My check engine light (O2 sensors) went away when I replaced the pcm. Now the ABS and brake light are constantly on.
Everything exactly as described. Replaced module and shipped old one back in the same day great service. Thanks
I got what i order on time good job would order form you again thank you
Ordered my PCM and received it quickly, replaced today and shipped back the old one as required. Great service, My issues have been corrected, no more service engine light, no more issues starting, now truck starts right up. I also replaced the battery with an interstate battery. Very happy as my problems have been solved
My first time doing this, so far so good.
Good overall
Easy to place the order but then I waited with no communication about how long it would take to program the replacement computer. It was over a week before I received an email letting me know the computer was being shipped by 2-day FedEx. However die to the weekend I received the package 4 days later. That's on FedEx not the Car Computer Exchange. I did replace the computer following all the instructions provided and the install was easy. The computer is working great and I sent my old core back to activate the warranty.
I called and ordered my part for my vehicle. They were quick on getting my part to me!
So far so good, thanks...PCM from my 98 Grand Cherokee. Got it in 2 days after double checking all the needed info. Will get to it this weekend, put some miles on it then back in garage for the winter.Packaged well. They seem to know there business well...thanks
Don't believe their Google rating, it's false and generated by bots. Read their BBB file or Consumer Assurance. They have the lowest rating possible of 1 star. Most reviewers wished zero stars was an option! They sent me an ECM that was non functional and wouldn't communicate with a professional diagnostic tool at the dealership. It took months and when I finally got a refund it was for less than half. These people are theives!
POSITIVE: Received the replacement PCM, installed according to instructions and the Jeep is running great.
COULD HAVE DONE BETTER: There were detailed instructions that came with the replacement part that would have been VERY helpful to have BEFORE the replacement part showed up. If I had not already taken care of those things it would have meant towing the Jeep somewhere or ordering a on site mechanic.
She was knowledgeable about her product. Everything was as described. I will use them again
I called and ordered the part the received an email which named what they thought was my address it wasn't spelled right. I called company the people apparently couldn't write or spell I was told new hurts. Had the state wrong address wrong once I called it was corrected. Check email for confirmation to make sure the address is right when you order.
Called and was "helped" by Brittany. Told her specifically that i had two air suspension modules that needed repair/rebuild, provided the p/n's, application VIN# etc. She told me (incorrectly) that they could be rebuilt and that the total price for both was $219. As it turned out, everything she told me was wrong. I only received 1 item, a PCM (not air suspension module) and the price was $219 for only 1 item.
She was very pleasant and courteous, but it seems glaringly obvious that she's new and needs training.
Ordering went well and part was received when it was supposed to. And computer worked perfectly
Every step was taken exactly as specified per company's request. Car started and is running again. But the quality and professionalism weren't there. The box and part were oozing the smell of spray paint terribly. And the entire back of the new part was dented-in all over it like someone had used a screw driver or something to hammer the thing back together. Experience with them I would say 2.5 to 3 out of 5
Friendly customer service. I was able to order and pay through representative Kevin. The delivery was as he said, within a week.
Good customer service, issues resolved timely via email!
Horrible customer relations. I ordered a pcm, they took my money and never bothered to contact me. A week later I called, the guy that answered the phone acted as if I were an interruption of whatever he was doing. Needless to say, I immediately flagged the purchase on my card and they had the balls to ask me for a review. So here its.

The local shop said it needed a new PCM. CCE was the first Google result and the process couldn't be easier.
Although it was funny how much disclaimer the enclosed letter had, two pages worth, the writer seemed stressed, indicating either the incompetence of the buyer or CCE. Either way, it made me a tad nervous that it was a scam. BUT so far it seems to be working! THANK YOU CCE!
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
