Bought from this site before I saw the comments, personally, my experience was great. Bought a hefty amount of items throughout a couple of months and everything was pretty smooth. Quality is nice and sales are pretty frequent. Nice customer support and shipping is always on time, never had any returns
Do not buy from here. The store sends faulty products and then says you have damaged the item and it will not refund you the money. Even if you have an excellent track record with purchases and returns. I have also been waiting two months for a refund for a skirt. They have emailed me to tell me 'case closed' while they are refusing to return a faulty skirt they sent to me.
I am absolutely disgusted in the lack of service from Cettire. I purchased a luxury bag from them on the 22nd of November and still have not received it. Emails have gone unanswered and you cannot call them. On the two occasions I received a reply they simply advised they would look into my enquiry but they have not. They have my money and I have no product, no trust and no indication if or when I will receive what I paid for. Pathetic and disgraceful. I will never ever buy from them again.
You have to basically ship back within 10 days for return… bs return policy and it comes in a black plastic garbage bag. Customer service is really slow to respond. Never shop again.
They have an awful customer experience. I have returned the item after one day if receiving it due to wrong size. It's been over 10 days no news from them to give the money back plus they are charging me 100$ return cost and duty still no money back nothing but threats from their customer support that they will do that.

Canceled my order after 3 days because of security and want more verification! In his email said that will send me refund and didn't said specific time. My order didn't cancelled and I don't see my refund in my account. Run away from this website i think that are scammers.

The customer service team at Cettire is a sham. They operate on a foundation of deception and fraud, employing every trick in the book to cheat honest customers. Their return policy is nothing but a snare, a ploy to defraud customers and withhold their rightful refunds. The lack of ethics and empathy in their dealings is staggering.
I implore everyone to avoid Cettire at all costs. Their unscrupulous business tactics and blatant disrespect for customer rights are alarming. There are countless other retailers who respect and value their customers, operating with honesty and integrity. Don't be enticed by Cettire's false promises and seemingly attractive deals. It's a veneer for a very corrupt operation.
Do not fall prey to Cettire. Spread this message far and wide. It's time to take a stand against such unethical businesses and protect ourselves and others from being exploited by these unprincipled scammers.
If there is a possibility you will need a return and a refund, do not ever buy from them! They have received my return of 300+ euros 10 days ago and they respond to none of my emails! Totally unprofessional company! Order #*******
Complete scam! They sent me the wrong item, on the way I received an email from DHL that I have to pay Customs fees to receive my items, even though on their site it clearly said that all the customs fees were included. I returned it the next day. Cettire received it, accepted it, and after that never refunded my money. I sent them many emails but they always responded that the refund is processing, It's been almost three months. Don't buy anything there!

I ordered a mont blanc cardholder they shipped me an empty box! I sent them emails zero replies 300 dollars ripped off. Literally they sent an empty box and no one ever replies to emails

I purchased boots 2 days ago apparently. They deducted the funds (credit card) and within 18 hours advise they didn't have them in stock, or their partners didn't. I requested a refund as an option. The other was to receive an online credit voucher with 10% extra value. They had already lost my trust so option 2 only meant more opportunity to defraud me. I quickly discovered that the boots were still being advertised though with a higher quantity available now. So they are continuing to take peoples money in the full knowledge that the product is not available. This is an old scam where they use your money to manage their business when they have fraudulently obtained it. They haven't acknowledged my request for a refund, and therefore have not refunded the $. I am reporting them to ASIC, Consumer Affairs, and Scamwatch.
I made a couple of purchases with this company that went ok, BUT they have gone really downhill.
I feel they are trying to steal my money hoping I will give up the fight to get it back. Almost three months back I paid for some Burberry Trousers. They have not been sent yet and I have been trying for nearly three months to get my refund. Be very careful it really feels like they are trying to steal my money by waiting for me to tire out and not ask. In my opinion do not send these people your money you might not get the product and then they make it impossible to get a refund. I need advice should I go to the Police or my bank? What should I do. I have all the correspondance and screen shots these people are really bad to deal with.
Selling items that they can't fulfill and giving me the run around. Order placed on November 10th, today as I write my review, the date is Nov 19th...after several emails, I finally get a reply saying:

I bought a shoes, they give me the wrong sized and does not reply to my request to either cancel or change the size for the order, it just $#*!
After being a loyal customer and never returned any purchase back. I bought Saint Laurent earrings that I loved. I found out that the clip and post defect were too lose in one earring. I immediately contacted customer service and reported the poor quality due to the obvious defect in earring. They refused to replace them, after numerous email back and forth, they offer to take 5% of my purchase which is 35 dollars and the earrings were over $700.
I am contacting our state customer support representative then will take them to court perhaps they will change their abusive customer service. By the way I never wore the earrings because they were damage and I contacted customer service within their return policy time frame.
I am positively surprised with my experience on this website. They shipped the product next day (Friday) and I had my Miu Miu shoes on Monday. Maybe they took the reviews into account and improved their service. Who knows... But great prices and for me at least, it was super fast shipping.
My fourth time ordering from Cettire. Yes shipping is slow, but it's worth the wait. Purchased an Alexander McQueen handbag and it arrived brand new, in the original box with dust bag and paperwork. 100% authentic. No issues. Love love love it!
Made an order for 2 items. In 5 days they send email that one item is unavailable and i should cancell it in my account. For cancellation they took 25 usd. So they took money for not available item, and took 25 usd for cancellation of it. Furthermore, they dont answer any emails. They are complete robbers and there is nothing to do with them!
