I am still waiting on shipping confirmation of an order I placed 5 days ago. Carid kept messing up my billing and shipping information. They have a hard time following simple instructions.

If you ever have a car need... CARid is the place. Not just do they have good prices but the team there is amazing. In my case Ashley at CARid was such an amazing help... she not only helped me late in the afternoon, but she was able to find exactly what i needed. She was patient and kind... That's what stood out the most, her service was just amazing, all in all Carid is my new favorite place for my car needs, so if you ever need something for your vehicle, call CARid and ask for Ashley!

I recently purchased a spoiler from CAR ID and received it pretty fast. I had to return the item 3 times due to defects. The same exact defects. Price was lowered on this item and then sold with defects. Great scam and trick.

I ordered a clutch kit for my honda... opened the box and it had the wrong pressure plate. They apologize sent me a return label and ship a new one fast... other site have you wait at least 6 days before they ship back to you... keep up the good work and I'll be back...

I've purchased in channel wind deflectors from AVS that didn't stick very well. So I called CARiD's 800 number to notify them of this problem. I got a message to just leave a call back number due to heavy volume. It took about 4 hours for someone named Diego to call back. He was very patience and took the time to explain how I should prepare the area for reapplication. Then send replacement tapes that I actually received the next day. That was a nice surprise over the long wait to get thru their phone system. Thanks!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! PLEASE! I BEG YOU!
I bought a aem cold air intake for my truck in March, product came damaged and faulty (I have a twin turbo so there are two intake pipes and one was longer than the other, the other had damage, and the bracket for the heat shield didn't line up) so I try to return it and they say I have to make a claim to return it. (This is after trying to simply return it via UPS but they denied me, so now we are into the May). So I agree to them to open the stupid claim and I send it back. They didn't give me a mailing slip so I got my own ($30 more bucks outta my pocket)
Now they say since I used my own mailing slip they dropped the claim. Another $400 wasted for no reason. I'm still trying to get my money back and it's almost August... Any suggestions?!
