I have order for CARiD twice and both time have been a joy everything came on time and the products have worked great and if y'all need to order Sonia is the girl to go to. She was awesome! Very helpful and got me what I needed right away. Half the time customer service people are a joke. They give you the run around and never help. Or they can speak English and you get nowhere. CariD has some of the best prices around for parts and their people are very helpful.
I was quite surprised that chatting with their online customer service rep was very smooth and timely. He answered all of my questions loaded a shopping cart with all of the items I needed and made it simple to purchase. Also everything arrived timely and correct!
I was looking for struts, and saw something about discounts for first responders. It was very late, and I was sure there wouldn't be anyone online to ask about the discount, but to my surprise there was. Tammy fixed me up as soon as I provided her my information. Outstanding support, and any discount the first responders is always appreciated!
I bought a bed liner from CARiD for my Ford F150. When it arrived, it was missing the necessary hardware to install it. I asked the freight person delivering it if there was anything else that came with it, he said no. So I looked on CARiD to see if I could buy the necessary hardware, they didn't sell it. So I called customer service and they again confirmed that they don't sell the hardware necessary to install the bed liner. There was no mention anywhere on the their website that you needed to buy hardware separately.
I asked if I could return the product and they said I could but I would be responsible for the cost of shipping it back. Since it's a bed liner it ships overlarge freight and the cost of shipping is equal to the cost of the product itself. So clearly, no point in returning.
What really completed the scam was when I tried to leave a review on the CARiD website. The bed liner had all five star reviews which I was surprised by considering the experience I had. Then I realized I couldn't leave a review, there was no way to stop someone else from having this same experience. Their website says to use the link in the email you get after purchasing to write a review, there was no link of course.
Bottom line, don't buy anything from this website unless you're looking to waste your money.

I've ordered all of my accessories from CARiD and I have nothing but good things to say. And if something's not right they will make it right for you. They have exceeded my expectations each and every time. If I need any other items I will continue buying from this company.
I ordered headlight assemblies from them and they didn't fit properly. More like a cheap Chinese reproduction. Also the sealant on them wasn't cured. I asked to return them for refund or exchange. They are now saying my vehicle might have been in a collision and that's why they don't fit. Funny how the old ones fit fine but are clouded from the years of sun exposure. Plus I bought the vehicle new in 2005. They are refusing to take them back. So much for 100% guarantee in says on website. My credit card company is now disputing the charges. STAY AWAY! You'll thank me later.

Unfortunately they got nothing from me due to not being able to reach someone due to being tossed to a survey but i put a hood in my cart looking to buy backed out and went elsewhere cheaper price. I got a call 25 mins later from danielle asking if i needed help told her i pirchased elsewhere allready n she still tooknthe time to explain their price match and still offered alot of help still will go back for fuethur needs

The ordering process was great. They had the parts I needed at a good price. My problem lies with the shipping. I chatted with them before ordering to make sure that I would be able to get the parts in a certain timeframe. I am going out of town and needed some work done to my truck before driving it out of town for the weekend. They told me that there would be no problem what so ever getting the parts in time (Leaving Thursday, was told I'd have them no later than Tuesday, giving me all day Wednesday to get them on my truck). Sure enough, after placing my order, I got a tracking number when the items shipped, that said they'd arrive on Friday (one day after I have left town for the weekend, and 3 days later than they promised me I'd have them). I chatted with a CSR again via their website, and was told there's nothing they could do and they ended up disconnecting the chat on me. So now I am stuck having to get a rental car because I'm not comfortable driving my vehicle the distance I need to go without the replacement parts I was going to have put on. I also had to call my mechanic and tell him to cancel my appointment for Wednesday because I won't have the parts in time. To say the least I'm pretty ticked off, but I am giving them 2 stars versus just one because their prices were good and ordering was simple. They need to work on their shipping department though. I do not think I will be ordering from CarID again due to their unreliable shipping.
