Original Box not Included

Purchased a Salvatore Ferragamo Gancini Reversible Buckle Belt for $569.05 from Cettire and it didn't come with the original box. Contacted customer support, no apology or explanation but that it should be included implying that I might have lost it. Why on earth would I be contacting you if the box was included. I was then told to open a return claim and pay the fees associated with the return which is absurd since this is a fault from your company for not providing a piece that should be included with my purchase.

I have purchased many luxury goods, 3-4 from Cettire and i have never received them without the original box. I even have an alternative Salvatore Ferragamo belt that was purchased from another supplier and that came with the original red box.

As luxury goods owner know, without the box, if you want to resell it, the item isn't worth no where near as it should be.

All i requested is to organize return for your product or provide me with the original box. This isn't complicated but Cettire is making it.

Nightmare!

They took 3 1/2 months to get me my order and then wouldn't refund my card when I returned the item. They and withholding my cash, and only gave me a gift card, even though my return was within the window and wouldn't have needed to be returned if it hadn't taken 3 1/2 months to get here. Avoid this company.

SHADY - DO NOT TRUST THEIR PRICES!

Ordered a jacket from this website at a discounted price. Days after my order was confirmed, I got notified that this jacket was no longer in stock because it was an old season. I noticed that when I received the email, the price of the item had skyrocketed to hundred of dollars more. When I submitted to proof to the customer service that the item I purchased was A) from the new season B) ordered and confirmed at a specific price; they told me they would not honour the order. SHADY - DO NOT TRUST THEIR PRICES! They will not fulfill items that are discounted after they mark the price up.

Disloyal

They sent me the wrong bag, not the one I have ordered, before two month. Until now they didn't fix it. They made a mistake, but seems that's doesn't matter to them. They just do nothing. I really don't know what to do and how to react on this disloyalty.

Bought 2000$+ bag and box arrived empty!

Very horrified by my experience - I bought a Prada bag $2000+ and package came with no bag in it! Contacted them back and forth and nothing!
Scammers, thieves - I will never buy from them again! Disgusting! Please beware.

Bought two items, refund for one received in 5 days and the second item took 15 days despite their policy suggesting 5-7 days.

Plus they deduct £20 per item for no reason

Bought two new items different size. One took 5 days to arrive the second I am still waiting on and its been 20 days. Eventually today I got a refund

They have no UK call number only one in Australia so very hard to get hold of them

Will never buy from Cettire again and suggest you also think twice

There's a return fee and they also don't return your duty and taxes!
Don't buy if you are not sure. For $1000 item, they will credit only $850!

They shipped the wrong size shoes. They charged me for shipping ($50). They claim the shoes were the correct size. I am size UK 9 US 10 EUR 43. They sent UK 10 US 11 EU 44. Shoes were too big. My online order showed US 10. I think they get confused with the different sizes ( their site in the U.S shows sometime U.S sometimes UK sometimes IT sizes. I sent them back and after 3 weeks I was told I will be refunded. The kept the DHL shipping cost ( both ways) so I complained that this was their fault so it shipping should be on them. Waited a few more days for a reply. Finally some guy who goes by the name of Cooper sent me an email... HIS TEAM checked the shoes and they were the side I ordered so I am screwed and they will keep the money. Stupid excuse, if they were the size I ordered I would have kept the shoes. Liars to cover their pathetic performance!. I cancelled every order I have scheduled with them. I am afraid they will mess up again. Of all the websites I buy from this is by far the least reliable. They do have good prices, but that is not good enough to risk my money. They deserve no business from anybody.

I purchased a TOD'S sneaker on sale at $494 on the 15/2/2024. After confirming my order and sending me a shipping tracking number, they informed on the 19/2/2024 that the item is not available. The item is still available from the same vendor but at $400 more than my purchasing price. The same shoes and the same size is offered at $ 878.51. Rougly $ 400 more. I made sure that it was available from the same vendor because I pressed on the link of my orders to lead me to the same vendor showing the availability of the same shoes but at $878. I checked the name and place of the vendor just to be sure, and it was confirmed it is the same shop. Instead, of presuring the vendor to ship the item ( that's available) at my purchasing price, they send me an email apologizing claiming that they were busy and offered me a %10 discount ONLY IF I KEEP MY MONEY WITH THEM AS CREDIT. In response to my email that showed them that the same vendor is still selling exactly the same shoes but at $ 400 more., they responded and I quote: "The item displayed available on our website is not the same item as you ordered. The items were produced in different seasons, so they are considered different products at different prices.". HOW RIDICULOUS!. If it is manufactured by the same Brand, abd it is exactly the same model, why they claim it is from a different season. Even if there is any truth in their claim, they could still offer it to me at the purchased price. If they had any good customer service they could have deducted the difference in the price of their profit, since it was their mistake.
The second thing, is that they send you an email and never respond back to your response. This not the first incident where they ignore their customer completely and never respond to any correspondence from the customers. ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible Refund process

