We use CARiD often for our business. They're aftermarket accessory selection is always great and the sales and customer service reps are always respectful and helpful. Prices are always super competitive as well.
When I called CARiD to order custom floor mats, I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. Time was taken to be sure that all of my questions were answered and I was also impressed with the product knowledge my rep had. Overall, a very nice experience!
The first impression is the one that count most. For me it'd been great. No waiting time to chat with me, associate Bryan knew the product and specs. Wich is important cuz with some other sellers they say I think so or maybe wich is not a good answer for a customer. The delivery of my product had been really fast. So for me Carid is an excellent seller. And they have parts for my old mercury grand marquis ls 86. Most of the sellers dont have parts and accs. For it, so Im very happy that finally I found where to upgrade my car.

WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTEE! I purchased 2 new air shocks for my GMC Envoy and had them installed. In less than 2 weeks they began to leak down & then went totally flat. I had mechanic diagnose to see if an air line had failed or what the problem was. I was shocked that the brand new air shocks from CARID had a hole. I called CARID and explained they seamed helpful. I sent pictures of the hole and they said it was not covered.

I ordered a grill emblem for my Mercedes. The one they sent did not fit. I called and asked for an exchange. They said that I had to send pictures of what they sent. I sent three pictures. Then they wanted my VIN, which I provided. Then they said they needed a picture of the original. If I had the original, why would I buy a new one? Then they wanted a picture showing that the one they sent did not fit. How do I do that?

A few weeks ago I ordered 2 pairs of Led headlights for my car. 3-4 days later I received one pair but not the second. I chatted online with support and was told they sent a request to the warehouse to update where the second pair were and that it would be a few days. A few days later I chat online with customer support and was told there was "some" error with shipping. Asked what error and was again told "some" error. Asked to RMA the set I had and was told I'd have to pay shipping back and a restock fee even though I paid for two sets of headlights and only received one set. Chat support is very deceptive with responses. Called and the support was much better but still very frustrating. I would never in my lifetime order from there again. Should have ordered from Summit.
