They have charged me 2k for the cake with midnight delivery. They have denied midnight delivery at the last moment and promised they wouldn't deliver it by 8am in the morning. Cake wasn't delivered even at 10am the next day. After contacting them I came to know that they have changed my order without even checking with me first! I came to know that they have just delivered the cake from a local store with tasted so bad and costs only 800 to 1000 rupees. Totally a very very bad experience with their service. Don't ever order from this site!

They do not deliver cakes and won't refund the money even after 30 days (return policy). I ordered a product for my birthday, and it was never delivered and the money was not refunded as well. I see many people submitting consumer complaints against this website, but people come over here after they feel that they are cheated.

The same happened to me, they did not deliver, in the last minute they told the destination is too far from bakery, for this I have checked with them a day back it self and they told it will be delivered on time. Really they Spoiled the day. Do not trust this service. I was ashamed in-front of my kids on a auspicious day. They also told they will have a cancelation fee for that service for which they were not able to deliver as promised.

I ordered the cake 4 days before and delivered by today. The cake got delivered on time but was not in condition the way I ordered, the cake form was all distorted. The message on card was also not correct. Overall, I am not satisfied with the cake and the price that this site charged as per cake condition.

I ordered a cake, before ordering it I confirmed with them whether they have delivery in my area after the confirmation payment done. But there arr no response after that. Even customer service also disconnected my call. Dont ever try this

They were completely fake guy's and maintaining Fake websites. After payment done they won't pick the calls, F*** Frauds I informed with all the evidence to cyber crime police station at Hyderabad, very soon this site will ban and they are going to punish these F**** Frauds

I booked a cake for my wife wedding to make it special and even paid extra amount to deliver on a specific time. Everything went well with payment and after tht my parents called me that the cake and flowers were not delivered. I called this fuc... rs and the customer care executive was saying it can be delivered the next day. Just imagine the way he is dealing with gift which should be delivered in a special day. Not only that till now I did not not even get the cake and flowers. Pathetic and even liars saying they called. No one received any call. But this will not be entertained in future as everyone should file case against these crimes.we have to not only review but let the officials know the way they fraud and spoil our special day of our special ones. Never again...

I made the payment for cake and then they took 500 extra from me for instant delivery. Once all payments were done they stopped replying and taking up calls. No Service, No refund, No reply.

They delivered a completely wrong bouquet than what they had promised. People are just wasting their money. They are quick to reply and chat when you are placing orders, but after that they just disappear. Never gonna trust them again for anything.
