Ordered a Go Rhino brush guard for a customer's vehicle from CARid -- it came directly from the manufacturer very quickly, nice product! During assembly we noticed the "Euro bar" was missing. I contacted CARid and spoke with Roberto, he assured me he would handle to matter. Within a few hours I had a responce from Roberto that the piece came separately and was on back order. He spoke directly with the company and was able to get production started for the "Euro Tube" and let me know we would have in 2-3 weeks. He was super on the ball, and handled all of my concerns in a matter of a few hours.

I've placed two orders with CARid - both times they sent incorrect parts. I'm not talking about parts that I incorrectly selected that resulted in a fitment problem. I'm talking about CARid either sending something other than what I ordered or sending something with incorrect parts in a correctly marked box. The first one was a hitch ball that I waited over a week to get an RMA for. Still don't have a refund to my credit card. The second one was a component of a very expensive Weight Distribution Hitch that was wrong (even though it was in a box marked with the correct PN) and incompatible with the other parts of the hitch system. I called the mfg this morning and they had me take some measurements - they verified it was the wrong part and also told me this is not the first time they've heard from a CARid customer with this problem. I called CARid and spent a good part of the morning trying to explain the problem. Of course they have to have photo evidence of the problem, ask a bunch of questions about my tow vehicle (which has nothing to do with it), can't send me a new part without charging my credit card (again!) unless I wait through the entire RMA process (again!) after which they may or may not send the proper part (perhaps a couple weeks from now?), can't get a supervisor to pick up after extensive waiting on hold (someone with the authority to actually handle a customer problem or make a simple decision). So I send pictures and explanation about what's wrong with the parts they sent me, and now I'm waiting on the RMA crap so I can package all this stuff up and get it back to a shipper and wait to see if they'll process the refund. It's been over 2 weeks since I started trying to get parts from them and I still can't tow my trailer. Can you believe they refused to escalate this issue and get the proper part sent to me today? I can't. My recommendation is shop somewhere else, save yourself the trouble. Forget lower prices - they're probably going send you the wrong thing anyway and then make it all YOU'RE problem to resolve! Never again...
I have no idea what other people are talking about in regards to poor service, Juan Jo, transaction Id: SYD******* was exceptional, at the beginning was a bit misinformed but didnt hesitate to double check and correct himself which i appreciated. Ive shopped with Carid for quite some time now ive bought parts for various cars 96, 97, 99, 00 Suburban, a 2017 sierra, 2010 Traverse, 77 Camaro and more! Anything from headlights to led bars to exhaust systems to engine parts and i can honestly say that not once have my parts been wrong or anything less than perfect, there were once or twice i recieved a part delayed but they kept me updated throughout the whole thing which was unexpected but very appreciated! I recommend this to all my family and friends, Carid is my only go to shop for all my auto needs thanks again! And keep up the amazing work!
Been a week and even with a promise of on this site from CarID; no joy. Still have a $120 bar which is wrong for my can and no way to get a refund.

I was buying a roof rack for my car and through the site and prices looked great. Even showed me all the parts to mount the rack. The only items not clear was the length of the crossbars. I call the help line and was told to by the 70" crossbars.
Order arrived quickly but, the crossbars were too long! Replacement policy meant waiting another 1-2wks to get the correct part. Went round and round with the customer service team who had processes to validate who told me what which would add all kinds of time.
End of the 45min call was it would take 3-4 days to just get an RMA. Told them fine do their process and I'll get my money back in a couple of weeks.
REI has same parts in stock at my local store for the same price. Guess who got my money in the end.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions. I have found the order, and see the returned items arrived at the warehouse only yesterday, therefore the refund will be processed today - within 24 business hours after the item is returned to the warehouse. As for the wrong items in the package, agree with you, extremely frustrated, and one of the agents offered to process a replacement without the authorization, however, you asked for a refund instead.