Had my return for 10 days now and still have not refunded my card despite several inquiries. Had to call my card to put the charge in suspence.
Overseas transaction from another company was processed very timely. I will never purchase again from them. A shady website that is basically floating money for weeks. No phone number to call either.

This company put 3 items on one order number, sent the first 2 out separately and the third never came. They are claiming because it was on the same order number it was in one of the shipments. Total scam!

BUYERS BEWARE! I did not receive my $1200 item from DHL and Cettire did nothing to compensate or help me. I have emails from them saying "there is nothing we can do". Now I am out the money and have NO product I ordered. I have proof the order was rerouted from DHL to another location and still no help from either parties.
This is a fail in customer service for both Cettire and DHL.
Purchase at your own risk!

Discresful company

I had the worst experience ever dealing with Cettire.
They have 24 hours cancellation policy, which they won't obey.
Return process was the worst experience ever I had
After struggling the customer service I managed to return my order
After 20 day they refunded my order but they withholds 30% of my original payment. There is not explanation why that money were not refunded
Please do not deal with them. Cettire doesn't show any respect for the customer.
You can find Cettire products at any other branded website

Disgusting & Disgraceful company!

I have been going back and forth with this company for 3 weeks now for 2 separate order returns. One item was a moncler sweater they kept the duties & taxes and charged $30 fee for return. Out $215.00 with nothing to show for. I also returned another order of 2 Tom ford leggings they refunded me 1 item out of the 2. They said they are still reviewing the second item 1 week after the refund of the other pair of leggings. I asked how do they return 1/2 items when both items were in the same box? Out another $126.50. Total I am out of pocket $341.50 with nothing to show for. To keep the duties is one thing but to keep the sales tax from the country you are purchasing from is a scam because they have no right to keep the taxes. Purchased the same items off SSENSE with 0 issues with quick shipping and FULL returns with a full refund. I will never shop at cettire again. Lesson learnt to read ridiculous return and refund policies before ordering.

Came back to edit my review, I was still waiting for one return for 1 item which they took 3 weeks to "inspect". They sent me this ridiculous email saying the item was "damaged" they flipped the pants inside out and showed me what seems to be white powder or something on the inside. The item is not damaged whatever is on the pant could be wiped off and resold. I then replied with a nasty email saying they are scam artists and I returned the pants the next day to them, got the shipping label the same day to return the next day. Tags still on, not worn, just tried on and then they have the audacity to send me a picture of something on the inside of the pant and claim they are damaged? I ended up ordering a XXS on ssense and wore them on my birthday because both of those sizes from cettire didn't fit. I wish I would have known the mess I was getting into before ordering off this website. If you want to get blind sided, scammed and your money stolen then this is the perfect company to give your business to because they do a good job at that. Never again

The Companies "Return Policy" makes no mention of how difficult and impossible it is to return an item. They purposely use their website to trick you into thinking their "Return Policy" lists everything needed to return an item but it does not. Buyer beware! I will NEVER use this site again.

Don't ever buy from them. They have the worst customer service. At Christmas my husband bought shoes and we were a few days late returning since they were a Christmas gift. Cettire wouldn't accept returns and wouldn't even talk to us on phone. They are awful. They told us via email to take pictures of the never worn shoes. When we emailed asking for a response they ghosted us.

Their returns portal online wasn't working and I contacted customer service and it took days to get back to me to help with the return which put it 2 days past when it should have been shipped back. They then send it back to me and I emailed them and they said the skirt was dirty. And showed a picture of a pink fabric with an ink dot on it. Not of the full shirt, not of the full skirt/size/box. I didn't wear the skirt, only tried it on. This is some kind of stunt they are pulling to not process the return. They lost a customer and I hope anyone else that reads this understands that this can happen to you too. Buyer beware!
Update- got a response email, nothing like being told you are a liar. I did not wear this skirt and they are standing firm I did. I hope this company goes out of business. I cannot stand being accused of something I did not do. Terrible customer service.
