Bought one rim for my Sentra (replacement) and it gets here in flawless condition, open it and 3 out of the 6 spokes had a gloss finish but my rims are all matte gunmetal so i asked Jason if i can just exchange it for one thats pure gun metal he told me Unfortunately this wheel is not returnable nor exchangeable. Aftermarket wheels do qualify as a custom product and we have no way of returning this back to the manufacturer. But Im just asking for exchange cause of of the spokes and the rim even came with a paper that said you mount it its yours. I didnt take it out the box nor mount it and I couldnt get no help. I wasnt asking for my money back... just what it was worth and even then I couldnt get it. Now im stuck with a 220. Rim and the shipping with no other 3 rims to sell as a set just one individual rim
I spoke Jarred when calling Bout wheels and tires for my car. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and even came off more of like a bro than just some random employee on the phone. So far I have been very satisfied with Carid's customer service, I have called 3 time for 3 separate things and each time was greeted with pleasant attitudes and helpful tips. I will most definitely be going there for anything I need.

I ordered a new set of lug nuts set for my car, and a brake and rotor package for my rear tires. I talked to Kelvin ID *******, and he was able to look at my past history and order same set, and review certain type of lug nuts to make sure correct ones for my stock tires and the kind I was looking for. He was able to find everything fast for what I needed and kept me up to date on delayed shipping.
Needed parts for my car spent hours lookn in websites foe ORILEYS. ADVANCE NAPA couldnt belive watt they were chargi g for 2 cv axles 2 lower ball joints and a master cylindet. Plus they did not have in stock all the parts i needed. I talked to danny the parts i needed he had for 1/2 the cost
CanceledLooked into purchasing their CoverKing Seat covers. At the point of purchase had some questions about the return policy and was helped by a LIVE chat specialist named John Pulmones. He was dismissive from the beginning, sending me a copy of the return policy and then asked to end the Chat before I could even read it. Then when I asked clarifying questions he began to talk down to me.
He let me know that if my seat covers didn't fit then I still couldn't return them because, per policy, you cant try them on the car to see if they fit or they are non refundable at that point.
I of course canceled my order and will be looking else where for my future seat covers. I would avoid this company if I were you. Very shady!

I am a returning customer of CARiD and i could not be more dissatisfied and insulted. I feel completely taken advantage of and a victim of a company whose polices are not in the best interest of their customers. CARiD sent me a front bumper for my truck that is severely damaged and unusable. They refuse to replace the defective part and place the blame completely on me, the customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone in my vast network of automotive enthusiasts and will be working diligently to seek refund for my $400 dollar purchase.

I was well taken care of over the live chat. Placed my order and was even given a discount for being in the military. Thank you for supporting those serving and those who served.
So i ordered sum parts. Recieved 3 notifications of delays. Decided to cancel the order due to delay. Well i cant get my money back or even a notification of the order cancellation in a timely manner like other companies. Have to wait 24-48hrs to know IF i get my money back when i dont even want their product anymore. What a ridiculous procedure, i call it THEFT

Timely response and fixed the order. Called and had an issue when placing my order and the associated fixed the issue quickly without a long wait.
I have ordered from many sites and these guys have it down. If you were looking for excellent customer service and people that know what theyre doing these are the guys.
Quality parts and great service at a low price sent right to my doorstep in a few days. Very helpful in finding the parts I needed.
I orders a headlamp full assembly and paid $780.00 (I won't go in to why it cost so much) They invoiced me and told me it was a remanufactured prt which I buy remanufactured because sometimes they are better than OEM. When I received the part my repair shop told me it was a used part and had rust on screws, clips and other components of the assembly. Knowing the reputation CARDiD I called them and figured they would adjust the cost to a used part which was about 2-$300 less than remanufactured. When they told me they could only offer me $75.00 credit and that was it I went balistic. This is a case of FRAUD period. I had to put the part in becaue I received a ticket and could not send it back but "BUYER BEWARE". If they did it me they will do it again to someone else.
They also offered me a $25.00 certificate on my next order and I told them to keep it because I will never buy a part again from thhem.

Jay was Very professional and polite and got me the best deal possible will definitely buy here again.
October 20 I ordered a headlight conversion kit. Was told to expect 3 day delivery. On Oct 23 I received a delay email that said it would be shipped on Oct 27. On Oct 30 I received another delay email that it would be shipped Nov 3. On October 31 I received another email that my order had been shipped with a tracking number. UPS informed me they only had a label printed with no merchandise dropped off. Nov 2 the next email said it had been shipped. Again UPS had no record of shipment. Since then I have requested a refund on no less than 5 occasions each time being assured a refund would be issued. Today (Nov 8) They sent me a label to return the item that i never received before they could issue a refund. This is like a reoccurring nightmare that never ends. Their reps are experts at giving you the runaround.! I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer. I give them MINUS 5 STARS.

My experience with the staff at carid concerning my order of two different trends flow2 mufflers. Was a great and non stressful experience not like you experience when using other on line companies. In fact my order arrived in 24 hours just as I was promised by tge customer service person. This was not my first order with carid and it won't be my last.
I recently ordered a full width mud flap that attach to the receiver hitch that protect our travel trailer when towing. I contacted customer service at CARid and talked to Nerlyn.
