If you give any six number, it accepts that as a pin code and confirms the availability of their service!
No proper acknowledgement from their end to confirm the order! I see their focus is just faking an online order and make money
After payment also he is not doing delivery after order he need extra 1000Rs/- for delivery worst services
Instead of asking n confirming 100 times that will they be able to deliver on time with the same product or not... they said yess. But instead of paying extra charges for delivery. They delivered late and the product was totally different from the one I ordered. Full waste of money. They are fraud and liers. N instead of accepting their mistakes. They will blame u for ur location... Such a fraud
The cake was very bad and not at all worth for the money. Instead of delivering what I ordered delivered something else without informing me. Very disgusting service.
They are so irresponsible and fraud font trust them. Wheather they say they will place the correct order on time I got my cake replaced that too third calss quality and as per there answered of looking after they ignore there customer after getting money they are fraudsss
They are only taking advantage of this lockdown i ordered cake or flower and that that they accpeted but time of delivery they asked me to change my order and i had been contect them since morning nobody replaying after taking money i paid more then 3k for cake or flower but they send 1 diffrent cake of less amount and chocolate insted of flower i waste my money here very worst customer service i seen i asked more then 10 time for my actual bill but they r not providing overall very bad exprince
These are CON people. They charge you high and additional for a preferred time but they never deliver you in time. They come up with 1000 excuses. The QUALITY is VERY BAD. Their SERVICE is the WORST. Don't order from CAKEGIFT.in. Do not waste your money because they are CHEATERS. They will ROB you.
After ensuring that they are delivering in my location despite lockdown and despite placing order 3 days in advance (their website and Whatsapp contact promise delivery without problems) with an extra payment for morning delivery, they donot only not deliver but send me a regret message 4 hours AFTER the scheduled delivery time.
Can anyone get more unprofessional than this?

They delivered the cake in the early morning in Bangalore. Quality Product, but need to work on the improve tracking the order.
