatic once the items are sold out.
Don't get scammed!

Don't buy from them. Never had such a bad experience... They respond 10 days later, I received the wiring item, had to send 15 emails before I got the first response. They refused to reship the item I have originally ordered, because on their website the price went up due to availability. I had to to discuss over three weeks, but the resolution was not in my favour. They had the item I had ordered still in stock in my size, but refused to send it. I will never buy from them again.
The worst company you can't imagine. More than scamy.

I have purchased a dress from this site. When the dress arrived, tried it on and did not like the way it fit on me. Decided to return it right away. Packed it back and contacted customer service. In few days shipped the dress back and was expecting a refund back to my card. When there was no refund in more than 10 days, I received an email from DHL notifying me that there is a package from Cettire on the way to me(was surprised as I did not order anything). Contacted customer service and they said that I stained the dress, therefore they shipped the dress back to me and cannot accept a return! The dress is absolutely new and unworn (there are all the tags attached, and no single sign that the dress was worn, no dirt on the collar, no wrinkles on the skirt or bow ties). They accused me of something I DID NOT DO. Imagine trying the dress once and being forced to buy it! The dress was on sale and not from a new collection fresh from factory. The little stain they made picture of could be done long before I received it. They could even stain it themselves to eliminate the returns. Scammers!

Ordered a Marc Jacobs bag that arrived without the detachable shoulder strap.

I knew I was entitled to a refund as the item was not "as described."

Despite this, it took weeks of emailing back and forth for Cettire to accept a return and even when they had the bag back they still would not issue a refund, keeping both the bag and my money so that I was completely out of pocket.

I have only been able to get my money back by starting chargeback proceedings through the credit card I paid with.

A disgraceful level of customer service.

Please avoid and buy elsewhere even if you have to pay a bit more.

It will be worth it for your peace of mind.

Orders not delivered

I placed an order on August 31 under number #251****, but have not received anything yet. The order is taking too long and above that as A customer i do not receive any updates of my order. So i send them A mail that I like to cancel this order and credit my money back to my account. I am still waiting for my money! Fedex tracking order never worked and status never changed since a month ago. I receive zero response from Cettire and Fedex as to what happened to my order. They are scammers and I am going to report them to the police. User's recommendation: Do not order by Cettire

This website is a complete scam. I paid over $600 for a pair of Balenciaga shoes. Received completely different items from what I ordered and wronf size. Tried to issue a return online, couldn't login to the online account, nor process a return online, kept showing errors. I wrote many emails to customer service. Got no responses. It's saying the return expires after 14 days. Now it's been expired according to them coz I got no response. I disputed the charge. Horrible shopping experience. What a waste of time and money. Got my worried so much.

Long story short, I ordered a boot 3 different times after it showed that it was in stock. Each time, about a week after I made the order I was told that the items was not in stock. I did this two more times and then finally gave up. Their customer support is only via email and it takes 2-3 days to receive a response each time. The reviews here are truly representative of the experience you should expect. This place has great deals, but horrid customer service.

Purchased twice, received orders in 3 days

Ordered with delivery to Europe, delivery was 2-3 days. Purchased ski googles givenchy and moncler bag. Obviously most of the prices are lower than usual, I guess items are from outlets, which doesn't bother me and discount worth it.

Buyer Beware

BUYER BEWARE! I have purchased boots from this company and attempted to return from receiving. The system has not generated a return. I attempted for weeks. I have emailed Customer Services and they are now refusing to accept the return. Do not buy from this company-the goods are very expensive and you may be left with unsuitable goods.

I wanted to buy this top on cettire for really long but reconsidered over and over cos I kept seeing low ratings for the website, and thought it was scam. But the top I wanted was sold out everywhere else on the Internet so I took the benefit of the doubt and ordered. It arrived really quickly (within 4 days, well packaged and original piece with the security tag on even. So I'm guessing the bad reviews are for returns or lost mail? But its DHL tracked so I guess quite hard to get lost also. I don't need to return my item so I guess my review is only helpful if you plan to buy and keep the item lol. But decided to write this cos it took me a long time to decide if I should buy from cettire and hope this helps. I don't quite understands why different sizes are a different price tho. Like an XS costs $80 more than and S? Makes no sense to me but good that I'm buying it cheaper than elsewhere

I ordered twice from Cettire. Both times I got authentic products, relatively fast. Second purchase was close to $3k so was a bit anxious. Customer service responds generally within 24-36 hours given the time difference. I have no complaints around product quality with the exception of their rigid policies around anything after you placed your order: order cancellation before you got an email about your order being shipped, price adjustments (there is none and never), flexibility on returns - return window, price of return (you are paying back all the taxes, custom duties, etc - you will never want to return basically) etc. I wish they reviewed their policies to get a loyal customer base, especially in the US where we are spoiled by a certain level of service and customer commitment. Offering as much as a store credit could move the needle. I would be their loyal costumer if they changed their tone. Otherwise I don't want to spoil my shopping experience, even for lower prices. Wish someone from Cettire would read these comments and take action.

Purchased a pair of shoes from this site. Unfortunately, while the shoes I arrived I was hit by a car and in the hospital with a brain bleed (yes). When I was finally home and well enough to try on the shoes I was past the 14-day return window, not a lot maybe 10 days. If there was ever a reason to make an exception one would think this would be it.
I requested an exception, they asked for pictures to ensure the shoes were in pristine condition (they had never been worn). Now they are declining the return because they are saying the soles are worn. The shoes have all the tags and labels. So now they will not accept the return because they don't like the condition, yet that is how I received them!

Terrible big online shopping, i havent read comments before purchasing. Im so worried when they just accept credit card payment only instead of paypal. I think they are refused by paypal because their service is really bad in goods and services. They havent send me my goods for 3 months and still keep my money. I emailed a lot but still get feedback ( waiting, waiting and waiting). Do anyone suggest me how can i get money back quickly?
