I got a brand new car (2017) and I was having problems finding a bike rack that would fit. I spoke with Monica and she was doing her very best to assist me. After about 5-10 minutes of searching and sending me links, I decided that I needed to do more research. So, I hung up and did more research but came back to CARiD to make the final purchase. After spending the time with me, I really felt Monica wanted me to have the right solution, not just one that would make her (or CARiD) more money. Because of that attitude, I came back to give my business to CARiD.

I want to share my experience about my call to CariD. I called to get more information about purchasing a Instrument Cluster for my 2005 Chevy Tahoe. My associate Lisa was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding the panel I need. She even sent me an email with the details and product numbers. I've ordered an intake for my car that so far has already been delayed once, and here 3 weeks after purchase and 2 days after the delayed esd I still have no tracking info. However, when I called about the issue they were really helpful in helping me figure out what was going on. And they price match so that's a pretty big plus.
