My ECM was non repairable but these guys let me know right away and shipped it back to me right away. Will use them again if I ever need to.
It was ok well not sure if it fixed the problem so we will see about
Took package to dealership for install, to have dealership call next day and tell me that it wouldn't even let the engine turn over. Disappointed as the ad told me they was plug and play.
Ask a couple questions to make sure it fit sent me the correct part definitely recommend
Quick and easy, we'll plug it in when it gets here, no screwing around with programming or PATS, and customer will be on their way! Then we send our old fubar module back to them then.
Their process is very straightforward and easy to follow. When multiple units may be available they ensure you get the number off the original along with your VIN. I followed their easy to follow step by step instructions and my Liberty started up and purred. However on my second test drive a similar misfire condition started. In my original Liberty PCM it was a cylinder #4 misfire and ionization problem, the replacement has the same problem except it indicates the #2 cylinder. I sent the replacement back for them to analyze and am waiting for a replacement.
My dealership said I needed a computer for my car and I've waited months and the dealership said they couldn't find one and I guess they didn't look hard enough cause I found one on this site and it came to me pre programmed.
Easy shopping and when I had to call due to a mix up for a typo, was impressed with the help I received.
Easy to navigate and find the right parts needed to place an order.

Ordered on a Tuesday, mailed out and had it Sunday, amazing quick turnaround!
Just ordered the part online and 3 days later it showed up. Didn't have to call anyone and give them a bunch of part numbers the Vin #s. I don't have time for all that. Thanks for having a website that works. I sent the old one back the same day. Thanks
I received the product and it fit perfectly and worked perfectly, i already returned the old unit with the enclosed label
So far it's looking good, but I will not know until it's finished before I can rate the service.
Good, employee responces to my questions about necessary required part number to provide to your techicians.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
