Ordered Key from Canada gave them info for key. Ask dealer parts department for info of Key fob get MHZ from them also. Received key fob in two weeks. Checked internet how to program the key fob. Car and truck has it on their site. Took two minutes to program cost with exchange and shipping $60.00. The cost in Canada was $150.00 to $250.00 for key and to program. Went to a key specialist and they wanted $490.00. Car and Truck will go out of their way to help you Thanks Brian

We ordered a Fob for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The price was fair and it arrived in a timely fashion. I took it to a local locksmith who cut the key and programmed the fob in in less than 30 minutes. He charged us $125.00 and took the key from the broken fob and set it into a new grip and didn't charge us for it. All said and done I am a happy customer.

I ordered two remotes for my 2004 Cadillac XLR. A Remote Driver 1 and a Driver 2 and they were shipped promptly and received today in perfect condition. Included in the package were instructions for the programming of the units. The young lady on the order desk was very helpful and the whole transaction was excellent. I needed two original remotes for a Toyota Matrix. The website has pictures of the refurbished remotes that show the logo and FCC ID number. That is what I ordered. What I received was the aftermarket remotes with no logo but they were the same price. I called support and they wanted me to send back the remotes before they would ship me the correct ones which I need now and not days from now. Now I have to ship back the incorrect ones on my dime to get a refund on my purchase. I would never do business again with a company that does not own up to its mistakes. These are NOT what I ordered and that is NOT my fault. Horrible customer service.

I ordered an extra key fob for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I still have to take it to the locksmith to get the key stem cut and fob programmed, but it looks just like my factory fob, other than not having the Jeep wording printed on back. Pricing was very good compared to others online.

I've bought 6 fobs from here for my two Volts. One was a dud, seemed programmed at first but immediately stopped responding. Guess that's a good enough track record.

Product advertised as one business day shipping. After paying found out one day shipping cost so much. Advertising could be done better, wish buyer is notified up front about shipping cost.

Key and fob came quickly but getting someone to program the fob is another story. Calling the auto key locksmiths for a 2018 Buick Regal Tour X, did not inspire any return calls. I ended up buying another key and the programming from Ace hardware, who would not program anyone else's key fob. Same key and fob as what I bought from the dealer, but there are two steps to the process and the second one is out of the company's control.

Fob is a replacement for one that was lost. The fob matches the one lost exactly. Still needs programming and key cutting to be of use.

This company is "AWESOME"! The prices are UNBEATABLE and the shipping was unbelievably FAST! I RECEIVED MY KEYS IN LESS THAN A WEEK! One site wanted $20 dollars for the exact same thing and the "STEALERSHIP" wanted nearly $50 (before my military discount) but even after that, each key was going to cost me $40 dollars! From now on, (EVERY) vehicle that I own, I'm going to be purchasing ALL of my keys from this wonderful company! My only downside is that they didn't come with any programming instructions, but that's what (YOUTUBE) IS FOR... RIGHT! But if I'm correct, they do have a website and a phone number to call for questions and programming instructions for your key's? Thanks again guys! AWESOME!
