Having bought multiple items for my vehicles over the last 6 months, I am a very satisfied consumer. Products like customer tail lights to off-road wheels, TPMS'; the list goes on. Every order came through in excellent condition and the quality of products exceeded my expectations. Pricing is also VERY competitive to other leading online auto supply companies. I find their website easy to navigate and the specs detail and "how to" installation write-ups are very useful. I have also worked with 2 different customer service techs on getting the right tech specs aligned to my vehicle, and they were of immense help. As a consumer with light automotive mechanical experience I really appreciate CARid and plan to give them all my business going forward.

I ordered a bug visor it came in on time but it was fairly damaged it wasnt there fault. I talked to them and sure enough they are sending me another one with no problem. They have great customer service skills and there products are very good.

I ordered a set of headlights as the ones in my truck were hit by a truck. The shipping is very quick (California), however one of the housing had play in them. I was a bit of a lengthy process but finally got the replacement.
I was surprised with the amount of parts they offer oem and performance. They also have some of the best prices for those quality parts conoared to the parts stores around me. I highly recommend shopping with them
They gave me a free UPS return label, but wanted me to pay for UPS to pick it up from my house. I will never do business with this company again!

I needed a high pressure hose for power steering mine was leaking bad. I told the guy what I needed and how soon I needed it. I called on a Tuesday told I would get it by Thursday. I had a mechanic coming on Friday to fix the hose. It never came tracking said Friday delivery end of day, Well it again never came I called after asking for a manager I finally got a refund of shipping fee. Here it is Monday which it stated delivery by end of day. The part is still not here and supposedly Tuesday the delivery is now. I live in Alabama it was only coming one state away. I have never had this problem from an on-line order and never will use this site again. I am going back to Rock Auto less hassles!

I purchased 4 steel wheels from Carid in September for snow tires in upstate New York. When they arrived I test fitted one to be sure they were correct. Two months later when I purchased the new tires the garage man called to tell me that 3 wheels fit but the 4th is way off. I contacted Carid and was required to send them photographs of the wheel NOT fitting the car. Really? The first person who took my call also indicated that since it had been 60 days that their supplier would not make good. I sent the photographs and have attempted numerous phone calls, been placed on hold for more than an hour (about 80 minutes so far) and after three attempts to phone someone who could resolve this and promised multiple "call backs" I've yet to hear from anyone about swapping out the defective or miss-marked wheel for one that fits. A bit more research has revealed that their supplier is either owned by Carid or the other way around. The very first salesperson sent me emails from both business addresses. I've had to purchase a wheel locally to get the car ready for our first snow. All I want is a place to return this junk and money back. After two weeks, I'm sending letters to the Attorney Generals of three states.
The original bumper on my pickup truck was aged and pitted, but otherwise undamaged, so I wanted to replace it. I purchased a replacement bumper from CARiD (manufactured by "Replace"). $206 with shipping cost. It arrived in good condition and looked exactly like the original bumper, except that it was lighter and obviously of a thinner material. When I installed it, while tightening the bolt with a hand ratchet, the bumper actually bent. The truck has never been in an accident, and the brackets are completely original and undamaged in any way. So I reached out to CARiD and sent them a picture of the installed bumper. Their initial response was that they would request a return authorization. The next day I received another response saying that they would not take the bumper back because it was damaged by faulty installation. Really? How hard is it to put a bolt through a hole and fasten the nut on the back? How do you mess that up? They offered to send me $20... that is less than 10% of my original cost. When I complained about that response, they changed their story and told me I must have ordered the wrong part. Their website clearly stated that this item was exactly like OE and that it was the correct fit for my vehicle. I also verified the vehicle application and fit of their listed OE number with multiple other retailers. It was the correct part. When I told them this, they replied one more time, this time offering me $30 and a $25 CARiD gift card. When I told them that wasn't going to satisfy me and that I wanted to return the bumper for refund, they failed to respond at all. I am usually not one to complain or do negative reviews, but this item was clearly of inferior quality and CARiD refused to stand behind it. Their website says "Same quality as OE for less" and "Same gauge material as OE". I measured the thickness of the new bumper against the old one using a micrometer... the new bumper is only 66.1% of the thickness of original bumper. I have been working on cars for over 50 years and I have restored three vehicles in my life. I know my way around cars and car parts and I know quality merchandise and satisfactory customer service when I see it... and you are not likely to find either of these things at CARiD. My advice... do not buy "Replace" bumpers and definitely steer clear of CARiD. They sell cheap junk and won't stand behind it.

After two months of arguing, eighteen email exchanges, two different bumper sent to me (still the same cheap junky bumper) and finally an order to field destroy the last one they sent, plus having to write a whole bunch of very negative reviews on various internet sites, I finally received my refund from CARid.com. Even though they finally made good on this purchase, I would still steer clear of them... when it comes to customer satisfaction, they just don't get it.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
