I was in need of a fuel pump for 2006 Corvette and I could not find anyone with it in stock or any availability that could have it to by the weekend. Carlos at CarID went all out in making sure they had it and that it would be to me when I needed it. He even made several phone calls and called me back to let me know it was done. That definitely secured my business with them in the future
I ordered a fender they sent me a quarter panel then would not pay for the shipping back said it was customers responsibility if I want to return or exchange it is have to pay the 200 shipping cost and the part to begin with was 210 so now I have to order another fender and sit on a quarter panel I don't even need. Place is a joke and needs to be SHUT DOWN BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU... CON ARTIST.
I was shopping various online vendors to find the best price. Upon letting them know what I have found locally and online, they checked to see what the best deal they could do and gave a quote. Some vendors don't want to do the effort to be competitive. These guys put in the effort.

And that means a lot to me because I know how important it is to get good service these days because I was a part sales person for navistar international for 25 years.

This was my first time ordering from them, I stopped before I paid, and went to ask a question section which was easy to find, and my live chat I was teamed up with Laura, one word " Amazing " I am a technician and have been for many years but was at home and on my phone ordering not really able to flip back and forth to check Part # s and Laura asked my year, make and model and she did all that for me, I gave her the numbers I was looking at, she confirmed them and even made me a check out link to make my checkout 100 times faster and easier, I will be ordering from them again real soon, and I highly recommend them to anyone. Very fast very friendly. I hope if I can't get Laura again the next person is just as fast, kind, courteous, and spot on as her.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
