Three orders that I had place with CarId were on back order when I called to get a status the representative stated that she would call me back, and we know how that usually goes, but to my surprise she called me back and assured me that they would be shipped by 12/9/17 and I received an email that they were shipped on 12/7/. Awesome customer service and the products that Carid sell is of good quality, worth that wait.
It seems like people like to be mistreated and cheated! Thats the only explanation why they continue to buy from Car ID so with that said whoever gets cheated or mistreated they well-deserve it for purchasing here.
There is not much to say just avoid spending your money in CARiD! You can always find what you need for your car and be appreciated somewhere alse. And for the record to apologize after so many emails and not fixing your wrong doing is not even necessary! Fix the problem and then apologize! May be then customers will come back to do business with you.
I have a 2017 camaro fifty anniversary so I purchased the oracle side markers witch arrived with imperfections on the lens and one didnt fit properly so I was ask to send pics to review and short after a reply was send to me that said I could only get 25 dollar credit due to I had installed the markers! So my question is how am I supost to to know if they fit properly if I dont install them? Anyway they can keep their $25 credit I just wont do business with them its not a good place to spend my money if you were thinking about purchasing anything from them hopefully this helps you decide what to do but take in consideration the 50% of a satisfactory purchase is great customer service! They dont have that! If you were lucky the item you purchase its in good shape thatll be OK if you have problems with your items dont spect them to follow through.

Like any ecommerce business they are busy and focused on moving product but they have the best customer service when things dont go as planned. He waited for me to find part numbers, put together a package for me on a couple parts and he gave me the lowest price on my plow parts of anywhere online, and I searched other sites for hours. The price match features and the process they use is simple, easy, and quick especially during there business hours since you can talk directly with someone over chat window. I messaged Hank from CARiD with a request to price match Rock Auto. I sent him the URLs for the parts I wanted price matched and he had instantly emailed me a link to my cart with the revised price, which showed up as a discount in the cart.
Hank was very helpful and understood car parts when I used simple explanations to describe a part. There is nothing worse than talking to a customer service representative that has no idea what you are talking about, but CARiD and Hank made sure that was not an issue.
I have used CARiD in the past but never really knew how quick and simple the price match feature was. Because of this experience, I will definitely be using CARiD for all car parts I intend to purchase (as long as they have them listed on their website).

I have ordered a few things from CARID and they are very attentive to your ordering needs. I ordered a tail light for my light truck on Tuesday. By Wednesday I already had it in my hand and installed. Now, that is what I call a great company to order from. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Im a mechanic and have grown up around cars, i ordered a Cat-Back exhaust system, and the downpipe+test pipe to go with it. Its been 2 weeks and i finally received my package today but it was only the second muffler piece of the exhaust. I called and spoke to a nice man and he said that he exhaust only came with the piece i received... i ordered a stated CAT-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM, which means i should have received the mid section pipe but he said no i shouldnt have and that Im going to have to pay to receive that piece. Than i didnt receive my downpipe+test pipe and he said after the website said they had 6 in stock when i ordered it that it was on backorder until March, are you kidding me Carid... out of anger i agreed to just accept the downpipe piece and they said i should receive my money back for the price difference. If i do not receive it i will be taking legal action towards this because Im am tired of getting ran around for weeks. So people DO NOT BUY FROM CARID EVER!

I have ordered from these guys twice and had pretty much the same experience both times. They took my money for a item that was "in stock" and I Waited well past a week for dispatch date that never happened. They never returned any of my calls and gave me the run around for two weeks for my refund. I finally had to call my credit card company to get assistance with the refund. This is simply a middle man for Direct Sales and designs and a few others so buy direct and avoid the scam. This was my worst online purchase ever!

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
