When I order. They were very good in replying, so I easily trust them in their service. I ask them if they can deliver before 4pm otherwise no people gonna eat the cake, and replied they will do ASAP unfortunately, they delivered at pass 6pm. And when my friend sent me photo, I was soo disappointed that the one I ordered for my friend was different to the pic they have in their site.

I was told day after the date of order delivery that they cannot deliver the order, I made the mistake of paying online and now no hope in sight for order refund also

I ordered a chocolate cake for my brother's birthday. I selected midnight cake delivery option. It got delivered on time and the best thing is that I got a perfect shaped cake. I would definitely recommend this online cake delivery site.

I have ordered a cake for my brother and the cake was absolutely amazing in taste and design as well.
I had placed an order before 7-8 days in advance and paid extra amount of approx. Rs 400 for early morning delivery. Before & after placing the order they assured me that order will be delivered on time but In-spite of regular follow-up they have not delivered my order as per given schedule even they have not refunded my amount which I had paid for extra delivery
I have faced this experience two time with them first in the month of May 20 then In the month of Aug 20
Moreover the order which was delivered after so many arguments with them, was completely different which i have ordered

The service is really soo pooor and I don't have a word to tell other then dam waste. They are fraud and going to charge you higher for very poor service.
