These company is a scam! Flimflammers! When a defective part is sent backkkkk, THEIR PART BEING DEFECTIVE they took 115$ of my hard earned money! This is the worst place to buy a part! BUYER BEWARE! They will ignore your calls, transfer you to multiple people, place you on hold and never answer the call! This was the worst experience I've ever experienced!
Has had the part back since 12/4 and I'm still waiting on my refund! I will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Placed order prompt responses. Shipped and received two days later. Took total of 10 days 6 business days so I was pleased. Computer was configured for my vehicle had key codes and started right up.

Overall it was pretty darn good I just wish that somebody would have said that I had to rekey the excuse me reprogram the keys which cost an extra 200 bucks
Ordering was easy, delay came with out of stock unit and made my customer a little uneasy. Installed Exchange computer this afternoon, performed the PATS relearn and vehicle started right up. Will order from Car Computer Exchange next time we are in need of this service.
The order ing was fast and without issues, the only negative was there was no way to lookup the order and find where is was in the process until the order was shipped and i recieved the tracking information

Instructions are easy to follow. It seems to be working pretty good at the moment. But had a major delay in shipping and processing. Cost me about a week and a 1/2.
I received my computer now I have to wait for ford dealer to install it and program my keys. So I'm not sure yet if it will solve my issue. Plus I'll go past the allotted time to return core..
It has been good but For my 2005 Ford ranger i don't have a chip in my keys send two keys and I can't get them cut might have to go to dealership r call a locksmith because put the new computer and it will not start

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
