No return label ever sent. No concrete solution offered. No accountability.
WHY THIS MATTERS:
This isn't buyer's remorse. This is a product that does not match its description — a fundamental breach of consumer trust. If a retailer cannot accurately describe where a product is made, what else is misrepresented?

I wanted to resolve this privately. After 21+ days of silence despite their approval of a refund, I'm sharing this to warn others.
No matter what you do do not order from here their business model is so bad and they have no customer service. You cannot reach them by phone and they do not answer emails. They send you items in charge you huge fees for returns even when stuff does not fit you at all. Also, you cannot cancel even things that are delayed for weeks, which made my orders close out when I hadn't even had a chance to return because I was waiting on things from the same Item. Absolutely horrible experience and I now have to go through the process of disputing them because they don't answer. Do not order from them. If you do you will see that you'll pay like a few hundred dollars in return fees.
My experience with Cettire was deeply disappointing and, in my view, highly questionable. Cettire operates outside the European Union and does not appear to apply EU consumer protection standards, such as the EU withdrawal framework. Customers should be aware that consumer protection is significantly weaker compared to EU-based retailers.
I cancelled my order verifiably before it was shipped, yet Cettire retained a flat €25 "cancellation fee". No delivery took place and no concrete service was explained or demonstrated to justify this charge.
Customer support relied solely on generic references to their terms and conditions, without addressing the actual facts of the case. There was no apparent individual review, no cost breakdown, and no meaningful engagement. The communication felt standardized and dismissive.
Overall, this creates the impression of a fee-driven cancellation policy that applies even before shipping. While this may be contractually covered by their policies, it appears intransparent and consumer-unfriendly.
I will not order from Cettire again and would strongly advise others to proceed only if they are absolutely certain they will not need to cancel, and to be aware that EU-level consumer protections may not apply
Order a pair of Axel Arigato trainers for £263.81 which were 1 size too small, so returned them as per the instructions - they then processed and processed and processed them until I wrote to their directors on LinkedIn as they are impossible to get hold of. THey gave me a credit which was fine as their website showed they had the size I wanted in, I ordered them paying an additional £29.31 fpr the 1 size larger (good money after bad) 6 days later still just being processed and processed and processed. Customer service emails just say typically 48 hours to process so I'm 100 hours over the 48 and still nothing - resorted to connecting with directors on LinkedIn and sending a note saying send the f**king trainers or gimme my money back you total pr**ks
I placed an order on October 15th, and while part of the order arrived, one item has been "in preparation" for almost a month. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received vague responses with no clear timeline or resolution.
Eventually, I had to chase the company repeatedly just to request cancellation and refund. Their stated shipping window of 3–10 business days was completely ignored, and customer service offered no proactive communication or accountability.
This experience has made me reconsider ever ordering from Cettire again. If you value timely delivery and clear communication, think twice before purchasing.
I've been an active Cettire customer since 2022, and I've placed several orders without issues. However, this is the first time I had to return an item — and it's been a nightmare.
I returned the product correctly, and the shipping company confirmed they checked and received the item. But Cettire later emailed me saying they received the return without the item inside. I immediately sent them photos and all the evidence from the shipping company showing the item was included, yet after more than 50 days, they are still "checking with the shipping company."
The lack of accountability and extremely slow response from their customer service is unacceptable, especially for a company that sells luxury products. I've lost confidence in their return process and in their customer support team.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from Cettire — if you ever have to make a return, you might face the same frustrating experience.

