Quite simply, I would state in the strongest terms possible to avoid any dealings with this organization.
Upon ordering parts from the website (year, make, model, and sub-model verified for fitment), I received parts that were not compatible for my vehicle. After numerous communications with their customer service and technical departments (who were polite, but ineffective), I was advised that I needed to explain to the manufacturer how the parts were incorrect (I'm not an engineer - if it's doesn't fit, it's the wrong part - what more do you need to know?).
I have requested a full refund, but have not received any further communication from the organization to date. Do yourself a favor, get your parts somewhere else.
I was looking for an exact item and had to reach out to customer service. She was fast, helpful, and even let me know of a current promotion that I was able to apply to that very order. This was my 1st experience & purchase with CariD and it won't be the last.
CARiD.com has great customer service, I don't understand how they got such poor ratings. No matter who's fault it was for a mistake with an order CARiD always made up for it (money back, exchange for a different product, and/or gift card's).

I purchased some aftermarket headlights a while ago thinking that my headlight bulbs I currently had would be bright enough to work together but they turned out not to be bright enough. Tried to find some LED lights that would work but could not find the right size. Asked customer service with carid.com and they asked if I be patient while they looked up the info before they actually looked up the info. I agreed to be patient and they promptly looked up the info and proceeded to give me a link to said item with a coupon on top of it. Then proceeded to ask if there's anything else they could help me with.
I have used CARiD for several years now and have always had nothing but the best service and products, I recently ordered a product that was a duplicate on my order only for a different model of truck and didnt realize it when I placed the order. I called customer service and explained the situation, no problems, Joshua set up the return pickup notice and was very helpful, I'm looking forward to order my next products as soon as I get the current ones installed

When I was ordering it kept telling me that I would receive free shipping. But it never told me when my package would arrive. 3 days after ordering, I got an email saying my rims were on back order and it would be 4-6 weeks. These were a Christmas gift! In the email they listed a few other options for me- ugly and more expensive. They did give me a refund, but said it usually takes 3 days for the payment to go through. I wont order from them again.

Made a mistake. I ordered the wrong part. Customer service quickly cancelled my order and helped point me in the right direction.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
