Ordered parts that weren't compatible for son's vehicle. Asked to return them and received one shipping label. Shipped back and now they claim two labels were sent to go to two different companies. Since they were shipped together and parts didn't go to one company... they JUNKED BRAND NEW PARTS! So no refund for over $160, but they did refund a under $20 part. This company is a joke. Pay attention to the reviews.
I ordered some new headlights for my 2012 RAM 1500. They arrived on time and looked great. Raquel in customer service helped me find new bulbs because I didn't realize the lenses were tinted. They are too dark for me to drive at night so I have requested an exchange and it is already processed. Very pleased with the customer service and overall positive friendly people that have helped me with my orders.
Febie provided excellent customer service. My son ordered a set of lights for his truck and they didn't work with the grill he has on it. Febie explained the return process and was able to get the proceed started for us. We appreciate the prompt service she provided.

I got in touch with Amanda looking for parts for my Audi. Unfortunately the part number for US cars are different from European or Asian spec cars. Even though the sale was not possible she got back to me politely to let me know that my query was unsuccessful. That effort in itself is worth more than 5 stars. I have written to enough sites enquiring and not got a reply which I assume with a great deal of certainty, is because the sale is not likely.

Looked long & hard for a burlwood dash kit for my new 2016 Corvette Stingray. Had easily found one for my previous C6 vette, but none seemed available for the C7 models. Finally hooked up with Carid who sent me 4 samples for $5 so I could be sure of the match with my kalahai leather interior. Unfortunately they lacked even one pic of a completed C7 installation, however my live chat Carid associate assured me it would be perfect. So I took a chance and ordered the kit. It is a 45 piece kit and the professional installation took almost 4 hours - but it is drop-dead gorgeous. The fit is perfect and the tolerances are computer perfect. A show stopper that makes my car competitive at any vette show. Carid is the way to go - highest recommendation.
I broke A small carpet anchor for some Auto mats I purchased at CARiD and looked everywhere for a replacement to no avail. I contacted CARiD customer service (Bruce) to see if I could purchase one. He said they did not sell them separately and that is where most customer service reps would have left it. Bruce however went above and beyond for my small need and said he would contact the manufacturer and see if they would provide the part. Within 24 hours I received a call that I would be receiving to my home at no cost the part directly from the manufacturer. That is above and beyond customer service! Well done. You have just earned a loyal customer!

I have filed a dispute with CariD for $166.23 charged on 8/15/16. I have emailed CariD and have also left 2 voicemail with the supervisor for CariD and haven't gotten any responses. On the original receipt the confirmation email said they would attempt to deliver 3 times and after that my bumper would be returned. They said nothing about needing to set up a delivery time nor did they ask for a phone number with me i expected it to be delivered to the shipping address i provided. I received the email stating they tried to call me on a very old number im assuming they got off of my paypal account and that email went to my spam folder and i didnt see it. Once i looked in my spam and saw they tried to contact me i sent an email back and i called the freight company and they told me that the seller told them since they didnt have a phone number they should take it to the junk yard. They never tried to deliver the bumper to my shipping address which was just 15 minutes away from the freight companies main warehouse. The freight company said since technically CARiD is their customer not me that they have to do what CariD told them to do which was to take it to the junk yard. I called CariD and was told to leave a voicemail for the supervisor which i have done twice with no response. I want my money refunded as I never received my bumper and CariD wasted their own time and money by telling the freight company to send the bumper to a junk yard. My order # is *******

I wanted to order a dash mat for my Jeep and I was so confused on which one to order I have a 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee Overland. When I looked at pictures on websites they did not look like they would fit my jeep. I called several dash mat Dealers and not one would really help me they said well it should fit if not send it back. I thought that is not really fair to go to the trouble of sending it back since they really did not want to help me. I found Chris and he was so sweet and helpful and helping me pick out the right color and made sure it would fit my jeep. He is a great asset to your company GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He even gave me his email if something is wrong he will fix it. I wanted to say Thank you Chris your Awesome and I really hope they recognize you for your great Customer Service. Wendy
I ordered a coolant reservoir for a 2014 Ford Escape and received a reservoir for a Ford Mustang! I called them to fix the problem and they repeatedly blamed some mystery "manufacturer" for the error. When they finally agreed to exchange the part (a part I desperately needed), they said it would be sent ASAP. I called a day later because there was no sign of it being sent and was told they wouldn't send the correct part until the "manufacturer" received the other one back.To make matters worse, they weren't even going to send a return label (by snail mail) for 2-3 days! That doesn't sound like ASAP to me! In the mean time, I had a car the was leaking fluid. My husband finally had to go to the dealership to buy the part. Now I get to wait until God know when for them the refund my money! Do not buy anything from this company!

I was looking into racing seats and harnesses for my older mustang. I was unsure about the products that I found so I decided to just give them a call. I spoke with Esteban and he was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to find the products I was looking for and verify that they were the correct fit. He also did not make me feel like I was being rushed on the phone he stayed on the line looking up numerous items that I was interested in. Then he gave me a 3% discount! Great customer service I would say!
I was looking for brighter headlight bulbs for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Was told a set of Putco bulbs would fit my vehicle. I purchased them. I have since went to several websites that say they will NOT fit including the Putco website. I have had several chat sessions with Carid agents. All they ask for is pictures of what's broke. I've told them I haven't even opened them because the Putco website says they will NOT fit. So I sent them my VIN and the part number and am waiting for their answer. All I want is my money back and not have to pay the $17.00 fee for returning. It is not my fault I was given the wrong information and I should not have to pay any fee's.

Bought rims online guarantee fit I Think not. The shop knew what to do about the return procedures. Guy even called them a liar ay the took pictures etc cuz u have to to return. Took long time to get them. And it's taking a longer time to return them. Customer service lift a finger to help you. No replies from website calls after calls and emails. No one ever replies. Hold times wrong. Chat system bugged, you wait forever. The manager doesn't have an extension I think the people are just refusing to give it out. They even said he will call me he never did. Called at least 5 people in the company and was emailed not acting mad but they sure know how to make me mad. Fact that they caused hostility with my garage and called them on knowing a thing or two makes me think this site isn't legit. You place an order you are doomed. And you want a refund be very careful. It may take up to 2 additional weeks or lo get to recieve it.

I ordered wheels that arrived out of round and with defective sensors. CarId refused to take them back without first forcing me to have the wheels rebalanced at 3 places a total of 6 times. I also had to pay for the labor of removing the tires to replace the faulty sensors. Two independent dealers documented that the wheels were defective. Finally, CarID offered a refund. I paid again to have the tires removed, shipped the wheels back, and still they are refusing to give me a refund. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered custom seat covers. Figured since they were "custom" there would be no problems. However, they are to small. Easy returns really? They want pictures. This is bs. They don't fit period.
