Second order of the same floor mats for my 2013 Passat, second order with a problem.
The first set was for the wrong car. Boxed those up (30.00 shipping) and sent them back to the manufacturer. Received a refund in about a week.
Ordered a second full set in the meantime from CARId and I received only one of two rear mats. Went through the return process. Be aware customer service does not have late hours even if they say on the site they are open 24 hours - that's just to take your money.
I had to take pictures of the problem (as if one floor mat isn't self-explanatory) and was led to believe I would receive one floor mat. Waited about four days for some sort of response and received an email asking for the mat to be returned.
Don't have the original box (which they need for some strange reason) and I am most certainly not going to spend 20.00 to send something back that cost 53.00 (on which I paid shipping and tax). I pay for their mistake?
I look at it this way I'm out 53.00 and not 73.00. Lesson learned - don't buy from CARId... they won't make something right on a product they sell. Unless you pay.
UPDATE - 9/6/15 - After my review was put online I had someone from CARID contact me to "make things right". Handled my response in a professional manner but did not receive a replacement floor mat for the one I was missing. Customer service did get me a postage paid shipping label by the end of August. Not impressed with the resolution of my problem.
After ordering mats from another company that provided excellent customer service (they followed up with TWO emails to make sure everything was correct) I sent the one mat back expecting a refund.
Now they are trying to send me another set of mats. Tried to cancel online but I was directed to call their customer service number. Of course you need to call between 9 and 8pm, so don't let the 24 hour customer service statement fool you - they aren't there past a certain hour. Had a nice person this time, BUT I was told that the order might ship out as this is sent out from the manufacturer. She even tried talk me into keeping the order (like I can use two sets of rear floor mats). Not something I need, not something I want now. Especially from these guys.
So... after a month still out of the money still really dissatisfied with this seller. Not getting a second chance with me ever.
I was looking to order some aftermarket headlights for my truck and wanted to verify that CarID had them in stock and ready to ship. Using the Live Chat (at 11:30 at night!) I ended up talking to Amanda who was very friendly and helpful in answering the questions I had, not only that but she also set me up with a discount to get the headlight's price down around what another online retailer had them listed for despite being out of stock. Overall, I had a very good shopping experience with CarID and would highly recommend them.
I ordered a Hood for my Dodge Charger 2006 and I got it in a good condition and on time. They answered all my emails when I asked questions about their services and updates. Great service!
First off I'm not one to complain but after 4 months of fighting for what should have been a simple warranty return I've had it.
I had what I thought would be a simple warranty return for a set of rims that were under MFR warranty. CARid was the supplier so they attempted to make things happen. They sent the wrong size rims since the internal paperwork was wrong on their end. I had no idea what width they were. For some reason nobody was able to tell me "hey, you have this width rim..." So, they sent the wrong width and continued to blame me for their INCOMPETENCE. Finally they told me they would do the return but I was responsible to pay the shipping. WHAT? ME PAY FOR THEIR ERROR?! WHAT ABOUT THE $100 I SPENT ALREADY TO SWAP OUT MY RUBBER and another hundred to swap over again! The rubber barely fits on the wheels. This has been ongoing 4 GODDAMN MONTHS. I only received the rims a few weeks ago and have been fighting daily to no avail. If I had people working for me like this I'd be bankrupt!
I feel compelled to write this since nobody I've dealt with seems to have any ability to make things right.
I have been PATIENTLY waiting for a supervisor to call me for days now. Seriously? Take your business elsewhere. This is beyond ridiculous.

Great products great prices really enjoy this place
After ordering my rims back in April, I finally canceled my order at the end of July, just to receive my product 3 days later. Which would have been fine. However, when going to install them I find out they are the wrong size. I called to talk to customer service. The Women (Carla) was rude. She was very unhelpful and had an attitude. I'll admit I gave her one back. I called back again to be connected to a manager just to have my call disconnect. Now I'm stuck will $700 rims that I can't use. Very unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional.

I purchased a great Ultimate Protector Window Shade for my 2016 Range Rover. The customer service was the best and I got it quick. A great experience. The shade fit perfect and it came holder to put it in when not being used. It makes a huge difference in the temperature in my Range Rover when it has been in my window. Now wonder why I never used one in the past.

I needed some help with and order about shipping charges and the customer service tried to do all she could to reduce any charges she could including giving me a small reduction. Sometimes you might find a better price for an item but for me the transit time on the shipment didn't pay as I could get it from CARiD much faster. Good people to do business with.
Ordered wheels in June, didn't get custom fitment form until July, was told wheels would ship first week of August, shipment was delayed to august 8, now it is delayed again for August 12 been waiting 2 months now. Disappointed.

The customer service sent me an invoice with a description of the part & photos, but when the part arrived, it was NOT what I ordered. I specifically stated that I needed to order a hub and assembly for the rear on a 2006 Infiniti FX35, what I received was a hub module, I have to return this rental car and the SUV is still not fixed.

After several calls with them, I placed my order for a RV awning, after one week and wasting my time, they just sent me an email that my order has been cancelled. I wasted one week of my valuable time.

I purchased my dream car a 2016 Dodge challenger. I wanted to put the red caliper covers on to dress it up a little so I shopped around and decided to make my purchase at Carid. After verifying the part order with my dealer I placed my order. Upon receipt I found that I had the wrong item because of the wrong information provided by to dealer. I contacted Carid for a return and spoke to Antonio about what happened. He was as disappointed as I was that I had the wrong part. He took care of the problem and couldn't apologize enough even though it was not their fault. I like that there are still people out there that provide great service. Thanks Antonio.
