Dealt with rep Diana she was phenomenal. Aside from being sincere and kind she was attentive and knowledgeable about the product (which I was surprised about devise it's not an everyday item) she was helpful and answered any and all of my questions and concerns with honest knowledgeable answers.

I was first advised it would take two business days, but later learned it was three now. Talked to a service representative (Rebecca) and was advised they do not operate like Amazon.com. Customer service from ebay purchases. Needs to learn more about there items. I had to call because the ebay contact people could not answers my questions. I had to call. I was on THE PHONE FOR A HOUR before I got someone. When I finally talk to someone they where able to answer my QUESTIONS.

I just wanted to say thank you to Noelle for the great customer service! I called to enquire about the fitment of a performance air bag suspension for my mazdaspeed 3. I was confused when reading the description, so I decided to call. I'm glad I did, because Noelle answerd and was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and was patient with me when I got frustrated. For a sales associate to keep her composure and stay positive when a customer doesn't, is a quality that's not only valuable, but hard to come by these days. Again, thank you so much!

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
