I had to cancel a car rental because of medical emergency. I have cancer. After providing evidence from doctor they gave me all sorts of excuses and kept my €600. It caused financial hardship. Read their reviews. They bait with low prices and either Rob you or completely botch your rental car. You have been warned. Pay extra and deal with rental company direct. These idiots should be shut down for their predatory financial practices. How are they still in business?

It is a Scam. I booked a car, it was not deliver when i arrived at the counter, had to book another, still they charged for it... i am in legal proceedings now to try to get my money back

This was one of the worst services I've ever purchased, they didn't give me the car because I was missing a document they failed to inform me, after I called they told me "should've read the fine print" don't do it.

Rip Off Merchants.
Went to collect car from their Hire Company.
Guy asked for a further £1000.00 on credit card which had to be the drivers credit card not the hirer.
Told them "not happening" they then offerd £200.00 payment and an extra £300.00 on the price of the car hire which i also declined and said just cancel the hire.
Carjet are now saying they do not return any money after the collection time, so they want to charge over £500.00 even though i didnt even take the hire.

What a scam company!
Arrived from an international flight to Miami 59min after time for pickup. Contacted the pick up service and they say office closed and no car for me.
Got there next day and the office was closed. Even though it said open on the website.
After 3 days still no car and carjet refuses to refund the money. They will not take any responsibility since the flight came in 50 min later than scheduled.
Absolutely no customer service and no support.
Don't book through carjet!

No customer service of any sort, no way of contacting anyone. They just take your money and run. Avoid at all costs!

I must inform you that the purchase on the website is completely Russian roulette. Because I bought the rental in full and the next day they send me an email saying they did not have the car available and the money in full is already in their part and I have to wait possibly a refund until the 28th (information given by my bank, if they do not claim the amount) and today is day 20 I need to rent another car and as you know it is not cheap to rent. They didn't even give me any other option, just a link to try to rent another car without any kind of security that the same thing won't happen to me again. Very disappointed.

Just don't use this. Company. Booked for 25 days a car, payed for 25 days with my debit card. Plane arrived with 4 hours delay.
So I arrived later than the check in, Lost my credit card on the airport and they would not accept another card. I needed to use the credit card to get the car. I asked them to keep as much money they wanted as a safety deposit from my debit card for the car but they declined. I asked them if I can come tomorrow with my other credit card as my home is 500km from the car agency or come next day and the told me that if I don't provide a credit card in the next i hours I will lose my money. Lost the prepayment, no refund not even for the extra insurance i payed for a car that they dont let me use. Crazy

They rent cars for other company and do not take any responsibility after. We called them when we had a problem and they were not even able to reach the company office - since they did not responded to them or us.
They did not do anything. They will always say the company is right.

Do not book a car through this site.

Still waiting on my refund. Was assured that I would receive one. But they lied.

Complete Fraud, this company would be shut down and charged with consumer fraud by usa government if it was located in USA. Improperly recorded my flight number on my rental then never showed up at 12 am leaving me stranded at airport in dark in foreign country alone. Then claimed I was a no-show because they had invented a fictional flight number and then pretended I did not show up to my rental appointment and keeping my 400usd

Bad service, cheaters, if you don't know the best way to lose money, rent a car to Carjet, don't repite my fault

Basic consumer rights is: i pay for something, i get something. Carjet do not operate like that. ICarjet did took my money, and then refused to refund me! To me this is against all my basic consumer rights. I paid £346:10 for nothing, and i was met with hostility, apathy and a couldnt care less attitude from their shoddy service staff at Green motion. Lesson? Dont pay for cheap cars, pay a little extra and get peace of mind

10/09/22 I came to Venice airport to pick my car I rent from car jet. Due searches I understood that the car jet is broker and I actually about taking my car from Italy car rent.The guy at the office informed me that my full insurance i bought is not a full. I paid for the full insurance again directly from the Italy cart rent.at the same time I sent an email to car jet asking to get a refund for the 50€ I paid them for the max insurance they provided. But they refused. What a shame

This is one of the worst I have ever dealt with! You try to contact them; they respond with a no-reply email address. There is no way to know if the car will be ready when you arrive, so I have been trying to cancel, but auto response comes from a no-reply email so there is no way to communicate with these people. This is the perfect example of: You get what you pay for. Don't take my word for it, the company has a 1.1 star rating for a reason.

Disgusting company. Left us in a strange city in marocco and just refused to give us our car that we had already paid for. After 3 months still no money back and they've already asked me 20 times for my credit card info so they can look it up. I kept giving it to them for them to say after 3 months that I can't get a refund because I used my mothers creditcard. Luckily my creditcard company is starting a procedure against these scammers. DO NOT EVER USE!
