They took the order and later told that we do not have the item. When I asked for refund they said it will take 2 months claiming the terms and condition. In the terms and condition nowhere clearly mention this point. Now around six month has been passed and they have not done.

They took the order and I was patiently waiting for delivery to give gift, and in the evening they said we don't have item. And they said refund will take 30 working days. Totally disappointing

Guys done everything think of ordering, they are just taking money and they don't know what they are doing. I ordered chocolate, flower and cake and asked them to out a m
Card. What they did took a print out on white paper, changed the cake and chocolate sent without any package and spolied everything. Rediculius. Absolute fools.

It's my bad Experience and Trusting this Bad Scam website first time and I have been Cheated with them. Really not expected these type of Website also Exist. I have Ordered a Cake and a Bouquet and at my surprise they have ordered the Cake At Night of the Day where everyone will not even think to Cut the cake then also we didn't told anything to them and we are Happy they have delivered atleast at that time and the main thing is they have not delivered the Bouquet and this also we are agreed because itay not be available the flowers which we have ordered but what about the refund Money We have ordered the Cake and Bouquet on Aug 20th and Today it is Sept 17th there is no Refund Money sent by them as they are not at all Responding that so called Mr. Aman is a well and good Manager type is by his E.Mails but inside they all are same Cheaters Scammers and Fraud People. Really its my Bad Experience and pls don't give orders in this website if you want to save your Money otherwise it's your choice Nobody will help you and you are the one who will loss your Money. Take Other trusted Website but Cakegift.in website is Fraud and Scammer website 😠😠😠😠

I have order a cake to Ooty 2 days before my husbands birthday and at the last moment I got a message saying that they cannot deliver the cake and will be refunded within 1 month. Who the hell takes one month to refund and even after one month there is no refund that I got. And they won't even respond to any of your messages. Such a worst service they have. Never ever order from them and get yourself fooled.

How are these guys even having 1 star. They are scamming people. This is not a genuine account. I ordered cake for a birthday celebration. The response received until u complete your order is quite promising. They charge additional money for same day delivery and don't respond back to you. I regret ordering from this website without checking any reviews. Order was not delivered and they give a casual response saying rose is not available in market and it will be delivered tomorrow. So un professional response. They don't care about what you talk and they just disconnect your call and don't respond back again. Never ever order from this website

Had placed a combo order for a cake, bouquet & chocolates. My midnight order wasn't delivered. Neither was it delivered during the day & I was charged extra for it. Neither do they assist over call. Its a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Guys this is absolutely fake website.
I have ordered a cake which costed around Rs 2000. I have called them 1 hr before the estimated delivery time mentioned by them and they said that they couldn't deliver to that zip code location and agreed to refund. But it's been 2 months and they haven't refunded and not picking up the calls. My question is... before the payment itself they don't know which area they serve. This is fake website and don't trust them.

Worst experience with cakegift in they ruined the surprise I planned for my wife also they do not care to update people in case they don't have an item available at very last when you call them and ask for you order then they answer like we don't have that item available so will not be able to deliver.this site can ruine your occasion so please do not use it.i gave them another chance this time I asked for specific time delivery even after being late for 6 hours of delivery time when I called them they gave silly excused like today is Sunday that's why we will deliver it late this

They don't take money and do not refund. I have communicated with them many times and they stopped responding. Now I am filing a case against them. Don't trust this company.

Don't even try to order, they are very eager to take order and not to deliver. No time sense, they take order in remote areas and deliver bull s**t in place of cake.

Order was made and was expected in 3 hours.
But when it was not delivered in 3 hours I tried to contact them on the mentioned Jaipur phone number and WhatsApp but no positive response.
Finally the order was not delivered.
Now I am tying for refund but there is no response

I have ordered a cake and they have accepted the order also.But at the last moment they have canceled the order because of no delivery boys and distance was more. These two were there reasons for cancelling order. But the main part is they won't answer the calls after that and won't return the money back. Worst site ever seen.

This is one of the worst services I've come across. They contacted me when I wanted to place an order. Took the money and never delivered the order. And no refund also. Neither do they pick up calls nor do they reply back in message. I've been after them for more than a month and no refund so far. Really sad that such sites still exist, stealing from people and promising to deliver orders to their loved ones who would be eagerly waiting for it. Please do not order anything from these guys. The worst services ever.
