They're very unprofessional. I spoke to a lady and told her that I miss my flight and I will be arriving the next day. The lady on the phone told me that they would keep my reservations for the next day when I finally got to Orlando they told me my reservations was canceled so I had to pay $700 just to get a rental car on the drop of a dime literally. From another place I will not recommend this to anyone. If you see this building walk the other way

Booked a car through carjet in Poros Kefalonia. Paid for the car and the wavier insurance not expecting to have any other expenses. Free cancellation and no credit cards displayed on site. Once the confirmation email arrived it then states €1800 will be taken on hold until car is returned. Tried to cancel but full cost get taken. Unable to talk to a person as phone not answered. Would not recommend to anyone complete rip off

Never use this car rental broker, they have office in Spain with NO customer service, No email, No answer in case problem, I have booked with them and I have funded office closed even if in the voucher received was written office open.

Das muss man sich vorstellen: Wir stehen am Flughafen in Madeira und es ist niemand da, der uns (wie vereinbart) abholen sollte! Ich kontaktierte telefonisch die Leihwagenfirma, von der wir das Auto erhalten sollte. Diese teilte mir mit, dass das Fahrzeug vor einigen Monaten durch die Firma Carjet grundlos storniert wurde! Ich erhielt jedoch keine Benachrichtigung darüber! Ganz im Gegenteil: Ich bekam 3 Tage vor unserer Anreise in Madeira von Carjet noch eine Buchungserinnerung per mail zugesandt. Und das, obwohl sie die Buchung schon vor Monaten storniert hatten! Unglaublich! Wir mussten nun bei einer anderen Firma direkt am Flughafen ein Fahrzeug mieten. Gott sei Dank war noch eines verfügbar, sonst wären wir ordentlich in der Sch... gesessen. Dieses Unternehmen ist das allerletzte! Die müsste man verklagen! I rented a car, paid and received email to collect it from budget at frankfurt airport but budget were not having cars so carjet selling cars that are nit available. Tried to cancel or modify my order but their system said too late for so in fact wee before collection time. Budget printed out statement stating no cars but carjet were programed to cheat and don't refund money at all. Cheaters cheaters cheaters

Do not think to approach this company of thieves and crooks!
I made an order and canceled it. 10 times I spoke to them, 6 times I sent them all the documents that they required. And every time they said that everything was fine and did nothing. And in the next conversation, they said that everything I sent them was not enough. They are just thieves. Don't get close to them!

Hi everyone I hired a car from these and a few days before u was going away, they emailed me telling me my car wasn't available but I booked well in advance so it should have been there for me, not rented out then when I got there they charged for a more expensive car so I wanted to cancel it wot refund do I get there "said I would lose my payment of £130 euros plus more it got worse from there DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are a F—king rep off it is best use Avis or sixt etc

Dear Car Jet,

I went to receive the car from the car provider B2 carelease and showed them the insurance that I paid to you.

Their manager came back and said that this insurance that I had bought from CarJet isn't accepted to them and I must buy their insurance at rate of 10 Euro a day, if I don't accept it then they will cancel my car reservation.

I have 2 points here:

First, how come you - Carjet have sent me requesting to buy the insurance, which I did, while it isn't valid for this car rental company.

Second, I need to have immediate refund for my money that I have paid for the Carjet Insurance!

Third, I have been put in bad position, negotiating such insurance issue after long flight, please sort this out with this car rental once and forever, I felt that I have been cheated!

It is taking 6 days to respond and in the end you - Carjet reply is escaping from your responsibility.

We arranged for car hire from Crete airport. When we arrived the offices were closed and none of the phone numbers provided were answered. We had to arrange a taxi to our hotel. Since then, for the past two months, we have been trying to get Carjet to return our deposit as we received no service whatsoever. We wish we had read other reviews of Carjet before we booked. Unfortunately those provided by Trustpilot mostly cover the booking process, which was fine, but try contacting them to get your deposit returned and it's virtually impossible. Do not use this company.

Awful customer service. We hired a car through this company for a recent holiday to Portugal. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours meaning we didn't arrive into Faro airport until 23.00. The information and telephone numbers Carjet provided us to call on arrival at the airport were incorrect so we were unable to contact the company to arrange courtesy bus to take us to collect our hire car. This resulted in us having to sleep over night in the airport with three young children! When we eventually managed to flag down a passing courtesy bus the following morning (through luck rather than arrangement) to collect our car we were told they had cancelled it as we were a 'no show'. The hire car company advised us to contact Carjet as they were who we paid the money to. Carjet are refusing to refund us despite giving us incorrect contact information for the car hire firm and repeated emails from us and the car hire firm confirming what happened was out of our control. We have tried emailing and phoning carjet only for them either to not respond to the emails, try and pass the buck back to the car hire company or just flatly put the phone down on us mid conversation. An absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We have provided Carjet with all the information they have requested, including screen-shots of all the unanswered phone calls. Despite requesting the return of our deposit Carjet are now ignoring all emails. It is now the end of September and still they have not returned our money. DO NOT USE CARJET - whilst the booking appears easy, and the charges reasonable - the company is a scam and you are better off paying a bit more and receiving a good service. Carjet does not provide any service - they just take your money.

This company placed me with a ripoff care hire company, del Paso, who actually refused me with car hire as they took a personal dislike to me for challenging their ripoff tactics
Carjet are completely uncontactable. They do not answer any support phone lines and do not respond to any emails and will not return the 542 euros paid in good faith for car hire. I don't know how that they seem to think they should keep the money for themselves. I have attempted a chargeback but they hide behind paperwork stating that I did not meet their contract requirements. Complete rubbish, hire was declined by the car hire company on the grounds of being mardy and upset for being challenged about trying to charge me another 300 euros for insurances I didn't need.
If anyone has had any joy in getting a refund please advise?

You will pay double cost. We have paid carjet and then upon location again 450 euro. We tought we have paid a car for 240 euro and then on the location all extra cost. Car company told us you paid carjet. You didnt paid us for the car. What a scam. And we paid twice for full insurance. Online to carjet and then on location again. Total we spend more then 750 euro for 6 days rental. And online its cheap and they will show you good prices. And after all you need to pay alot more for al different cost extra.

Booked a automatic car for a late arrival to Athens. After waiting and calling for an hour I had to leave in a taxi. Called company in the morning, apparently car was already gone, apparently driver was at the airport at meeting point ( which he was not, because only 5 people have been at the meeting point late at night).
Company employees have been very uncooperative to an extend where they refused to give there names or references
Do not book the Athens cars with carjet is my tip to everyone

2 auto's gehuurd via Carjet voor vliegveld Weeze.
Bij aankomst bleek het loket van de verhuurder gesloten en bleek dat dit verhuurbedrijf (Europcar) al maanden gesloten was en wij dus onmogelijk onze 2 bestelde auto's konden krijgen. Wel betaald, maar dus geen auto's. Moesten 1 hele dure Audi huren (laatst beschikbare) bij Sixt. Carjet beloofde het verschil tussen de huur van de 2 auto's en de dure Audi terug te betalen, na vele maanden en veel correspondentie nooit gebeurt. OPLICHTERS!

I rented a car through Carjet in Greece. The conditions and terms regarding fuel were FULL TO FULL, or get a refund for extra fule in case you've got the car with less. But, the car agency did not respect that, I received the car with less than 1/4 tank filled it and returned it with abou 3/4 full. No refund were accepted from rental agency, they said it's not their policy. A bit disappointed
