Absolute scam. They will talk to you until you pay the money. Once they get the money you cannot call them.

Useless Website. They are only begging the money in the way of online delivery. Genuine Fake Website In india. This people response until receiving money. After that they never delivery the item. If we are ask refund means they never ever reply a single message.

Never entertains your order. No positive response. Order delivered message received but no trace of product

So, its COVid. As children, we are unable to travel, but we thought we will order a cake online for our parents. I took a chance on this site cakegift.in and seems like these guys dont know how to make cakes but they definitely know how to take your money. Each time I correspond on whatsapp they say its delivered and when I stand firm on my ground that it has not been delivered they say 'Let us check?' and then nothing. They have no proof of delivery. I have asked them to call my parents and confirm, they did no do that either. I had sent them a proof of money transferred, they confirmed the money being credited to their account but they decided to keep the cake for themselves. Ever heard of the proverb, 'Have the cake and keep it too', learn from these champs. They top the cake (Pun Intended) in these activities. So good luck when you are ordering through CakeGift.com

We ordered a cake and bouquet a week prior to the required date, 16/11/2020, and it was not delivered on time. The real shocking matter was we have tried calling the customer support and numerous messages in WhatsApp, but none of them responded. We have logged a complaint as well but there was no response. They are really not efficient, the least to mention. Three days after the function the supplier delivered the cake with no apology. Please do not believe this supplier as they are totally irresponsible. This act of this supplier had put a scar in our relationship. As a lesson learnt, we inform to all our friends and relatives about this incident thru other media's as well, at least they will not have bad relationship with their dear ones.

I would give 0 review if possible. I think all the positive reviews given here is either paid or its their own employees posing as different people to give 5 star reviews. I ordered bday cake for my son on 9th Nov and asked them to deliver on 16th Nov. A guy named Aman Singh (donno what his post is) called me then and there and said they will deliver as per my request on the said date. But for that I have to proceed with the payment immediately. I said ok but didn't proceed immediately as I wanted to check out their reviews. After that he started pestering me through WhatsApp if payment done or not. Also another number from their company WhatsApped me to proceed with payment. Well after getting so many messages I proceeded with the payment. The first attempt went wrong( which I think now, was God's way of telling me not to make that mistake. But I didn't listen to that sign). The 2nd attempt at payment was success. Again another message from Mr. Aman -is your payment done. I said yes and he asked me for screenshot.
The thing is they will message you, call you for payment but when its due date for delivery you will not find anyone from their company. I called the Great Mr. Aman Singh (like maybe a 1000 calls). No response. I WhatsApped in his number. No reply back. Not even to explain why my cake wasn't delivered( though he shamelessly read all the messages and still didn't feel like replying, i guess). Its 19th Nov today still no reply. Maybe he is still trying to process what my order was (God knows).
I ordered Rs. 1815 worth cake(extra payment for delivery date too) and I didn't get it. This poor excuse for a human being spoiled my son's special day. And I had to order the bday
Cake from a local store(which I should have done right from the beginning).
So what I would like to tell anyone planning to buy from cakegift.in, if you value your money and your special day(be it your bday or anniversary etc), even a little, then please do not order from here. Please take my review seriously, and stop yourselves be scammed by these BUNCH OF CHEATERS AND LOOTERS. A Fraudulent online delivering company.
