Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Their return policy is completely misleading, as we have to return an item no later them the 10th day from the delivery date, but then they say we have 14 days to return it. This strategy to deceive the customer should be illegal.
The customer service only has standard answers, don't really care to understand and find effective solutions for the client. Only luxury outlet with such a bad experience. I feel completely fooled and impotent. Never shopping with them again. Never.
If I can give this company 0 stars I would. Customer service is beyond rude and takes days to answer. They only have a 14 day return policy and tells you no where. Does not care about customers returning or their satisfaction. Disappointed to say the least, do not spend your hard earned money on this site
14 days from delivery? You must be joking! ASOS gives 28 and yoox gives 60. Plus they charge €25 for the pleasure - everything to stop you making a return. STAY CLEAR
Don't buy anything from this business unless you want items COVERED in the worst kind of cheap cologne. This is the second - and last - time I will ever order from this company. Do yourself a favor and order from companies who understand professional behavior, or at least basic hygiene.
This company deliver the item but have a terrible returns policy. Returns must be received back within 14 days (acceptable) but there is nothing in their returns policy that states that this must be initiated within 10 days and initiating after 11 days will result in a refused return. I bought an item as Christmas present, obviously needing to arrive a few days before the 25th, in my case the 19th, leaving just 4 days for the return but I had no idea it had to be initiated within 10 days as there is nothing that states this. Return refused.

I sent an email requesting cancellation on 1/7 and these jerks want to charge me 25.00 claiming it was not within 24hrs!

I bought at christmas a pair of Golden goose sneakers. Size 39. When opening the parcel there were 2 left foot sneakers (one size 38 and another one 39) and no right one. Wrote to customer service and here i am waiting for a reply for Several days. No answer coming from them despitw the mistake.

I made a purchase in error (through apple pay) when I realized I emailed the company. They had not sent the shipment at this point, they said they were going to see if they could cancel (2 days after order placed) they replied the day the shipment was sent (5 days after my initial email). They stated I should have canceled within 24 hours, at this point I just had to send the item back, in order to get a full refund I would need to accept a gift card, so I agreed to that. The gift card is invalid - instead of making sure that the gift card is valid they send emails to ensure it's in CAD $ and site and log into my account which I have done. What they are doing is waiting for the year to pass so they can just steal my money (gift card only valid for a year). I am out of almost $400 and all the time i am spending to get the charge reversed through my credit card. This site is a fraud, customer service is non existent (only email and NO HELP whatsoever). Save your time and money and shop at a reputable place!
Before the holidays, my daughter ordered a pair of shoes she knew I loved as a surprise for my birthday. When she received them after about 10 days, I was in vacation and when I returned, i tried them and they were too big. But they didn't let her return it saying that their policy is the item has to be returned and in their facility 14 days after delivery! The other problem is that not knowing she ordered them for me, I also ordered them but a size smaller and when I returned from vacation, i tried them and they still didn't fit!
They wouldn't accept the return for the same reasons! So now we have 2 pairs of the same shoes that don't fit and no way to return them! They have the most horrible customer service I've ever seen for a luxury website! They lost 2 customers but don't even seems to care! Never shop there!
I've regularly spent thousands with Cettire but they've lost my business permanently. I bought an expensive jacket during their Boxing Day sale which just never shipped - it took over a month of being ignored by their terrible customer service department and had to copy their legal department to get a response and refund. Finally they just claimed they didn't have the piece in stock, even though it was still be advertised as available in the same size on their site (and still is as of January 2024!). No accountability, they advertise and charge you for products their vendors don't actually have, then they hold your money hostage while you bang your head against a wall. Nightmare company.
They refuse to return or exchange an expensive article that doesn't fits the size, bought at christmas season! Terrible customer service. It's a risk to buy clothes and shoes!

I bought a Dolce Gabbana dress in November. I had tried on a size in Neiman Marcus in the US and knew my size.
I got the dress for $1480.39, which was much less than the store in the USA. When you go to checkout, they charge an insane duty.
It was still a good price, and they had my size. So, I did my due diligence and read the refund policy. It said there would be a $25 deduction. And possibly could lose the duties paid.
The box arrived, but I wasn't rushed to try it again since I had already tried on the dress.
There was a 14-day return policy, but I didn't plan on returning, so I didn't rush.
The day before the 14th day, something made me open and check the box.
I realized I should check the dress. I'm so happy I did, tho!
The dress had a stain under the armpit and was super wrinkled. I assumed that I would have to steam it because it was in the box.
But the stain bothered me. Since I had one day left to return, I created a label.
It was too expensive to overlook.
However, I panicked about this stain. My first time buying from this site, and I didn't want not to get my money back.
The reason I picked size was the issue.
I lost $244.26 because of this. There is no number to call to explain the issue. Their only communication is email, and there isn't just one person responding and handling the issue.
I am extremely disappointed, and once I Investigated the return policy further, I realized this company is shady.
I have been communicating via email, but this company is horrible.
Please be careful. I won't ever buy from this site again.

I bought a YSL tote bag nd it's been a week I have sent numerous mails and I put comments on instagram which were deleted and I have been blocked I don't know when will they send my item PLEASE HELP
This company sucks. Their 14 day return policy is ridiculous. I got a Christmas present that was the wrong size a can not get inTouch with their customer service.

I am unimpressed with Cettire's customer support, as sending emails and waiting 2 days for a response is not optimal. I typically avoid online retailers who do not provide real-time online chat or phone support but I took a chance on Cettire.
I purchased Marsell boots that are authentic, new with tags, double-boxed, and beautiful but run extremely large (maybe 2 sizes bigger than a womens size 8).
The order was placed on 18 December, and delivered on the 22nd. I tried to send emails re a return request RMA since Christmas but received error pop-ups when trying to initiate the return on the Cettire site.
I was contacted by support and told to provide images (showing that the boots are in pristine/unworn condition) and they may consider accepting a return.
Waiting for their response currently...
UPDATE:
The issue was resolved via Visa cardholder services (not Cettire). Cettire was willing to accept a return (once they received the images of the boots showing they were in pristine condition) but for STORE CREDIT. 😩
I opened a dispute with my credit card and as soon as the tracking details noted that the boots were successfully returned-to-sender, they returned the funds to my method-of-payment.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE! THEY ARE THIEVES! My experience is worst. I bought a pair of Ferragamo shoes and they sent the wrong shoes. I got in touch with them and they asked me to send them back, I did. Bought them November 21, today is December 29. They have been saying they refunded me for over 2 weeks a refund that has yet to arrive while my bank says they have not received any refunds from this merchant. TOTAL SCAM! Thieves!
I'm waiting since 15 december for an estimate delivery date. Its seems that nobody works in the costumer service but only in marketing as no one can help me but everyday Cettire uploads contents in social networks.
Already requested a refund but no one replies.
One year ago Cettire used to work well, this time has been the worst shopping experience ever.
It seems that I will not receive any order neither a refund. Even if it is not intended by the company, in this moment I fell like I was robbed!
