Notified them, thetvwanted pics of box, parts, explain what was going on vs. just accepting that I have 45 years of repairing cars and a poor quality adjuster was the problem. I was actually pretty surprised to get a call from the rep Sonia at the first place. I was just putting an item in the cart and then she called asking if she could help with anything. Then she provided me with 5% off coupon via email after the call and confirmed there would not be any other fees. I am happy that CARiD has such an effective and friendly customer service group. CARID and Keystone sent me a bent hood and would not let us return. They said "Once you sign the shipping paper your out of luck. The packaging was perfect we could not see any damage caused by shipping. It was shipped with the bend in it. No help from customer service. Don't believe the 5 star reviews they are from their employees.

Order tail lights. Received broken, box was damaged. Asked for return authorization, never received, shipped damaged part back at own expense, promised a refund through PayPal in 24 hours if I cancelled my PayPal complaint... did so, and nothing happened. They are tricksters... they knew that one could not reopen a PayPal complaint after being closed. PayPal should know better by now, that not all businesses are reputable and should allow complaint to be reopened. Never, never deal with CarID. You'll be sorry.

The return authorization paperwork is needed not only for the sake of the shipping label but also for the sake of paperwork needed for recognizing the part within the inventory. Will Do more business with this company friendly Good Customer Service. Part did not. Take Long to Ship parts
I ordered a fuel rail for my 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier on 10/9/2017 evening. The CARiD website let me know if part was perfect fit for my car. Ebony, customer service representative, also emailed me to help me complete my order. I got the fuel rail on Friday, 10/13/2017 (4 days later.) I compared the new fuel rail with old one, they were perfect match. Installed and tested it. No problem at all. I will definitely order parts again from CARiD.
Truck toolbox came quickly and looks good. Built well too. Good price.
Still waiting on my wood dash kit as the mfg. Was out of walnut burl. They do keep me up to date on the back order though.
3rd order was Weather Tech mud flaps. I received the wrong ones (my error?) and they are correcting that nicely. Customer service tries hard to get it right.
I tried to get an additional rim and 4 new tires but they would t even give the time of day to try and find the same rim
Just basically said better luck next time

I purchased a complete set of wheels, tires, TPMS, locks for my 2014 Nissan Frontier. They answered all my questions and gave me assurance of fitment which was the most important to me. After some research their price was the best, I will go to Car ID for all my future needs.

She would not listen to my problem with the order. She did not listen to what I was asking her to be done. Then after being on the phone for roughly 20 minutes she decided to hang up on me and I was not rude towards her in any way. I need to know whats going on with my order ASAP. This is keeping me from getting my vehicle back on the road. This is not the way to do business and unless this is corrected this will be the last time I do business here. I work with the public everyday and hate to feel this way about a place of business. But at this point I have no choice. There has been NO effort in any kind of way to help me figure out where my order is.
