Although I am a customer of another online auto accessories retailer, I found the products for which I was looking at Car ID for an equivalent or lesser cost, with one exception. I requested a price match guarantee from the CSR. He was very patient and professional. Although the price match did not work out in my favor, he reduced the price to a level with which I was comfortable and the whole experience was a positive one.
I was purchasing seat covers for my car over the weekend. I saw that CARiD gives Veterans a discount. I did a LIVE CHAT with Laura at CARiD and asked about the discount. Once she verified I was a Veteran she, applied the discount, created the order and emailed it to me. All I had to do is click on a link, verify the order and pay. My order was placed and I got my discount all under 5 minutes! What great service. They also have a great web site with a ton of products, they will be my go to car parts and accessories company from now on.
I had the most excellent customer service and they have amazing car items on their website. Completely happy with my purchase of over $800 in car items. I will definitely go to car ID before I shop anywhere else.
I paid for 4 sensors OROTEK TPMS SENSORS on 9. 13. 17 - arrived while i was on vacation the following week. When I can back I took the box and tires to the installer and opened the box and there were 2 sensors.
I called and was expecting an simple i'm sorry and we will ship these out to you but instead they said sorry you missed the return window by a few days and said I would need to purchase new sensors. I have not dealt with service like this at anyplace online in years. Horrible feeling.

Really great customer service at CARiD. I had to order a part from another company and they gave me the run-around trying to get it delivered so I tried to cancel that order and ordered it from CARiD. Unfortunately when I tried to cancel they told me it had already been shipped so I could not. CARiD made it easy for me to cancel the order I had placed there so I didn't double order the same product. Next time I'll come to CARiD first.

I have built five fox bodies. This is this the first time using CARID. I ordered front bumper for93lx. The bumper was a mis aligned cracked mess. The auto body shop wanted to charge 1800. 00 to fix the terrible craft man ship of CARID product. CARID will not accept returns. Thats fine, I disputed the charge with my credit card company getting the bumper for free. At least I thru free garbage In the dumpster. Never ever use this company. Run like you are dating Kim k.
I wanted to order some seat protectors. The shipping cost was 333 dollars. This was more than double the value for the products. The covers were looking great on the picture, but you must be crazy to charge such shipping costs.

Lie #3. I did not give VIN# at time of purchase to INSURE correct part.
I have sent photos to enable a refund. I WILL NEVER USE CARID AGAIN. Cost me 10 times what I might get back!

The worst online experience I have ever had... I will go on every review site and warn customers to never purchase from this site. I called three times and painstakingly ordered my headlights over the phone. Paid extra for express shipping because the part needed to go to New York to be carried to me in Jamaica. When the part got to me in Jamaica it was an entirely different part. I called them back with my issue and with my tracking information. I was told because I did not have the UPS packaging I am screwed. The manager Joseph was an $#*! and now I have a part I can't use and I am out over $500 and still will have to purchase the part. I repeat never order from this site ever!