The WORST online shopping experience I have encountered. I bought three items and have to return two. They charge $28 per item and then add another $100 on top! So to return a pair of jeans and a t-shirt they are taking a 1/3 of the cost! NEVER shop here. There are too many AMAZING e-boutiques that care about your shopping experience and want you to be a happy customer. These guys just want to take your money and never see you again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE TOTALLY SCAMMERS! THEY ARE SENDING PRODUCTS WITH DEFECTS TO THE CLIENTS, UNSEALED, AND THEN THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN, BLAMING THE CLIENT FOR HOW THEY SENT THE PRODUCT, AND THEY ALSO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR THE RETURN AND FOR THE PRODUCT THAT WAS SENT DAMAGED! Terrible service. I placed an order on May 26th, and as of June 10th the order has not even been shipped. They do not respond to emails. I have already requested cancellation and a refund, but I have not received a response. I have filed a complaint with the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) and e.consumer. I have now asked my credit card company to cancel the purchase. This site is an absolute fraud disguised as luxury brands.
I ordered a pair of Tom Ford glasses for $254.74 from Cettire, which were shipped via DHL. The package was delivered to the wrong address in a different state (Philadelphia instead of Delaware), and signed for by an unknown person. I used a professional forwarding company, and they confirmed the name on the Proof of Delivery is not one of their employees. I reached out to Cettire multiple times asking for help, but their response was disappointing — they told me it's not their problem and to talk to DHL directly. That's not how responsibility works. As a seller, Satire should ensure the package is delivered to the correct address and customer. They completely ignored this. I now have neither the parcel nor a refund. Extremely poor customer support and zero accountability. Avoid this company if you care about receiving your order or getting help when something goes wrong.
I placed an order with Cettire on April 13th, 2025 and paid AED 1,554. They provided a fake DHL tracking number, and after contacting DHL, I was informed that no shipment was ever handed over. Despite multiple emails, Cettire kept making false excuses and never delivered the product. This company is extremely unreliable and dishonest. I had to open a chargeback with my bank to recover my money. Avoid this company at all costs!
I ordered a pair of sunglasses and after one week from when I placed the order I still had not received an email notifying me that the sunglasses had shipped. They eventually responded and said there was a delay but they were looking into it. I didn't hear back for almost another week and so I had to email again. Again they told me they were looking into it. This repeated two more times until I had no choice but to cancel and get a refund. I really wanted the sunglasses so it was disappointing to say the least. There was no explanation provided and if I hadn't followed up I may have never heard from them and never received the sunglasses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM CETTIRE!
This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned it. They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews
If I could give them a 0 star I would do that. I ordered a Burberry scarf from Cettire website & at the time I purchased it there was the mid season sale going on & the scarf went down from $494 to $467 & there was also another Burberry scarf that I liked & it was cheaper but I preferred to buy the more expensive one because it was was written in the description printed so when I checked on Burberry website it was showing the same scarf & it was written the brand on it so I decided to buy the expensive one, after I received my order I realized that it is not printed & it is exactly the cheaper scarf that I didn't want to buy so I went online to double check & they sent me the cheapest & not what I paid for also I was shocked when I saw that the scarf that I ordered went down in price $122 & became cheaper than I other scarf. After going back & forth with their customer service by email, they refused to make a price adjustment giving me stupid reasons so I decided to write a review online so people can take care, never ever buy from them. It's a scam & they are misleading their clients & the problem is that they don't have a customer service phone number to call, it's only by email. I am not sure who to contact to escalate this subject!"
Just take the money for return and always find a reason. I sent you proofs with the package and for nothing. What you are doing is theft. All the customers complain. It is full of bad reviews about you on this thread. I will do my best not to keep things like this. No, you cannot steal indefinitely.

I bought a new Ami Paris jacket from Cettire and I received one that looks worn out on the collar part. The jacket also looked pretty dusty and wrinkly which makes me question if it was a try on item from the store.
On top of that, the quality of the jacket is questionable which makes you question if it's authentic. (Stitches coming out here and there for example)
When I asked Ami Paris about it, they just said that Cettire is not an authorized seller of their clothing and they can't confirm it's authenticity.
I contacted Cettire about this and their customer service is a disaster.
Okay, So I bought a jacket that was advertised as brand new and received one that looks worn out, so it's not my fault, right? And I shouldn't have to pay for the return, right?
Well it turns out, I have to PAY almost $90 for the return fee, tax, etc.
So they made a mistake sending me a faulty item, and I have to pay for that.
How does that make sense? I wouldn't have to return it if they sent me a brand new looking jacket.
Okay, so I tried to contact them about this and every single time you answer back you'll hear from different agents every single time who has no understanding of the situation. They wouldn't read your email and just tell you to return it.
So before you make purchases on Cettire, make sure you understand what you are getting into. If you ever have to deal with returns or customer services it's going to be very, very painful.
I placed an order, eagerly awaiting my item, only to have it delivered to the wrong address by their courier. When I reached out to Cettire for assistance, hoping for some type of customer service, I was met with a dismissive response instructing me to deal with the courier directly. Fine, I thought, I'll give it a shot. But surprise, surprise, the courier couldn't recover the package.
Feeling like a ping-pong ball bounced between Cettire and the courier, I followed up with Cettire again, as the courier had advised. But what did I get? Silence. Absolute radio silence. It's infuriating to deal with a company that washes its hands of responsibility when it's clearly their mess to clean up.
Cettire's lack of accountability and abysmal customer service have left me not only without my purchase but also out of pocket! Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Cettire unless you're prepared to gamble with your money and sanity.
