Hi Everyone! I just wanted to share my experience with cakegift.in. I've placed an order on 2/11/21 for delivering a birthday cake for my mother on 5/11/21. Amount got deducted but the cake isn't delivered at all. It seems like they are fraudsters who's luring people to buy through website and not delivering the product. This is really sad man… I'm living far from my home, all the surprise I could give is to send a small cake to see my mother happy but it didn't worked out well. I've been waiting for their response but have a look at the screenshots…no proper response. It's really sad. Ripping peoples hard earned money. Utterly useless… I hope someone will take a better action to stop these things.

I had ordered expensive cake but they delivered very cheap cake and not match with my order they take extra money from me to deliver in time but nither was happened... Pathetic site

These $#*!ing raskals have taken the payment and now there is no one to reply. My order has not been delivered also... No one order from this site...

The team is responsive and they are legit people not frauds. I ordered Rasmalai cake for my sister in Bangalore and it was delivered on time. Usually no one likes cake in my family but they really liked Rasmalai cake. One honest review to the team update your website and make it more responsive and updated. And good luck.

I wish to sue them, when placing the order & transferring the funds every thing was fine.
After that no response - No delivery

It's a bloody scam, they promised to deliver the cake by 4pm but it never delivered. If call them they will never answer yoyr call and they will never give replay. Some frauds are behind this

I had order a gift for my father on Father's Day and chose option to deliver same day with additional charges. I am writing 1weeks after this, no response and gift never reached the destination. Very pathetic service. Strongly don't recommend this company services.

If there was a way to give them negative Stars, I would definitely give it to them.

We ordered a cake and a chocolate+roses bouquet for my father in laws 70th birthday and booked for it to be delivered on 15th June between 10 am and 1pm. We checked and called the cakegift team around 4pm as we have not received the cake as yet. At this time, the order status was still 'received'. I called the guy and the person who answered mentioned that there was some delay and that it will be delivered before 6pm (6pm onwards is curfew in Hyderabad). I waited until 6pm and followed up with the guy again via phone and whatsapp. The guy kept on disconnecting my calls and there was no response to my messages either. Around 10pm, I received an email from them advising me that the order was completed. I waited until my in laws woke up to check and sure enough nothing was delivered and they marked it as complete! I am asking them for a refund which I will pursue with my credit card company.

The response on their behalf has been extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I will be pursuing this matter further with them individually. I urge all those reading this review with a view to place an order with them, look somewhere else if you want your special days to be made special. These guys are definitely not the right pick!

They won't respond you.
The will get delivery charge but won't deliver.
They won't deliver on time
They would not even consider you customer.

Please don't order. It will be a mistake u will regret for lifetime.

Please dont order from this site they will take your money & fool they wont deliver the order nor they will do refund also they won t reply to any of your messages regarding order..

I ordered from Bangladesh. To jammu... service was quick nd fast, my delivery personnel was too good and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Thanks Aman singh, who delivered my gifts

Firstly it's my mistake that I have ordered from this site without even reading all the reviews.

Worst Experience. I have ordered from this site and the order is not delivered. Once order is confirmed none of the numbers from site are reachable and if it is they are not receiving the call at all. Not replying to any msgs as well. Still there is no communication from the site about refund.
I will recommend not to order from this site at all.

After payment not delivered till now and i am continuously no response.

They are cheaters. Worst service ever. We have ordered a cake of Rs1000 for our anniversary and they delivered us a cake of Rs 430 which was of cheap quality. Now they are not ready to refund remaining amount also. Guys pls don't get betrayed by them.

I ordered a cake gift for moms birthday in site they mentioned the delivery time needed so I chose the morning time. Like the same happened when I was ordered they were replying good. On next day I asked them at Wat time it will reach they are not responding. I told them to provide at least any other contact number if they are busy. But they don't. They don't even replying after viewing the messages. I can't cancel the order because I paid the amount. They told me they will deliver by evening. But they didn't deliver on the occasion. They deliver the cake on the second day. Actually it spoiled moms birthday. So I will not trust this website again
