Needed a part quickly for a racing event and we were counting on them... 5 days later I find out the manufacturer had not even sent it... meanwhile I had explained that I needed it fast and would pay for expedited shipping. When I called the manufacturer they told me it was going to go out by regular shipping. If I wanted it expedited I would have to call CARID and get them to OK that... so I tried to call 4 times... 3 hours later we have missed the shipping deadline time at the manufacturer and we will not be racing... too bad I will also lose a 500$ deposit for the weekend long endurance race. THEY SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK>>>>
The associate I dealt with was kind, but I was disappointed that she took the side of the manufacturer instead of the customer who is actually dealing with the product. I bought chrome mirror covers and they clearly did not fit. I ended up scratching the paint on my car and the mirror popped right off, but the manufacturer insisted it was my error. Did anyone ever think that parts could have been mislabled and wrongfully packaged? And instead of backing me up, despite pictures I sent showing that the mirrors didn't fit, the customer service associate took the word of the manufacturer. My faith is a little shaken.

Order was placed on 8/19/16 and was informed the items(5x8 fan mats) would be shipped on 8/23/16. Receiving no communication that items had been shipped I called customer service on 8/29/16 and was told they would not be shipped until 8/30/16. Needless to say I am not holding my breath the items will ever be received since now the date of shipping is one week later than originally indicated. I have made an initial contact with our state's attorney general better business bureau, in the event I must take further action.

I purchased a bumper cover and 2 fender covers thinking I was actually ordering the actual bumper and fenders. Before I could realize it the merchandise had been shipped so I had to wait for the delivery. Upon arrival of the merchandise I sent it back. Well its the 29th of August and the warehouse received the items on the 19th but still no refund has been posted.

I ordered a set of wheel and tires from them. It took 2 weeks for them to ship them out and another week for me to get them. So, 3 weeks in all. Also shipping cost was way to expensive. When I put them on my truck, they looked really good but as I got up to 60 mph my truck started to shake. I took the wheels and tires to discount tire to have them look at it and they said that the tires where not balanced. When i bought them they said the tires would be balanced. I had to pay more money to get the balanced and now they work great. I will never, ever buy from this company again. Too many problems with them. When I looked at other places on the internet they had free shipping and it would have been shipped out within 2 to 3 days. Customer service did everything they could but if you have to wait 3 weeks to get wheels and tires you might as well find some place near you and get them there.
I placed the order on Thursday they told me on Monday that the part was going to ship and I'd get a tracking number in 24 to 48 hours. I called them on Wednesday and they gave me the same answer. I called them on Friday and they said they could'nt get a hold of the factory in Florida to find out if my part was going to be delivered. The factory that makes these parts is in Germany. After waiting 8 days and no tracking number I canceled my order and requested a refund I'll be back to let you know if i dont get my refund.

As a previous customer I'm glad I thought to call and check price and availability. Mike was professional, friendly, and took the time to quickly check pricing for me even though I explained that I wasn't ready to buy. Great staff with competitive prices.
I ordered a broad feet bull bar that was delivered with no instructions and the wrong hardware the bolts they sent were 2 inches short. I called them and they were contacting broad feet to rectify the problem. When i called broad feet they insisted they sent me the right bolts like i was a idiot, then finally i went to another website fx and they sent me the right hardware since the brackets were from fx. Till this day which has been 5 months car id has not sent me the hardware because the idiots at braodfeet said i had the right ones. When i was able to look online and find out the bolts needed were 70 to 80mm wiich is about 4 1/2 inches they only sent 2 1/2 very disappointed in the service they are idiots and so are the people at broad feet i will never use them for anything not even car wipes. Bought and paid for a $75.00 item advertised IN STOCK, after 4 days I call to get tracking info and they tell me its going to be a couple more days before they ship. What takes 6 days to ship one item? Are they in stock? Yes they say. Then I'm transferred to a "specialist" He tells me there is no stock and they have no idea when they will have any? Now I have to wait to get my money back! Lame company, no communications and FALSE ADVERTISING to state twice "in stock" when they aren't. STAY AWAY!

Bought seat covers for the two front seats and one bench seat cover for the back of my brand new 2016 Hyundai Sonata from them. First of all, installation takes hours. Second, you have to take your whole bench seat out to put on the back seat covers. Third, the front ones look like $#*! and don't even fully fit my seats around the sides (looks nothing like the pictures I ordered). Wanted to return them, but shipping took so long the 30 days were almost up, so I'd have to pay expedited shipping, and the seat covers were supposedly "custom made to fit my car" so I'd have to pay $60 return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Now I'm out $300. Don't waste your time or your money.

I ordered a cowl style hood for a 2004 f350, when i recieved the hood everything looked fine but when it came time for installation the hood was falling apart(inner layer of the hood and exterior were separating from one another) and the holes for attaching the hood latch hook had a crack. Called carid and since it was passed 30 days i was told there was nothing they could do, even though the hood they sold completely fell apart. So now i am out $400 and i have nothing to show for it.

1st I ordered neosupreme seat covers for my 2016 Subaru. They were perfect, as a matter of fact, people couldnt believe they were covers. So I ordered a set for the second row. I ordered Tan, and they arrived an off shade of greenish. Called the company, they said to send pictures which I did immediately. Waited a week and no response. Emailed the lady I had spoken with and she said she didn; t receive any pictures. Sent them again and waited. Finally called, got another guy that said they were waiting to hear from the company that made the covers. Said I should know in 2 days. Waited a week, called again, got another lady. She said the company wanted another picture. Sent that immediately. Still waiting to hear if they even opened my email. Not getting very good customer service.

This company is garbage. It takes too long to ship product out. And when u call for eta your put on hold for 30min to hr. It's almost as if your ordering from china. This is crazy. I ordered hardware. And the operator tells me they are manufacturing them? Hardware isn't a part its screws and nails and thing of that sort. The delivery dates are miss leading. Will never order from them again and recommend everyone else go to eBay or anywhere else to get there "products". I'm still on hold as type this little note. It's rediculous. Never again. Never never never never never!#!#

Placed order June 12 for 4 chrome-clad wheels; SEVEN wheels later and I only have THREE good ones. Three arrived damaged and one was the wrong one! Poorly packaged-no bubble wrap or styrofoam-just placed in box and taped closed. No "handle with care" or "fragile" labels either. It is now Aug. 17 and still waiting for fourth good wheel! Customer service is powerless to alter shipping procedures- they are middlemen only. They just keep sending wheels and I keep sending them back. I am getting to know my UPS driver quite well! Absolutely ridiculous and easily prevented with 50 cents worth of packing materials and some stickers! Order# *******
