During a recent oil change, a bad ball joint and motor mount was brought to my attention. I called Car Shield and was told that they were covered items and I had to get them checked out by my local dealership. Appointment was made and the car goes in tomorrow for diagnosis.

My vehicle was in the shop for over a week for something that should have taken at most two days. Vehicle went to the shop on a Tuesday and waiting on a Car Shield inspector was the initial delay which didn't happen until late Friday. Then apparently that office isn't open over the weekend so had to wait until Monday for the authorization. Then after finally getting authorization to do the work, I had to decide to wait at least two more days for the Car Shield provided part or pay more out of pocket for the shop provided part.

For the most part, I am satisfied. I felt like Car Shield was slow at first in responding to my mechanic. I also think Car Shield should look into the hours they will pay for. They would not cover all my hours. Customer service was really nice to deal with.

I received a letter from Car Shield saying I owed a payment. The lady that I spoke with checked out the situation and saw that I didn't and was very apologetic about the situation and apologized twice for the mistake. I would recommend Car Shield to anyone!

I was contacted in reference to payment not available for automatic withdrawal. The expert was kind and informed me the payment didn't go through. There was no pushiness or badgering and we were able to make the adjustment. Afterwards I had a few questions, and she was able to answer me without hesitation and plenty of confidence.

Kept getting transferred on this number to that one. I finally got where they say I'm supposed to be about a battery and was told it's not covered so I'm paying for services I believe but they're not covered.

I was calling to inquire about my introductory packet with my cards and all of the additional information. I still have not received the packet as of yet. The person that answer the phone said he would send it again. I still do not have it.
