My car, Toyota Camry 2011, was under Alternator repair by David Wilson Toyota, and I was charged over nine hundred dollars. For the FIRST TIME IN MANY YEARS that I had to run to CarShield, so my burden would be lessened (especially that my husband and I are already both retired, living on a fixed income). After communicating with CarShield, I learned that I would only be paying four hundred dollars. To be honest with you, I was expecting more, at least 50% of it would be shouldered by CarShield. I hope you understand. Thank you.
